Awakened: Evolving to Godhood

Elliot raised his hand and placed his palm on the door. The essence of life surged out of his palm, latched on to the door, and spread outwards, covering all of it.

The moment it came in contact with the invisible demonic locks, they became visible. Now, even Freya could see them.

"Once we unlock all of them, the door will open with a single push," Elliot said to Freya.

"Why did I fail to notice that they were there all along." She mumbled in a slightly bewildered voice.

"The spider queen meticulously used invisible ores to craft these locks. They are invisible to a person's senses and vision and only become visible after they come in contact with extremely pure energy, one better than the mana and spiritual energy, such as the one I am using." Elliot patiently explained to her.

"Ah, I see." She said and felt thankful that he was telling her about the thing that she was unfamiliar with.

"How do we unlock them?" While pointing her long, slender fingers at the demonic locks, she asked him.

"There are two ways. Feed them until they explode or cripple them from the inside out." Elliot said as thousands of units of the essence of life surged out of his body and entered the several demonic locks through the keyholes at their bottom.

Some moment later, once Elliot used his golden energy to give them a beating of their, the four locks clanged open and fell to the ground.

Elliot pressed his hands on the door, and it opened up with a shrill voice, revealing a room full of treasure.

There were so many demonic crystals on the ground that they created a pool of darkness and a thick black mist, both of which were damaging to anyone who was not an unholy elf who had remained in contact with demonic energy for several years.

Still, Elliot put his legs inside the dark pool and breathed in the fine black mist, and Freya saw that he was fine and showing no adverse signs.

He stepped towards the center of the treasure room, where there were four treasure boxes. Freya closely followed behind him. While walking, he used his energy to pick up all the demonic crystals on his sides and store them in his subspace.

The demonic crystals contained energy harmful energy to humans, but the same energy had many uses. He could use it to create bombs and other disastrous weapons of mass destruction that could destroy a single city.

He reached the chests and forced them open, and inside of them, he saw precious ingredients. The chests were full of king ginseng. He needed this ingredient to make the cell evolution elixir. He stored them all in his subspace. Now, he was only missing Mutated Star Silk, and after obtaining it, he would be able to start the production of cell evolution elixirs.

"Why would the spider queen need so many high-level nourishing herbs, though?" Elliot wondered in a voice loud enough for Freya to hear him.

"She is a loose woman who has sex with every other strong male, no matter how ugly they look. And she lets them impregnate her. After that, she eats them to nourish herself. Then, it only takes her less than a week to produce seven or so big eggs. But spewing out so many eggs leaves her exhausted. And so she consumes king ginseng to recover instantly, and the first thing she does after recovering is indulging in debauchery again. Because she keeps on repeating the same process of having a powerful spider or monster impregnate her every single week, she requires so many nourishing herbs to keep herself at the peak of her condition." Freya's entire face turned red by the end of her explanation. And she blushed even more ferociously when she thought that Elliot was looking at her tummy, more specifically, her womb.

Elliot wasn't!

He was instead feeling his three views shattering!

Who said women aren't perverted?!

Elliot could never think that the spider queen, a sane bitch, would actually devour a man who impregnates her.

What kind of disgusting act was this?!

"The spider queen is too disgusting."

"And here I was, thinking that only I thought that way." None of her kind thought that the spider queen was a revolting existence that needed to get culled.

After looting the storage room clean, they hurried o the fifth area. The moment Elliot and Freya reached there, they saw a scene they could never forget. Out of the entrance of the giant egg with revolting saliva covering it, one spider the size of a boy came out one after another. And the first thing they did after opening their eyes was attack the ones closest to them, killing them and consuming them.

They were born cannibals!

Such an act was too disturbing.

Elliot had covered Freya's eyes as he knew that she hated crawly things and disgusting scenes and feared that she would go berserk again. Freya felt at peace with his hands on her eyes. She raised her hands and rested them on his as her lips stretched back into a sly smile. Freya indeed hated crawly things, and it does make her go berserk. But she had seen so many disgusting and disturbing things that she was used to seeing things like cannibalism.

Of course, Elliot didn't know that, and she had no intention of telling him that unless he asked for it.

Until then, Freya wanted to continue her act of a weak little girl and indulge in his care.

"Too disgusting." Elliot spat out as he created multiple golden swords using his essence of life.

Right after they manifested around him, he took out fire magic scrolls and plastered them on his swords. Then, he snapped his finger, which acted as a command that caused the swords to charge towards the newborn spiders and the spider producing eggs at air breaking speed!
