American Comics: BOSS Invasion

#1247 - Advent of Naruto

The sun shone brightly, casting its light upon the lush green forest.

It was a bright morning, the leaves still adorned with dewdrops welcoming spring, as a new day was about to begin.

A deer emerged from the forest, running joyfully towards the lake in the distance.

Suddenly, the ground exploded violently, and the deer was instantly torn to shreds by the shrapnel carried by the shockwave, blood splattering everywhere. Its head rolled on the ground, and the surrounding bushes trembled, stained with large patches of blood.

Within the crater, several meters deep, a large amount of broken rocks slowly melted, gathering and merging inward, like a liquid metal robot, reforming into a complete human figure.

Qi Shan twisted his neck, looked around at the environment, and with a slight exertion of force from his feet, launched himself four or five meters into the air, landing effortlessly on the flat ground.

From within the crater, a streak of bright silver metal shot up, instantly covering Qi Shan's body, gradually lengthening at a speed visible to the naked eye, forming a black robe with red cloud patterns and unique characters.

Qi Shan looked up at the bright sunlight, glanced at the small animals that had scattered in fright from the sudden explosion, and shook his head with some helplessness, sighing softly.

What the heck is going on? Suddenly saying my mission is complete, throwing me out of the Dragon Ball world, and then without a word, not even a greeting, throwing me into the next mission.

I thought life would be more stable after the system returned, but I didn't expect it to be even busier.

Feeling slightly helpless, Qi Shan looked at the smoky words slowly appearing before his eyes and strode forward.

[Mission Plane Arrived]

[This time, you will play the character of Hidan of the Akatsuki.]

[Mission Requirement: Development]

[As a devout follower of the Jashin religion, your previous path seems to have gone astray. As a religion, instead of developing followers, you continuously offer sacrifices to Jashin, constantly spreading terror and bloodshed. Such a sect can only gradually走向滅亡 (zou xiang mie wang - move toward destruction).]

[After experiencing a death and failure, you have finally seen the light and are determined to abandon your previous bloody style, instead advancing to become a Pope and developing more members of the Jashin religion? Expand and strengthen the entire Jashin religion.]

[The joint sacrifice of everyone is far more enjoyable than one person's immortal sacrifice!]

[Mission: Within three years, develop the Jashin religion into the largest sect in the Naruto world!]

[Upon completion of the mission, you will receive a special reward!]

This mission is much more interesting? It's actually about developing a sect.

Perhaps the rewards obtained in the previous two missions? Can finally be put to good use!

Qi Shan walked out of the dense forest, casually identified a direction? Slightly concentrated some superpowers? The whole person quickly turned into a missile and flew in the direction of the Amegakure.

The time node for entering this mission is quite interesting? It's actually one week after being defeated by Shikamaru.

According to normal logic, after being reborn again, he should first seek revenge on the Ino-Shika-Cho trio. Hidan of the Akatsuki is not a broad-minded person.

However, the mission requirement is to develop the religion, which surprised Qi Shan a bit.

But thinking about it? It seems reasonable.

Hidan is just a psychopath? Enjoying pain, grabbing anyone and wanting to offer them to Jashin first.

Slaughtering aimlessly every day, without any thought, only to offer sacrifices to Jashin.

Such a sect, it is estimated that any normal person would avoid it.

Forget it, there's no need to rush this troublesome matter.

Qi Shan made up his mind, his superpowers surged out, and his flying speed suddenly increased several times. After colliding with several hard objects in succession, the whole person turned into a red light and instantly rushed into Amegakure.

On the high tower of Amegakure, Nagato sat on a special mechanical bed, concentrating on controlling Pain.

Suddenly, his expression moved slightly, and Konan next to him quickly asked: "What's wrong?"

"An intruder has been detected. They are very fast and are actually intruding from the sky. Moreover, the opponent's speed is incredible. One second they were at the border, and the next second they appeared in front of the city... Something's not right, they're actually going to land on the high platform?"

"Is it an enemy? I'll go take care of it!"

Konan's expression turned cold, and her bangs on the left and right began to gradually split, turning into square pieces of white paper, fluttering in the air, ready to leave at any time.

Nagato said calmly: "Don't act rashly, this person's chakra has a familiar feeling, and some of its nature has changed. I can't confirm it for the time being. Let Pain personally test them this time!"

On the other side, Pain stepped out indifferently, and his feet ejected force, almost instantly flashing out of the shadows. Facing the red light rapidly rushing down from the sky, he slowly raised his palm and said softly: "Shinra Tensei!"

Whoosh!

The space twisted, and there was a faint, ear-piercing sound.

The red light in the air paused briefly for a fraction of a second, and then directly changed direction, circling seven or eight times in the air in an instant.

It wasn't until five seconds had passed and a gap appeared in the ability that the red light appeared next to Pain with lightning speed.

"Pain! What do you mean by this? Why did you suddenly attack me?"

A familiar voice came out, and as the red light gradually dissipated, even the calm Nagato couldn't help but be slightly stunned.

It's actually Hidan?

How could it be him? Wasn't he already dead? Even the detailed process of the entire battle and the location where he was sealed have been completely investigated.

And when did Hidan have the ability to fly, and at such a speed?

In his mind, countless thoughts appeared in an instant, and then Nagato forcibly suppressed them.

Now is not the time to say these things.

Pain's expression was indifferent as he stared at Hidan in front of him and said lightly: "You have never shown the ability to fly!"

"What's so strange about this? It's just that I've developed another divine technique. This is a gift from Lord Jashin!" Qi Shan said indifferently.

Nagato was silent for a moment. For him, the so-called Jashin's existence was a question mark, but Hidan's technique was indeed very棘手 (ji shou - thorny/troublesome), not like ordinary ninjutsu, but could play a big role at critical moments.

Could it be that he really communicated with his Jashin?

Or is it simply someone else pretending?

After a few seconds, Pain didn't ask anything, turned around and left, only coldly dropping a sentence: "The regular meeting is about to begin, don't be late this time!"
