American Comics: BOSS Invasion

#163 - Frieza's Journey to Planet Saka

The scene shifts to Frieza.

Caught off guard by the sudden attack and thrown into the space gate, Frieza was immediately caught in a spatial-temporal turbulence.

With the alignment of nine stars, space was in its most chaotic period. Misalignment in gravity not only leads to spatial asymmetry but also easily triggers temporal turbulence.

Frieza, being a cosmic emperor and a cosmic being, had seen many such strange phenomena, but previously, he was always protected by a large fleet.

This time, he was actually floating in space with his bare body, experiencing it firsthand at point-blank range.

The feeling was indescribably painful for Frieza.

In this kind of gravitationally chaotic zone, the direction of force is unclear, and some forces even clash. The blood within his body suddenly turned into a turbulent flow. Frieza, with his earth-shattering combat power, couldn't exert any of it.

He could only stare blankly at the bizarre cosmic scenery around him, constantly shuttling through strange spatial turbulences.

He didn't know how long passed, but Frieza suddenly felt a jolt in his body. Immediately afterward, the disordered gravity was restrained, and he began to fall downwards.

Frieza pierced through a thick layer of clouds, falling from an extreme height.

Boom!

Dust and smoke billowed everywhere, and a meteorite crater appeared on the ground.

Perhaps the impact was too great, as white smoke was still rising from the center of the crater.

After a long while, Frieza barely managed to climb to his feet.

For an invincible cosmic emperor, this was simply an unforgivable humiliation.

"Next time! Next time I will definitely… Damn it, what is this awful smell!"

Before he could finish his vicious words, he was assaulted by an extremely unique stench.

Frieza slowly floated up, looking around with a frown.

"What kind of place is this? Is this some civilization's garbage dump?"

A gust of wind suddenly rushed from above.

Without even looking, Frieza ejected a small shockwave bullet.

Boom!

The massive piece of discarded waste falling from the sky was blasted to pieces, and the fragments scattered down like rain.

Frieza's skin rippled with airflow, forming a tough protective film that isolated all external objects, including air.

The fragments of waste landed on the protective film and almost instantly self-combusted.

This planet was shrouded in thick clouds, and various kinds of garbage would occasionally soar into the sky and fall onto the garbage mountains below.

The clouds were covered with numerous whirlpools of various sizes, constantly in a state of creation and destruction. Among them, one whirlpool was particularly special. Not only was it enormous, but the clouds were fixed in place, and it emitted a red light at all times.

Below that whirlpool, there were obvious traces of artificial cleaning, and a circle of strange devices had been placed.

Although Frieza wasn't interested in technology, he could still understand it.

Those were actually light refraction instruments.

In other words, the light on this planet actually came from this.

"Are there even rats living on this ugly planet?"

Frieza was somewhat surprised to see the bustling city with its rows of buildings not far away.

Just as he was about to go and investigate, a strangely shaped spaceship suddenly came over, crashing arrogantly onto the ground. A large number of ragged, refugee-like bandits poured out.

They held weapons and had strange war paint on their faces. Not only were their races mixed, but they also walked strangely.

Frieza had many cosmic races under his command, and seeing these people actually gave him a sense of familiarity.

The bandits looked up at Frieza in the air and shouted in a strange English accent, "Are you a fighter? Or food?"

A sinister smile cracked on Frieza's lips.

"That's right! This is the feeling. Simple, crude, slaughter, and plunder. This is the main theme of the universe. As expected, no matter which universe, only Earth is the most abnormal place!"

He slowly descended, and amidst the wary gazes of the bandits, he slowly opened his palm.

Swoosh!

An energy ball the size of a fist shot out, and a garbage mountain over a hundred meters high three hundred meters away exploded.

A huge circular gap appeared in the mountain, and the edges were still burning red. Wisps of white smoke rose into the air and immediately dissipated.

Rumble rumble rumble--

Garbage fragments covered the area like a rainstorm. Frieza's body glowed with a shimmering white light, vaporizing all the fragments.

He looked at the dumbfounded bandits opposite him and said in a sinister tone, "Kneel before me!"

The bandits looked at the weapons in their hands and then at the huge circular gap in the distance, and wisely knelt down.

Frieza's lips curled up, "I announce that you have become members of the Frieza Force. Now, address me as Lord Frieza!"

"Lord Frieza!" The bandits shouted chaotically.

"Very good! Now tell me, what is this place? Who is the ruler here?"

The leading bandit replied, "This is Sakaar, located in a very special position in the universe. The clouds of this planet hide countless space gates that lead to different star fields in the universe and can also go to other parallel universes. It is ruled by the Grandmaster, who is the only king here."

"Oh? Is that so?"

Frieza smiled coldly, "He won't be for long! Then, where is he now?"

"The Grandmaster is the oldest race in the universe. He enjoys endless life and powerful strength…"

The leading bandit couldn't help but try to dissuade him, as he didn't want to be used as cannon fodder and die meaninglessly.

However, Frieza was not the benevolent ruler he imagined. He unhesitatingly blasted the leading bandit into pieces with a shockwave.

Blue blood splattered all over the faces of several people nearby, and many were stunned.

"I don't like to repeat my words a second time!"

Frieza looked coldly at another bandit and said, "You answer!"

"Yes! Lord!"

Seeing Frieza's body seething with flame-like energy, feeling the pressure that weighed on his heart, and with the previous example right in front of him, how could he dare to talk nonsense? He immediately said, "The Grandmaster is a fan of duels and gambling. Every day at this time, he will appear in the arena…"

"Go! To the arena!"

Before he could finish speaking, Frieza directly stepped into the strangely shaped spaceship.

The bandits kneeling on the ground looked at each other, then glanced at the former leader who had died without a whole body, and unhesitatingly grabbed their guns and followed.

Following the strong is the maxim that scavengers rely on to survive.
