A day at Hogwarts
Chapter 25 Strange Letter
Charles smirked and went back to the Gryffindor common room, and then he had to do something very important.
"Where have you been these few days?" Harry looked at Charles expectantly, "Would you like to help me, the price is the same as before."
Hermione put down the book in her hand, looked at Harry, and at Charles who was writing furiously, and said to Harry, "Harry, let me check your homework for you."
Harry was naturally very happy, and immediately handed over the homework.
"Charles!"
A roar startled the entire common room students.
"Harry wrote all your homework for the holidays for you?!"
Hermione looked at Charles in disbelief. She was as shocked as someone who told her that all her magic-related experiences from the summer to the present were hallucinations. Now that her mental illness has improved, it's time to say goodbye to Hogwarts up.
Charles replied calmly, "Do you believe me when I say I'm imitating Harry's handwriting?"
"Sure enough!" Hermione said through gritted teeth, "No wonder I always feel that the handwriting is different!"
Charles couldn't understand why she was so angry for a moment, he sighed deeply, and said solemnly: "Oh, you don't know, Harry's life was hard before. Although he couldn't die of hunger or cold, he didn't die." Go to a good school like us, and be stupid all day, Tom is smarter than him."
(At this time Ron asked curiously: "Who is Tom?" Then Dean Thomas told him what TV and cartoons are.)
Charles continued: "I don't think he can do this. He has to be smarter, otherwise he won't be tall."
"So I came up with a good idea. Didn't someone say that homework is also learning, so I asked Harry to make up lessons during the holidays."
Hermione glared at this innocent-looking guy for a while, then took another look at Harry who was a little moved, and sat down angrily, circled the mistakes in Harry's homework with the vigor of finding eggs in his bones.
Charles ignored her and continued to catch up with his homework. When he finished, everyone around him had already returned to the dormitory. Even the twin brothers had finished their stroll and brought him a midnight snack.
The homework was finished in the early hours of the morning, and Charles stretched back to the dormitory, thinking about getting some Veritaserum to extract the password of the prefect's bathroom from Percy.
There was a letter beside the bed, together with the "Daily Prophet" that I hadn't read, it should have been mailed in the past two days.
The sender's name was not written on the envelope, and there was another envelope inside after opening. The name on it made Charles frowned. He and Mrs. Dursley didn't know each other that well, did he?
He put down the curtain beside the bed, opened the letter and read it carefully.
The content of the letter was very similar to an adult coaxing a child. Petunia talked about the old man's recent situation, and then asked Charles how he was doing here at Hogwarts, whether he was eating enough, whether he was cold, and said that he used to listen to his sister Is it true that Hogwarts is like, and the steam train is still used to go to school.
Charles became serious after watching it once, and started to read it a second time, because the questions Penny asked were too specific.
For example, she asked obliquely about the scenery on the way to school, and also mentioned what it looked like outside the car window at noon and dusk.
Then she asked if there was a lake right after getting off the train, and if the lake was as big as Lily said.
Then she talked about the weather on Privet Drive, and asked if it was cold at Hogwarts.
After combining these answers, if you are willing to infer the trajectory of the train, you may be able to find the location of the train station.
At the back, Petunia said that she wanted to know more about Lily's life at Hogwarts before, and asked if she could ask the professors about her.
If this question was answered truthfully, Penny would be able to know how many professors there were in Hogwarts, what they taught, and the personnel changes over the years.
After reading the letter, Charles thought about it seriously, and he intuitively told himself that Penny did it on purpose, and wanted to know about the situation at Hogwarts.
The question is, why does she want to know this? She just wants to find out about her sister's experience in those years, or does she have a deeper purpose.
Charles remembered that when she met Dumbledore that day, she asked about the details of Lily's death, and wondered if she was planning to avenge her sister?
Why?
Do you want to ask yourself for help?
Consider it if she has a daughter who looks like Mckenna Grace.
After much deliberation, Charles didn't have a clue, and finally decided not to think about it, let's go to sleep. When I write to the old man tomorrow about the horse people, I will write back to Petunia by the way, and tell the truth when I ask.
Anyway, it was selling Hogwarts. She drove into Hogwarts if she had the ability, stepped on the accelerator and hit the back of Quirrell's head.
Before the Herbal Medicine class on Monday, Professor Sprout came to ask Charles: "Did you prepare those plant branches at the entrance of the greenhouse?"
Charles immediately replied: "Yes, it was prepared for me by my friends from the Centaur tribe. I plan to plant it in that field."
Professor Sprout heard Professor McGonagall talk about Charles and the centaurs at breakfast this morning. He looked like he had seen through everything, and asked him with a smile: "Did you find these plants that glow at night on purpose? How about tricking female students to come and play at night?"
Charles was taken aback, as if discovering a new world, he couldn't help nodding his head and said, "So it's still possible, because the professor has experience... Ouch!"
Professor Sprout gave him a magic wand subconsciously, and then said: "If you have time, let's fix the land while the weather is still cold. It will be difficult to deal with it when the weather is cold. You take Those plant branches that come back can be planted in empty flowerpots in the No. 2 greenhouse, where there is enough temperature in winter for them to germinate, and they can be planted in the ground next spring."
Then the professor took out a key to Charles: "This is the key to Greenhouse No. 2, you take it, and now you can move the branches in."
After thanking the professor, Charles immediately put a large bag of plant branches into the bag temporarily, and then went to open the door of the No. 2 greenhouse with the professor.
As soon as the door was opened, a gust of moist, warm air rushed out, smelling like compost.
This is a special greenhouse for raising seedlings. Many of the flower pots on the table look like nothing but soil, and some have a little sprouts.
Professor Sprout told him where empty flower pots could be used, which pile of soil was suitable for cutting seedlings, and used a flying spell to get a water ladle from a corner, and told him how much compost was melted in a ladle for watering.
Charles noted down one by one that those branches could not be kept for too long, and he came to work overtime tonight after obtaining the professor's consent.
