Lucius and his wife Narcissa looked around, and everyone kept a certain distance away from them. Even the pure-blood family members who were once Death Eaters pretended not to know each other. They all stayed away from him, keeping their distance to show their innocence.

"Dumbledore, Dobby is indeed the elf of our family. I don't know a word about what it said." Lucius's voice was full of confusion and honesty.

There was confusion in his eyes, and there was a bit of heartache at being betrayed by Dobby in his expression. He looked at Dobby blankly, and his innocent look caused many people to doubt the elf's testimony.

"Everyone should think about it. Over the years, house elves have been wizards' best servants and our most loyal helpers." Lucius patted his wife's hand and came straight forward.

"As for Dobby, I admit that I often beat and scold him, and even threatened to kill him. But is he still alive and well?" Lucius sighed, "If what he says is true, it proves that I trust him very much. .Since I trust it so much, could I possibly kill it?”

"As for the murder of Harry Potter, our savior, it's scary to think about it." Lucius's narrowed eyes revealed a sharp cold light. He looked at Dobby quietly, so scared that it ran back to Harry. Lee's death.

"I think someone must have controlled it with a spell to make it say these words. Besides, why should I murder Harry Potter?" Malfoy tried to reach out to pat Harry's shoulder, but he opened it with a palm.

"Lucius, you were once a Death Eater." A wizard accused him and spat disdainfully.

"Yes, you are a subordinate of the mysterious man. The mysterious man gave you the diary!"

"I admit that I was once a Death Eater, but it was controlled by a mysterious person. As for the diary that was given to me by a mysterious person, do you have any evidence?" Malfoy turned back and stared at the man, who smiled coquettishly. laugh.

With an awkward smile on his lips, he quickly hid in the crowd, not daring to make any further comments.

Malfoy's sophistry made Dobby's testimony less credible. After all, wizards have always looked down on slaves like elves, let alone trusting Dobby who betrayed his master.

The atmosphere in the trial became chaotic, as the wizards discussed and argued with each other about who was right. Everyone is trying to make sense of this complicated situation and uncover the truth hidden behind it.

Lucius breathed a sigh of relief, it was better to be confused. Only when there is chaos can you defend your innocence from doubts.

"Lucius, I have a few witnesses here." Dumbledore nodded to the side, and Ginny stood up accompanied by her mother, Mrs. Molly.

"Ginny, tell everyone what's going on?" Dumbledore looked at her with a smile, and Mrs. Molly and Harry Potter also encouraged her.

"Before school started, our family went shopping in Diagon Alley. At Flourish and Blotts Bookstore, Dad put a book into my cauldron. Later, Dad fought with him." Ginny pointed at Lucius with a firm tone. And full of anger.

Malfoy's face was pale and his forehead was sweating. Half of his face was hidden in the shadows, threatening the little girl opposite with his terrifying eyes.

Ginny was so frightened that she grabbed her mother's hand. Mrs. Molly took a step forward and glared at Lucius: "Lucius! If it weren't for you, Arthur wouldn't be exiled to the Arctic Circle."

"And Ginny, Ron, Mrs. Norris, Colin, all of this is caused by you." Mrs. Molly held her daughter tightly and encouraged her to stand up bravely.

"Oh, what does it have to do with me?" Lucius refused to admit it at all, but his heart was beating faster and faster in his chest.

"It's you, it's you!" Ginny pointed at Lucius firmly, "After you finish fighting with dad, put the book into my cauldron. When I went back, I found an extra diary."

"You mean I set it off?" Lucius smiled disdainfully and steeled himself to argue. "Maybe you stole it yourself."

"Lucius!" Mrs. Molly took out her wand angrily and shouted, "You are not allowed to slander my daughter!"

"Slander?" Lucius shook his head, "Since you have an extra diary, why don't you return it? Why don't you tell your parents?"

Lucius' voice was harsh as he tried to use his words to make everyone doubt Ginny's character and thereby destroy her testimony.

Ginny lowered her head, not knowing how to explain. She did have her own little thoughts, but she never knew that a diary could have such serious consequences.

"Weasley? Pure-blooded scum!" Lucius' words completely angered Mrs. Molly. Her cheeks turned red and she glared at Lucius angrily.

Mrs. Molly waved her wand, and a stream of fragments flew towards Lucius. Lucius never expected that she would dare to attack him in public. He watched helplessly as the curse hit him, but he was unable to dodge.

"Come here quickly!" Rogge raised his hand and pointed at Lucius, pulling him over from the front.

Lucius narrowly avoided Molly's curse, but his face was still cut open with a few inches of blood. His originally neat blond hair was also cut in half by the aftermath of the curse.

He was shocked and afraid that his noble self was insulted by that fat woman, and in front of many wizards.

Seeing that her husband was injured, Narcissa immediately took out her wand and pointed it at Molly, preparing to retaliate in kind. Rogge stepped forward and pulled down Narcissa's raised arm.

"Roger, thank you." Malfoy came back to his senses and touched the blood on his face. His face turned red and white for a while.

"Don't get excited, the Travis family will help you." Rogge turned the ring, looked at Dumbledore behind the podium, and questioned: "Mr. Dumbledore, when can magic spells be used in trials?"

"Molly, this is the trial court!" Dumbledore smiled and did not answer Rogge, "Let Ginny continue talking."

Ginny looked at her mother, and when she nodded, she continued: "I took the diary to Hogwarts and found that the words written on it would disappear. Then, the diary would show new writing."

"It seems to have wisdom, it can talk to me, it can enlighten me...like a good brother."

Hearing Ginny's words, there were several jeers from the crowd. This was not directed at Ginny, but rather a mockery of the Weasley family.

People can't help but think what a bad tutor it is to let the youngest child and only girl in the family go find a diary to chat.

Ginny also described Diary as a good brother. Doesn't that mean that the Weasley boys never cared about her when she was at school?

Ginny's voice softened as she heard the jeers around her. The stares from around her also made her feel even more uncomfortable.

"I listened to it and walked around the school at night, and then I lost consciousness at night and didn't know what to do."

She couldn't help but shed tears, her voice filled with guilt and pain: "Later I found out that the diary had manipulated me into killing Hagrid's rooster and then entering the secret room to summon the basilisk."

Ginny said, sobbing and feeling miserable as she recalled the horrific experience: "It was because of me that the school administrator Mr. Filch's cat was petrified on Halloween."

"It was that time that I discovered the danger of the diary, so I flushed it into the toilet. But...but I don't know, I really don't know..." Her voice trembled and tears kept flowing.

"I don't know why I appeared in Ron's hands again." Ginny choked out her last words and threw herself into her mother's arms and cried bitterly.

After listening to Ginny's story, the wizards around them all looked at Dumbledore. Because the diary is in his hand now, as the principal of Hogwarts, he should know the reason for all this.

However, before Dumbledore could explain, Rogge stood up.
