Adoption of Pirates Doflamingo

Chapter 57: Three Little Ones

"Dadan, who is this?"

a freckled dark-haired boy asked.

"We hunted a lot of wild animals today."

Said a boy wearing a top hat with goggles on his head and a missing tooth in his mouth.

"Hey, Dadan, we are back."

The boy wearing a straw hat greeted Dadan.

The three people who broke in were ASL, Ace, Sabo and Luffy.

Dadan looked at these three careless guys and yelled:

"You three brats, don't come in like this every time! Go and get yourself cleaned up!"

Then he called some younger brothers to get these three children out.

"No!"

"Why!"

"That's not fair!"

After the noisy sound, Dadan said helplessly:

"Well, that's really funny. Those kids just now are from my family."

"It's okay. It's a good thing for children to be energetic. I'm looking forward to getting to know them."

Adri said thoughtfully.

Soon, the unwilling trio were pulled over and introduced one by one in front of Adri.

When it was time to introduce Adri, Dadan hesitated for a moment before speaking:

"This is Adri, my old friend. He will stay here for a while."

Ace spoke without mercy:

"He is so young. Dadan, how could you possibly know such a handsome man?"

"Hey, Ace! I was very beautiful when I was young, right, Adri?"

Dadan punched Ace hard and asked Adri for confirmation.

Adri nodded and said:

"Dadan was a great beauty when she was young."

"Oh~ is it true or false?"

"You're lying, how could you have seen photos of Dadan when he was young?"

Luffy pouted on the side, and Sabo also looked unbelieving.

Adri had no choice but to open the suitcase he was carrying, found a photo and handed it to the two of them.

The two people immediately came over to take a look, still looking in disbelief:

"It's amazing! Dadan can change his face."

"Idiot, that's not a face change. That's, what's it called, aging and fading."

Ace also moved closer, attracted by the people in the photo:

"How is that possible? They are just two people. You wouldn't lie to us, would you?"

Dadan listened silently to the conversation of several people, his veins exposed.

"You two, please stop this!"

Despite this, Dadan still looked at the person in the photo with a trace of nostalgia.

Adri added with a smile:

"Actually, I'm much older than Dadan."

"What the hell?"

"This is easier to accept than the person in the photo being Dadan."

"Yes, yes!"

Dadan's fists clenched as he listened to the conversation, and he was just about to hit them one by one.

Adri waved his hand and explained:

"My grandson is almost as old as you."

"That's awesome!"

“How amazing!”

"I don't believe it!"

"Maybe you will become good friends in the future."

The start of dinner interrupted the conversation of several people. When they heard about eating, the three of them ran faster than anyone else.

During the dinner, Sabo noticed sharply that Adri's dining etiquette was extremely standard. Although it was slightly different from that of the local nobles, it was still elegant and generous.

At night, when all the gangsters rolled into bed, Dadan was outside admiring the moon, or rather thinking about life.

"What are you thinking about?"

Adri came over and sat next to Dadan.

Dadan glanced at Adri who came over, sighed slightly, did not answer, but said:

"Can you give me that photo from before?"

"Can't."

"Why?"

Dadan felt strange that Adri refused so simply.

"Because I want to keep it as a souvenir."

"Haha, do you want to commemorate my lost youth?"

Dadan laughed at himself, a trace of despair flashed in his eyes.

Adri answered without hesitation:

"Yes, that's right, silly girl."

"Huh? Try calling me silly girl again!"

Dadan pretended to be angry.

Adri also very rarely teased:

"Silly girl, silly girl, I'll call you."

Then he went back without giving Dadan a chance to beat him.

Dadan was left alone again.

And a small figure suddenly appeared in the darkness, it was Ace.

Ace walked over proudly with his hands in his arms.

"You brat, why aren't you sleeping yet?"

Dadan complained.

Ace didn't care and just sat next to him, looked at Dadan, and said:

"Dadan, you treat that person differently."

"What's the difference? They are all friends anyway."

Dadan's eyes were a little dodgey, but he regained his determination and urged Ace to go to sleep.

Ace didn't say anything and left.

After a few days of getting along with each other,

The three little ones still like Adri very much, because Adri is not as rigid as they thought, but is very funny and willing to accompany them in activities. Although they refused at first, they saw with their own eyes that Adri easily subdued him.

When he became the king of Gorbo Mountain, they discovered that the gentle Adri was far from being as simple as he seemed.

"Adri, I want to challenge you!"

Ace said enthusiastically.

Adri's expression remained normal:

"Ace, if you want to call me grandpa, my age should be considered your grandpa."

"If you can beat me, that's what I'll call you."

Ace immediately rushed up with the water pipe, but Adri just turned sideways to avoid it, and then pushed Ace to the ground.

Ace immediately expressed his dissatisfaction after eating a dog's chewed mud:

"No, let's play again!"

Ace took another vigorous step, and then lost after a few seconds.

"One more game!"

"One more game!"

"Come again!"

“…..”

"............"

“Come again!“

"Come again!"

In the end, Ace was so exhausted that he was sweating profusely and paralyzed on the ground.

Adri looked at Sabo who was counting:

"Saab, how many games did Ace lose?"

"Grandpa Adri, there are 20 in total. It's so awesome, I haven't even beaten Ace!"

Sabo looked on with admiration, but Ace was obviously not convinced, because Adri didn't use his full strength during the whole process, and even kept his hands in his pockets most of the time.

Adri stepped forward, raised his eyebrows, and said:

"Ace, call me grandpa."

Ace muttered in a low voice with great reluctance:

"Grandpa Adri."

Then he shouted loudly:

"Just wait, I will challenge again tomorrow!"

"what ever."

Ace ended up regretting it, and Luffy jumped out.

"Grandpa Adri, it's my turn! As long as I defeat you, it means that I am stronger than Ace and Sabo!"

Sabo advised from the side:

"Luffy, you can't beat Ace, let alone Grandpa Adri."

"That's right, you idiot, you have lost to me hundreds of times and you haven't won even once."

Ace was on the sidelines doing some finishing touches.

This made Luffy even more unhappy and determined to fight.

As expected

total defeat

Luffy was lying on the ground with a big bag on his head and asked Sabo:

"Saab, how many times did I hit you?"

"...50 handfuls."

"Oh yeah! Ace, I have more times than you!"

Luffy made a gesture, which directly angered Ace.

"Luffy, you idiot, what is there to be proud of!"

Ace couldn't help but punch him again.
