Oh my, I finished another book.

This seems to be my first novel I finished on Qidian.

Although I have written 20 million words in the next page, I am still a newcomer on Qidian.

I really didn't expect that this book would be just a small masterpiece after it was finished.

It seems that I am still too green.

More than a year, 3.3 million words, never a day of interruption, overall average, okay.

If I hadn't been forced by Black Monkey, I don't know if I could continue to update this book, and I could get 50,000 in three days.

Okay, as usual.

After the completion, I will first be ranked first!

All finished novels are inevitably issued a self-criticism edict at the end.

Okay, listen to my quibbling next... I mean self-examination.

The framework of this book was done before the book was published, and the ending was also thought of long ago. I am an author who thought of the ending before publishing the book. Generally speaking, the plot will not go beyond the scope of control and can always be recovered.

At that time, the ending I thought of was that the story would change from one world to two worlds. There was still a lot of room for Bai Yu to grow in the future. Whether it was the cosmic war on the Earth side or the new pattern on the Earth Star side, I could only say that there was still a long way to go.

I was very happy when I wrote this book, but the happiness was for the author, and the readers might not think so. There were big problems with this book, which I realized after the book was opened, and it was already on the shelves and could not be modified.

First, there were too many settings. At that time, I planned to write it in the way of a mobile game, so I added the superpowers of the guaranteed rule and the "Chronicle of the Heroic Spirit", and added very cool settings such as rewriting fate. However, just to throw out this setting, the plot design in the early stage was a bit depressed, which led to some poison points.

I am really not good at setting up cheat codes, and I don't have enough imagination to use cheat codes, so the poor performance of this book is not just because of the bad climate, but also because I didn't write it well.

However, as the plot progressed to Penglai Academy, I felt that the plot became much smoother. New characters appeared, new conflicts came, new maps were opened, strong enemies were pulled, and the plot was laid out. I personally wrote it very happily and smoothly, with clear layers from top to bottom.

The later maps, the Huangquan area of Fusang and Rome 500 years ago, were all settings that had been thrown out in advance, and there were foreshadowings.

So from the perspective of an author, the plot framework of the whole book is still very solid and has never escaped the control of my palm.

Get the "heroic character" through the golden finger, and then open the map through their personal stories, and then let the protagonist run these maps again to string the story together.

As for the weak points... Of course there are some. My personal habit is to open the plot through a character and then advance the story. The character is regarded as a tool for the plot, so some readers criticized me for writing too many characters and throwing them away after writing. I admit this, I confess, and I am guilty.

But in fact, there is no way. Even in other fantasy novels, there are always characters who gradually fall behind because they can't keep up with the protagonist.

In addition, the plot often progresses too fast, and there is no time to pull up the strength of the previous character.

If you think about it carefully, I have actually pulled in many powerful characters in this book. Whether it is Su Ruoli, Tao Rusu, or Amamiya Mahiru, they are all strong characters from the early to the late stages.

It was not until the final fight against Tai Sui and the Outer God that they really couldn't keep up, but that was the last tens of thousands of words of the finale, which didn't really affect the reading mood.

Speaking of the finale.

I don't like to drag on too much when the finale is finished, so I will speed up the update when the finale is finished.

Naturally, too many plots will be compressed in it.

The plot of the penultimate chapter is a highly compressed plot.

As you can see from the title, it actually contains content that normally takes three or four chapters.

The battle between the Demon Ancestor and the Outer God could have been written in 5,000 words. The original setting was that the battle would start in midwinter and end in the Kingdom of Shadows, and then both sides would start in demon form, fight in space, and wrestle on Mercury;

The Judgment of the Stars could also be written in one chapter;

The story of Bai Yu walking in the long river of time could also be expanded a little...

If it had been written, the reading experience would have been better.

However, once I was ready to finish it, my mind could no longer accommodate those complicated things.

I couldn't come up with any battle scenes at all; the Judgment of the Stars also lacked emotional foreshadowing due to the lack of the previous life-and-death battle, and became a straightforward narrative.

As for the story of Bai Yu walking in the long river of time, I was originally going to write some memories of other characters.

However, after writing it, I deleted another 1,000 or 2,000 words. I personally feel that it's better to be shorter. It would be too dragged out to review my life.

I still need emotions to foreshadow when I write a book.

When I fought Tai Sui, I used a lot of scenes to foreshadow the emotions.

So when it was finished, the emotions had been exhausted, and only the settings were left.

After throwing out the setting, the tone of the ending is set on a simple "return home".

I have been struggling whether I should focus on more characters. It doesn't have to be a party, just a simple conclusion is fine.

But after writing about Su Ruoli, I don't really want to write anymore.

Because it's just right to stop here.

It corresponds to the scene where Bai Yu and Su Ruoli met for the first time. The plot has completed the beginning and the end. Adding another one is a bit superfluous.

But there is no doubt that everyone will be happy... You all know me, I have always been an absolute supporter of pure love harem!

In this book, I even let the protagonist lose her virginity!

Isn't this a huge breakthrough for myself? ! (Shock)

Ahem... Mainly because Qidian's review is relatively lenient. Although it was blocked many times, it was all thanks to the editor Green Bean's help.

A year is a long time for Bai Yu and Su Ruoli who can't meet each other.

It's also a long time for me. I finished another book and felt a lot of emotions in my heart.

We talked about more than a thousand words, all about writing books, because I think there is nothing to talk about about myself.

I am a very Buddhist person, with a temper that is neither good nor bad.

I write books and don't like to do anything weird. I don't even ask for votes and rewards. I'm too lazy to do operations.

I always think that for someone like me, it's a good thing to be able to write books and make a living, and there are people who like to read them, so I don't act hypocritical or sell misery, and I don't share my life and emotions with readers in the book to avoid ruining the reading experience of readers.

But sometimes I still want to compete with my past self and want to see if I can write another good book.

This is the worst book I have ever written, but I still finished it from beginning to end. I think the next book should be better than this one anyway.

Speaking of new books, I wanted to write it half a year ago, but I never wrote it. I didn’t have a good subject matter, no good inspiration, and I was worried that I couldn’t write the desired effect. I was limited by my talent and stopped here.

I summarized and reflected a lot, and realized that my weaknesses always exist. The world view structure, the use of gold fingers... are not what I am good at. If I can’t make up for the weaknesses, I can only play to my strengths and avoid my weaknesses.

Change the subject matter, change the type, change the track.

I hope there will be a different flower on the trail ahead.

Finally, thank you readers for your company along the way.

If anyone can follow up all the way here, I will be honored.

Please be my reader for life (kneeling)!
