Speaking of "The Almighty Athlete", it can be regarded as creating a new genre of sports fiction, and I don't want to brag about the achievements, everyone has seen it. Some people say that I am a god with one book, but as far as I am concerned, I think I can give this book a score of 60, which is considered a passing grade. I feel that after writing this book, I have reached the entry-level level of web writing.

A new idea, a new genre, I was crossing the river by feeling the stones when I was writing, and I was also constantly thinking, learning and summarizing experience. In fact, the biggest problem with this way of writing is that when readers feel that they are not familiar with this movement, they will put it down for a while or abandon the book. Once put down, it may be difficult to pick up things like online articles!

I think this is also the limitation of sports fiction.

Sports works are really too niche. Those who write about fantasy and military affairs all say that they are niche. If you compare with sports, you are nouveau riche! Many readers ignore sports novels when they see them. Just like we watch TV programs, if you go home and turn on the TV, who will keep staring at CCTV5? Anyway, I won't.

Sports readers are also too specialized, except football is basketball, fans writers write for fans readers, write about other sports, don’t pay attention, don’t read, abandon the book! Therefore, the development of online literature for more than ten years, sports novels are not only football but also basketball. And that makes sports fiction less and less popular.

I think if this continues, sports novels will gradually disappear, and may eventually become a category of urban novels.

I want to bring about some changes through my works and my creativity, but it has not achieved the desired effect, and there are too few follow-up works. I have seen a few works that follow suit, and the results are very good, but it is still difficult to stop the general trend of football and basketball. I have also encouraged some authors to follow suit and express their willingness to guide, but the answers they got were basically refusal. They said they only knew basketball or football, so they only wrote about basketball or football, and didn’t write what they didn’t understand.
