American Comics: BOSS Invasion

#76 - Finally there is a result

In the city center, construction vehicles were pushing earth and sand to bury a massive crater.

Suddenly, a space wormhole appeared, and a yellow lightning bolt shot out, rushing straight out of National City before anyone could react.

These days, Supergirl was working overtime.

Just as she finished stuffing a group of looters into a dumpster, she caught a glimpse of a lightning bolt flashing by.

She immediately shot into the sky, following it without hesitation.

The lightning bolt quickly noticed Supergirl and, after testing a few directions, stopped in a deserted area.

Supergirl landed, frowning slightly as she looked at the strange man hidden in a tight-fitting suit: "What planet are you from? Why are you so fast?"

"Uh… what planet? Earth!"

The man was clearly dumbfounded by Supergirl's question. "It's normal for me to be fast. Why can you keep up with me? Who are you?"

Supergirl was also a bit confused. "I… I'm Supergirl!"

"Who are you?"

The man was obviously surprised.

Supergirl scratched her head, unsure how to explain. It was the first time she had encountered such a situation.

"You don't know me? That's strange. Who are you?"

"I'm the Flash!" the man in the tight suit said proudly.

Supergirl blinked her big eyes and said, "Who?"

The Flash widened his eyes in disbelief: "You don't know me? I'm a superhero!"

Supergirl spread her hands: "Should I know you?"

"What about Green Arrow?"

Supergirl shook her head.

"Black Canary?"

She continued to shake her head.

"Firestorm, Atom, Zoom…"

The Flash rattled off a series of names, but Supergirl had never heard of any of them.

"Oh, God!"

The Flash gave up in frustration, shaking his head. He took off his cowl, revealing his face, and said, "Okay, Supergirl, it's nice to meet you. My name is Barry Allen, and I'm the fastest man alive. I think I came to the wrong Earth. I might need your help."

Supergirl opened her mouth, not knowing what to say.

Back at the Supergirl team's temporary office.

Supergirl gave the Flash a cup of coffee and asked, "You said you're from another Earth. What exactly do you mean? Earth is Earth. There's only one Earth in the entire universe. Where did a second one come from?"

The Flash frantically typed on the computer, looking slightly distraught.

"This is a strange Earth. It's completely different from my Earth. Although there's also a Central City, there's no S.T.A.R. Labs. No Cisco Ramon, no Harrison Wells, no Caitlin Snow. I'm in trouble now. No one can help me get home!"

The Flash was scratching his head when the door opened and the gentle James walked in.

They both paused, asking, "Who are you?"

"Hello, my name is Barry Allen," the Flash introduced himself with a shrug.

Supergirl seemed excited and quickly introduced them: "This is Winn, this is James. Hey, guys, guess what? Barry Allen is from another universe!"

Winn's eyes lit up.

"Cool! So the multiverse theory is real!"

The Flash nodded: "Yeah, that's right. It's already been proven."

Supergirl said excitedly: "Awesome, he's actually from another universe, and I'm from another planet. This is so interesting…"

"Wait, what do you mean by 'on this Earth'? Is there another Earth?"

James obviously grasped the key point.

The Flash scratched his head, pushed over a whiteboard, and explained the concept of the multiverse and parallel Earths to everyone in detail.

Although everyone seemed to understand, they accepted the concept that there was more than one Earth.

The Flash's very existence was a super concept. Whether it was his abilities or where he came from, it was a powerful attraction for Supergirl and her friends.

The few people became friends within just a few words and eventually went out to eat together.

And before that, Supergirl had promised to help the Flash get home.

The yellow lightning bolt appearing in the city was captured by a helicopter overhead and quickly made its way onto major news outlets.

This was also the first time the Flash had appeared before the public on this Earth.

Seeing the news, Qi Shan narrowed his eyes slightly.

"The Flash, you've come at the right time. Today is the last day of the countdown. I hope you can catch this surprise."

Qi Shan put down his chopsticks and handed the empty bowl to the "Tomie" beside him.

This "Tomie" was different from the previous ones.

This was made using Tomie's cells, White Zetsu cells, and cells from Dangerous Species among Teigu.

The vibration of Jigglypuff's power was used to forcibly fuse them together, using the core structural concept of Buu's cells from black magic to forcibly maintain the three cells in a triangular shape, borrowing strength from each other, restraining each other, and becoming a whole.

The new cells had the characteristics of the three cells: the cellular strength of Dangerous Species, the regenerative ability of Tomie's cells, and the information exchange of White Zetsu cells.

Absolutely powerful!

Although, due to Tomie's cells, biological individuals would naturally grow into Tomie's appearance.

However, with the help of the Lightweight False Image to make up for the shortcomings, this was no longer a problem.

The new Tomie had a strong physique, considerable combat power, and even had a part of White Zetsu's combat consciousness. Coupled with black magic hypnosis enhancement, even if her single-soldier combat power was not as good as Supergirl's, she could still put up a fight.

Once the numbers increased, forming an overwhelming advantage, they could definitely be put to great use.

After so many days of research, there were finally some results.

"Tomie" filled Qi Shan's rice bowl and placed it in front of him.

Qi Shan glanced at her, pondered slightly, and said: "Perhaps they should be given a separate name. What would be a good name… Viper Squad? That doesn't seem quite right…"

Just as he was thinking, the phone rang suddenly. Qi Shan picked it up and was a little surprised. It was Tom.

This kid didn't die?

Answering the phone, Tom's voice came over.

"Mike?"

"It's me! What's up?"

"I'm just calling to ask. It's great that you weren't affected."

"Thanks, I guess I was lucky, since I live a bit far away. How are you? I went to the location of the bar, and it's been razed to the ground. I called both of your phones, and no one answered. I thought…"

Tom seemed a little emotional, "I've been hiding in the basement. I was just dug out by the rescue workers yesterday. Fortunately, I had the bar here, so I didn't starve to death, but Laurie…"

Qi Shan was silent.

Although they couldn't be considered friends, since they were acquaintances, he couldn't help but feel a little different after receiving such news.

"Is there anything I can help with?"

"Come to the funeral. In three days."

Hanging up the phone, Qi Shan was speechless.
