American Comics: BOSS Invasion

#545 - Destroy the corpse

Training Black Canary and Green Arrow to be enemies was actually a plan that Qi Shan came up with on a whim.

Since he descended upon Central City of The Flash, he essentially preferred playing around with superpowers.

Especially the Speed Force, which his main body had already obtained in the mission world.

He only needed to use a printer to create a perfect speedster, and he would become The Flash one step ahead.

That's the theory, but The Flash is a huge pit in itself, originally created by Reverse-Flash specifically to return to the past.

If he rashly shows his face, not to mention facing all of The Flash's enemies, Reverse-Flash definitely wouldn't let Qi Shan off the hook.

Reverse-Flash is a seasoned veteran, and it's difficult to turn the tables on him, even for a chosen one like Barry Allen.

He's just a clone, and he doesn't have any missions to accomplish in this world.

Playing is fine, but there's no need to ask for trouble.

He can consider it. Qi Shan feels that instead of facing Reverse-Flash now and clearing the way for The Flash,

it's better to take advantage of this time to stir up Green Arrow's situation.

Qi Shan really doesn't have any good feelings towards Green Arrow.

A playboy encounters a shipwreck, experiences many things, and then returns to Star City to become a superhero.

It all feels like nonsense.

Qi Shan is preparing a special welcoming ceremony for him—a high-level assassination. As for whether he can really kill Green Arrow, it's not that important.

Qi Shan didn't harm them; he just rested in the spacious guest room for one night.

"Stop! Help! Catch him!"

Just as he reached the street and was about to open the car door, he heard a woman's frantic shout from behind.

Following the sound, he saw a homeless man clutching a woman's bag tightly, running like a wild dog.

Behind him, a black woman of impressive tonnage was shouting, out of breath.

The distance was widening at a visible rate, but the black woman stubbornly refused to give up, running slowly today, her hair wet with sweat, but still not giving up.

The homeless man ran straight towards Qi Shan, his eyes flashing a warning not to interfere.

Qi Shan was speechless for a moment.

These people are really dedicated to earning money early in the morning.

Taking advantage of the homeless man's passing, Qi Shan kicked out, sending him flying sideways, crashing into a tree and falling to the ground.

The tree trunk shook continuously, and a large number of dead leaves fell, covering the homeless man.

He clearly hadn't lost consciousness, but Qi Shan's kick had almost knocked the wind out of him. He lay on the ground, eyes wide, unable to get up for a long time.

The black woman's eyes lit up, and she quickly quickened her pace. When she got close, she pounced like Mount Tai, heavily slamming onto the homeless man.

Qi Shan seemed to hear a loud bang. The homeless man's eyes almost popped out. He opened his mouth and spat out a mouthful of water, his eyes rolling back as he lost consciousness.

The black woman grabbed the bag, quickly rummaged through it, and exclaimed, "It's still here! It's all still here!"

She looked at Qi Shan: "Buddy, thanks for your help this time. The things inside are very important to me, but you should leave quickly. You just kicked him, be careful he finds someone to retaliate!"

Qi Shan's eyes lit up: "That's great. How many people do they have?"

"Great?" The black woman looked at Qi Shan strangely, and suddenly her expression changed, as if she had misunderstood something. A hint of fear appeared in her eyes.

She rummaged in her bag, took out a 20-dollar bill, and handed it to Qi Shan.

"I only have this much on me today. Thank you again! I'll leave first!"

After saying that, the black woman actually fled.

Qi Shan was a little puzzled. Why did she suddenly run away while they were talking?

Holding the 20-dollar bill, Qi Shan was a little dumbfounded.

What's going on?

Qi Shan raised his head, but suddenly found that the surrounding passersby also looked fearful. Their leisurely steps had disappeared, and they were all leaving in a hurry. In the blink of an eye, there was no one watching the excitement.

Qi Shan was stunned for a moment, then looked down at the homeless man.

Sure enough, blood was already oozing from the corner of his mouth. His whole body was twisted and motionless, as if he was completely dead.

Qi Shan's kick just now, despite its small movement, was actually incredibly powerful.

The kick had displaced the man's internal organs, causing him to pass out and be unable to get up for a long time.

Logically speaking, it would only result in exhaustion and damage to multiple internal organs, requiring two weeks of bed rest to recover.

But coincidentally, the black woman was of impressive tonnage. A Mount Tai-like slam caused secondary damage to the homeless man's internal organs, causing small wounds to rupture and become a terrifying blood faucet.

Even if this homeless man was strong, he would still die.

No wonder the black woman suddenly changed her face; she was afraid of getting into trouble.

Qi Shan took out a small silver ball from his pocket and casually threw it on the corpse.

The silver ball landed and quickly scattered into a small pile of metal shavings. Then, these metal shavings actually dispersed on their own.

They entered the homeless man's body through his mouth and nose. A minute later, the homeless man's body began to tremble violently, and a large amount of moisture seeped out from under him.

The homeless man's corpse seemed to have been burned by a furnace. The skin began to decompose rapidly, turning into a pile of black sand at a visible rate, scattering on the lawn along with his clothes.

Blown by the wind, the black sand drifted away.

Qi Shan didn't take this little matter to heart.

Before Green Arrow appeared, Star City was as chaotic as Gotham City.

However, the troublemakers here weren't geniuses with exploding IQs; most were thugs and mercenaries who relied on their strength.

Every incident involved a few deaths, plus the mixed bag of people in the Lakeside Shack renovation area, with all kinds of races.

No one cared about a few deaths.

Opening the door of the Porsche all-wheel-drive sports car, Qi Shan got straight in, ignited the engine, turned the steering wheel, and drove straight towards the police station.

A block away from the police station, Qi Shan slowly parked, waited for about two minutes, and Laurel quickly walked over from behind, opened the door, and sat directly in the passenger seat.

The car door closed, and the car slowly started, turning around and heading straight for the suburbs.

Qi Shan glanced at her, a hint of a smile on his lips.

"You're dressed very nicely!"

Laurel's figure was already good, her skin delicate and fair, plus her smooth blonde hair, she was already very attractive.

Now, whether she had deliberately dressed up or not, she was wearing a business-style women's suit skirt, and her slender black silk stockings presented a breathtaking curve, which was very eye-catching.

Laurel's face was cold: "That's none of your business. What do I need to do?"

"You? First, make a set of clothes!"

"Huh... Huh?" Laurel was stunned.
