A magical journey that begins in Azkaban

Chapter 148 Standing on the Acromantula

"Now that all the badges have been distributed, let me talk about the club's future activities." Rogge took back the duel platform and looked at everyone.

"There are eight of us in total, and we work here every Monday night. In the early stage, I will share with you about magic spells and practical things. Later, when you find the subjects that you are good at, you will take turns taking charge."

"Fly here quickly." Rogge waved his wand, and a box containing an Acromantula flew over.

"Spider!" everyone screamed and backed away.

"Don't worry, it has been disabled by me." Rogge released the giant spider. Its eyes were blinded, its legs were injured and it became stiff. It could only stand there and scream.

"Rogge, do you want everyone to fight it?" Hermione was a little worried. Even though most of its combat effectiveness was lost, the giant spider's ferocious appearance and huge size still brought strong pressure.

"No, you have to fight these wooden people." Rogge waved his hand and the whole room darkened. Eight wooden figures appear around the wall, holding wand-like tools that emit light.

"Let me demonstrate." Rogge stood on the back of the giant spider, and it began to scream and tremble all over.

"After standing here, your vision will fall into darkness. There are eight wooden men surrounding you, and the wands in their hands will light up randomly. It may be one, or two."

"Expelliarmus." Rogge saw a bright light on the right rear and quickly waved his wand, and the weapon in the wooden man's hand was immediately knocked away.

"What you have to do is to knock the weapons out of their hands. If you are accidentally hit by the wooden man's wand, your face will be painted with color blocks."

As all the wooden man's weapons were knocked away, the surroundings lit up again. Everyone applauded Rogge, but they were thinking about what to do. This is the Acromantula, an extremely dangerous magical creature.

Although I couldn't move while standing still, I couldn't see them yet. But the huge mouthparts and hairy legs are very scary to look at. Rogge jumped off the Acromantula and looked at everyone.

"I'll go first!" Hermione, as the little lion of Gryffindor and the vice president of the Magic Society, stood up without hesitation.

"Be careful." Rogge nodded and helped Hermione step onto the Acromantula.

Although she was brave, she still felt scared standing on the back of the Acromantula. The huge monster swayed under his feet, and the screams of spiders could be heard from time to time. She even felt those furry things getting into her clothes, making her feel uncomfortable all over.

The surrounding vision darkened, and Hermione felt like the only people in the world were herself and the Acromantula at her feet. She took out her wand and told herself not to be afraid.

"Bang!" The wooden man behind suddenly took action. Hermione turned her head stiffly and hit a beam of light. Her nose instantly turned red.

"Left side!" Hermione gasped, hinting that she could do it. She saw the wand on her left light up, and when she wanted to chant a spell, her throat was so nervous that she couldn't speak.

"Except...except for you..."

The beam hit her accurately, and her left eye was dyed black.

"Don't be nervous, Hermione." Rogge's voice came from the darkness, "You are a wizard, you have the power to control everything."

"Yes, I'm a wizard! I can do it!" Hermione slowly relaxed, and this time the wooden man in front of her lit up.

"Expelliarmus!" The magic spell was issued accurately, knocking the wand out of the wooden man's hand!

"Come again!" She jumped up on the spider's back and cheered, then fell down.

"Be careful." Rogge took action in time and hugged her.

"I know." Hermione blushed and nodded. She smelled a clean soap smell on Roger's clothes.

"Hmph." Daphne snorted coldly, and Malfoy looked at her in confusion.

"What are you looking at? Be careful of falling into the spider's mouth."

Hermione stood on the spider's back again, even though her face was covered in colorful patches of color, she felt more confident. She turned around nimbly, chanted spells steadily and waved her wand, and each wooden man was defeated by her.

"In 5 minutes, I got hit 8 times, which is not bad." Rogge nodded and signaled the next one.

Hermione's face was stained and she quickly washed it off. If I am in such a miserable state, there will definitely be someone who is even worse off soon.

"I'll do it." Daphne jumped on the back of the giant spider. Rather than saying that she was brave, it was better to say that she didn't care about the giant spider at her feet.

She just wanted to get rid of the wooden man faster, and then fall down with a gorgeous posture...

"You've been hit 10 times and you've fallen down twice. If you fall down next time, consider it a failure."

"Tch, it's impossible to fail!" Daphne raised her neck and jumped on the giant spider. She stomped hard to make the spider behave.

Two beams of light flew towards her, and Daphne spun to avoid them, showing off her dancing skills.

"Hit!" She quickly used Expelliarmus on the next wooden man to attack and successfully hit it.

3, 5, 8... Daphne hit them one after another and successfully passed the level.

"13 minutes, hit 18 times." Rogge looked at her colorful face and couldn't help laughing.

"Okay." Rogge looked at the others. Everyone was a little eager to try, but they were still afraid.

"Gentlemen, what are you waiting for?"

"I'll do it!" Malfoy and Nott stood up at the same time. Malfoy looked at each other. This guy seemed to be no weaker than him.

"Very well, you decide who goes first."

"Malfoy, you go first." Nott stepped back and looked at Malfoy with a smile.

Malfoy nodded. He felt that the other party was difficult to deal with. I have to check this person out when I get back and see what he does at home.

"Look at me!" Malfoy swallowed when facing the somewhat violent giant spider. Damn it, after passing the two people in front of him, this guy became impatient.

"Roger, do you really want to stand up and cast a spell?"

"Of course, you don't want me to carry you up."

Everyone laughed, and Malfoy gritted his teeth and climbed up. He didn't believe that he could be worse than the two girls.

start!

Although here are the best group of young wizards in their grade, only half of them can complete the challenge. To Roger's surprise, the fourth person to complete the challenge was Susan from Hufflepuff.

"Gentlemen, you have to work hard." Rogge looked helplessly at the remaining three boys, wondering why some of them dared not cast spells while standing on the back of the giant spider.

"Anthony, do you need help?" Roger waved his magic wand, and the broken table next to him turned into a spider pillow of equal proportions.

He couldn't help but sigh. Everyone started out as Anthony, but they were missing a few letters of "Das". Why was there such a big difference?

"Thank you, I will make one and put it on the bed." Anthony understood Rogge's kindness and he would overcome his fear and defeat himself.

"Malfoy, Terry, your spell-casting movements are too slow. You need to improve your physical fitness and strengthen your wand practice. The action of waving the wand does not rely on your brain, but on muscle memory."

"Muscle memory?" Several people looked at Rogge in confusion.

"Well, it seems you still need to add some Muggle knowledge."

"Muggle! Can you not learn?" Malfoy shouted loudly, and Nott also resisted.

"Can!"
