Arms Dealers From Hogwarts
Chapter 18
"We're going through this wall, aren't we?" Mr. Granger looked uncertainly at the wall between the two platforms in front of him.
Jemini nodded, took a step forward, and put his hand on the wall.
An incredible scene appeared, Jemini's hand just disappeared into the wall, and the Grangers couldn't help but opened their mouths.
Hedwig squatted on Jemini's shoulders and followed him through the partition wall in the center of Platform 9 and Platform 10. After a short period of darkness, Jemini's eyes suddenly opened up, and the sun shone on his face again.
A dark red steam train stopped by the crowded platform with a sign that read: Hogwarts Express, eleven o'clock.
Turning around, the place where the partition wall has become a wrought iron archway, which reads: 9? Platform.
Soon, the Granger family also passed through.
Unlike Jemini, the Granger family was stopped by two men in robes as soon as they came to the platform. After confirming that it was the parents of the students who came to see the students and not the Muggles who came in by mistake, this was a little apologetic. Let the two go.
The thick smoke of the steam train lingered in the sky above the chattering crowd, cats of various colors shuttled under the feet of the people, the noisy voices of people, the dragging of suitcases, the chirping of owls, all kinds of loud noises. The voice kept ringing in Jemini's ears.
The first few carriages were already crowded with students, some leaning out of the car windows to talk to their families, while others scoffed in their seats.
"Want to get in the car with me? Miss Granger." Jemini asked gently.
"No!" Hermione gave Jemini an annoyed look.
"Okay then." Jemini nodded, turned to look at the Grangers, and nodded slightly to the two of them: "Thank you two for letting me hitch a ride, and I won't disturb them for now."
"Okay, goodbye, Jemini." Mr. Granger waved to Jemini with a smile: "I wish you success in your studies."
"I also wish you a prosperous career and a happy family." Jemini bowed, turned and walked towards the next few cars.
There are not too many people on the platform now, so he can choose an empty carriage and take a seat first.
Arriving at an unmanned carriage at the rear of the train, Jemini sat by the window, found the spell textbook from the storage space, and began to flip through it.
Knowledge is always the most important weapon, as Jemini, an arms dealer, has always believed.
The noisy environment outside the carriage did not affect Jemini in the slightest. He just sat there quietly reading a book, as quiet as a painting.
After a while, a petite figure with tousled hair appeared at the door of the box. Jemini raised his head. Hermione was leaning against the sliding door, looking at him with his arms folded.
"I thought about it, it's better to sit in a car with acquaintances, does it bother you?" Hermione turned her head away and rubbed her toes on the ground.
"Of course not." Jemini smiled gently.
Hermione breathed a sigh of relief, sat opposite Jemini, and glanced at the book in Jemini's hand: "Oh, are you reading a spell textbook? Have you learned any spells?"
Jemini chuckled: "Just a simple look."
"Really? I have a lot of control." Hermione raised her chin like a proud little peacock.
"You're amazing." Jemini clapped his hands and praised.
"Thank you." Hermione blushed, realizing that she seemed to be a little carried away.
The box fell silent again. Taking advantage of Jemini's reading time, Hermione stared at his handsome face and asked, "Why did you lie to me that time?"
"That time?" Jemini was stunned for a while, and it took a few seconds to realize what Hermione said, and couldn't help laughing: "I just want to get rid of unnecessary trouble,
A small lie that doesn't cost a fortune can save a ton of time, and it's a good deal. "
"I didn't mean to target you, it would be the same for anyone else, and nothing would change in the end."
"Well, I'm sorry to bother you."
As soon as Jemini finished speaking, a little fat man at the door of the box looked at the two people in the box timidly: "Can I sit here?"
It was almost time for the departure, and even though the two of them were sitting in the back compartment, there were more people outside the box.
"Of course." Hermione nodded towards the little fat man.
"Thank you, my name is Neville Longbottom."
The little fat man glanced at the suave Jemini, then at Hermione, who was a bit out-of-the-box, and finally sat beside Jemini hesitantly.
"Good to meet, Hermione Granger."
Hermione nodded.
Jemini closed the spell book in his hand and said gently, "Jemini Fox, just call me Jemini, nice to meet you."
Neville's face turned pale when he heard the words, he couldn't help opening his mouth, and looked at Jemini with trembling.
His legs were shaking, he wanted to move his position, stay away from Jemini, for fear of being misunderstood by Jemini.
"You know him?" Hermione wondered at Neville's reaction.
Neville looked at Jemini, feeling the gentleness of the other person's temperament, and finally got the courage to look at Hermione.
"Haven't you heard of it?" Neville whispered, "About Jemini?"
"Ha..." Hermione glanced at Jemini and asked, "Let me guess, did he fight again?"
Neville's face turned pale: "A fight? Shouldn't it count? It should be a one-sided beating."
"Looks like I guessed right." Hermione sneered at Jemini's handsome face. "Who did you hit again? Or did you get robbed again? And then had to fight back?"
Jemini thought for a while, and finally sighed: "I forgot his name."
Hermione: "..."
Neville: "..."
Damn, this guy is absolutely ruthless!
"The one who was beaten was Marcus Flint, a member of the Flint family, but I don't blame Jemini for this."
Neville explained: "It was the one named Marcus who insulted Jemini first, but Jemini broke his arm and kicked five ribs with one kick."
"Break five ribs in one kick?" Hermione couldn't help widening her eyes. "What did he scold you for?"
Jemini spread out his hands: "Mudblood."
"What does that mean?" Hermione wondered.
Neville explained in a low voice, "It's a contempt for a Muggle-born wizard. It's a very vicious insult."
"Probably the equivalent of a bastard in the mouth of a Muggle..." Jemini thought for a while and said.
"Good kick." Hermione glanced at Jemini and raised her eyebrows: "But how did you kick his five ribs with one kick? Do you have any skills?"
Jemini smiled gently: "I just have more strength."
My own strength... just barely four or five tons.
