On Tuesday morning, the weather was unusually clear, and the winter sun shone on Hogwarts, tinting the ancient castle with a golden glow.

Felix slept until eight o'clock, opening his eyes to the laughter of a few little wizards playing snowball fights.

Lifting the quilt, the cotton pajamas on the body automatically detached, and a delicate and supple cardigan sweater was put on the body. He moved his neck to make his clothes more comfortable, and then, under the influence of magic, put on a pair of fleece trousers.

"Magic makes people lazy," Felix couldn't remember seeing it in his grades, but he took it seriously.

Finally put on a dark wizard's robe, and after everything was done, he opened the window and looked down at the snowy scenery outside the window.

The weather was much warmer, Felix didn't feel the cold, the open space and courtyard in front of the castle were covered with a thick layer of white snow, and several little wizards were rushing to the cafeteria for breakfast.

"Fortunately, I didn't have class in the morning. Sure enough, happiness is all compared."

Back in the office, he sorted out the tasks at hand for him recently——

Find the secret room and deal with the basilisk (an appointment with Dumbledore to solve it during the Christmas holidays);

Find the Dark Lord's relic suspected to be a Horcrux (the propaganda has been carried out three times without any clue, and the little wizard is unreliable and another evidence);

Practice instant killing skills (some slack recently, stagnant on the progress of four jumps);

Get the rare skill Parseltongue (to be feedback, responsible person: Harry Potter);

The agreement with Klein (indefinitely shelved...);

The next contact with the local tyrant Hagrid (well-prepared);

The Hogwarts Millennium Collection (in progress);

Deal with the threat of public opinion brought by Rita Skeeter (√);

Complete the vine of shackles (√);

Instruct Hermione to complete the thesis (√);

Prepare Christmas gifts (√);

Undertake the dueling club plan (√);

Ancient Rune Course Teaching Reform Plan (√);

Befriend Lockhart (Brain water, this quest is void);

Felix smacking his lips, there is nothing particularly urgent. With less than a week to go until Christmas, he was also a little lazy.

"You can visit Professor Snape and settle the matter of the dueling club assistant."

Felix went down the stairs of the castle and walked through the courtyard. There were a few strange snowmen on the side of the road. This was obviously the work of the junior students. Due to their limited magic skills, they could only do the work themselves.

After breakfast, he went all the way down to the underground space of the castle, and found the potions professor's office with familiarity.

Knocking on the professor's door, Snape blankly refused his request to enter.

"I don't think I've invited you to my office, Felix."

However, Felix has long been familiar with the character of this professor, unless you want to make fun of him, otherwise he will speak directly, and say what he is most interested in.

So Felix said: "Professor Snape, I have the approval of Headmaster Dumbledore to be in charge of the follow-up dueling lessons. As for the teacher, I need to know your wishes..." He stopped and looked at St. Nep's eyes.

Snape pursed his lips tightly, his black eyes stared at him motionless, and after a while, he stepped aside, "Come in, Felix."

The potions professor's office was located underground, with dim light. The shelves against the wall were filled with countless glass specimen jars. Inside, was Professor Snape's private bedroom.

Felix walked to the specimen shelf and looked at one of the jars carefully, "Is this the claws of the giant eight-eyed spider? The ones living in the Forbidden Forest?" He asked with interest.

Professor Snape came out of the back room, followed by two glasses of pumpkin juice. "No," he said nonchalantly, handing him a glass of pumpkin juice.

The conversation between the two got to the point.

"Felix, when did you steal Lockhart's dueling club from him?"

"Professor, I have to remind you that Professor Lockhart is too busy with his daily work and has to make a choice."

"I don't think," Snape scoffed, "that an acting class is so busy."

"Of course he's busy replying to fans. As far as I know, he spends at least an hour a day doing this job." Felix showed a mischievous smile, "I can understand Professor Lockhart, after all we Both writers, facing fan harassment, and he's more prolific than I am."

"The book he wrote..." Snape didn't go on, his expression said it all. "However, you also reply to fans? This is really unexpected. I don't think you will spend time on such trivial matters."

"No way," Felix said with emotion. "Most of them are officials from the Ministry of Magic of various countries. We discuss Muggle legislation and how to deal with Muggles."

Snape choked.

He said, "Felix, don't go in circles with me and tell me what you're here for."

"Professor, I would like to know if you are still willing to participate in my dueling lessons."

"Your dueling lessons?" Snape dragged a long note over the word "your".

"Yes, my dueling lessons." Felix looked at him sternly.

This is primary and secondary.

Snape fell silent.

Felix was calm, he didn't know if Snape would agree, but judging from the intelligence obtained from Lockhart, Snape volunteered to be an assistant in this course at that time.

This shows that he is interested in dueling lessons.

As for the reason, Felix didn't know, and he didn't care much.

He had heard, however, that Snape had been seeking a teaching position in Defense Against the Dark Arts, but alas, Dumbledore never agreed. Is there a connection between the two?

For example, Snape using dueling lessons as a substitute for Defence Against the Dark Arts? Felix speculated in his heart.

"I need to participate in the selection of course content." Snape put forward the conditions.

Felix smiled. "Of course, your experience is worthwhile," he said.

Felix put the cup full of pumpkin juice back on the table, and he stood up, "Professor, the next duel class will be held after the Christmas holidays, and I will communicate with you about the content of the class at that time. I wish you a good day."

"No." Snape said sternly.

Felix, who was just about to walk out the door, suddenly stopped: "By the way, Professor Snape, I have prepared your Christmas present in advance, and I believe you will be satisfied."

With a smile on Snape's mouth, he said, "I'll get you a present too, Felix."

...

In the evening, Felix and Professor Flitwick switched shifts and were in charge of routine patrols in the castle. There are always some little wizards, with all kinds of legitimate and illegitimate reasons, who are out of sight of professors and prefects and act alone.

But what he didn't expect was that he met Miss Hermione Granger, who was in a hurry and panting.

"Professor Hepp! God, I finally met a professor!" said the little witch excitedly.

"Miss Granger, what happened?"

"The secret room... the monster in the secret room..." Hermione wanted to speak, but she had run a long way and was out of breath at the moment.

"A new attack happened?" Felix's expression became serious, really so inch? Another attack a few days before Christmas?

His assistant nodded first, then shook his head.

"The attack did happen, but no one was hurt. But Harry, he, he went after the basilisk!"
