The East African colony currently covers an area of ​​about 1.2 million square kilometers, including all of Tanzania and most of Kenya (the north is the sphere of Arab and indigenous influence).

The East African colonies currently face three problems. One is gender imbalance. Unlike the Austrian immigrants who brought their families, there were a large number of single men among the early Chinese immigrants. This is a destabilizing factor for future East African rule.

The second is the ethnic imbalance. The proportion of Chinese is too high. Immigration from the Austrian Empire can only alleviate this situation. In order to truly solve this problem, in Ernst's opinion, the ratio of yellow and white populations must at least reach 28%. Now that the East African colonies have added a large number of immigrants from the Austrian Empire, some Chinese immigrants have been forced to learn German in their daily lives.

Therefore, the current population problem faced by the East African colonies is how to solve the above three problems.

After all, this is not a slave trade, this is a marriage introduction, and it is hard for Western countries to criticize, as long as the unified caliber is "free love."

Of course, this policy will not only be implemented in the Middle East. Ernst will also seek help from his old friends, the Dutch, who have a large number of colonies in the Far East. If you are making money, you can't forget your friends.

Second, there is currently no good solution. Now that Europe has begun to move toward a short-term state of peace, it is not easy to operate. We can only increase the deception on the original basis and collect as much scraps as possible from the immigrants going to the Americas.

The third, which is the most important task in the East African colonies in the next year, is to collect all the black indigenous people in the colonies and exile them to the west of the Great Lakes region, Burundi, Rwanda and Uganda.

After all, the indigenous countries living in the Great Lakes region are not good. Compared with the many indigenous people in the East African colonies who are still in primitive societies, their slave countries are already quite developed.

Needless to say, the methods used by slave-owning countries to deal with overpopulation need not be elaborated. Referring to the Shang Dynasty in the Far East, most of them would adopt physical means to balance the population size. What’s more, these East African colonial natives are not as good for the indigenous countries west of the Great Lakes region. It's like ancient Rome facing the Germanic barbarians.

All in all, the current focus of the East African colonial government is no longer to continue expansion, but to secure the land in its hands first.
