This book has been written for a total of sixteen months from the first chapter to the completion of the book. It is the longest one of all my books, and of course the one with the largest number of words. Basically, it can be regarded as lighting up a small No small achievement.

In fact, at the beginning, I wanted to write this book to 10 million words.

Uh, I thought about it later, it’s meaningless just to reach a standard for the number of words, and the plots of the last two volumes are really dry and not smooth at all. The plot put itself into a pit, and on the other hand, the story structure of version 9.0 is indeed a bit unexpected.

Of course, there are also my personal physical reasons as a writer.

Speaking of which, this year is really a disaster for me personally. The cruel reality forced me, a fat man who hadn't really exercised for more than 30 years, to take the initiative to start a fitness program, which shows how bad the situation is.

The lack of smoothness in previous years has indeed affected the writing status in the last period. Fortunately, I finally finished the book smoothly. I want to give myself a thumbs up here, and I also want to give my old brothers and new friends who have accompanied me all the way to the present. Brothers give a thumbs up.

For novels, the performance and level of the writer determine the lower limit, but the support and love of brothers can determine the upper limit. In essence, novels are also an entertainment industry, and serving users is the most basic criterion.

Now thinking about the state of this book when it was opened, I really desperately hoped to get rid of the shadow of failure, so I forced myself hard. At the beginning, I was miserable when I double-opened, but fortunately, I survived. And in terms of achievements, it has indeed achieved a wave of breakthroughs and leaps. In the words of comparative metaphysics, a bottleneck has been broken, but how far I can go depends on how much I have learned from the writing of this book and whether I can apply it. They are integrated in the later writing career.

But no matter what happens in the future, anyway, I believe that the writing experience of this book will definitely become a memorable sixteen months in my life.

Not only has my creative career improved, but the life of the old man has also entered a new stage. The birth of my son has also brought about earth-shaking changes in my life. Now that the book has been completed, there is no time left for my child to be one year old. It's been a few days, and I will be busy with this matter for a long time after that, and then I will take a good rest. The release of new books is estimated to be longer than before.

Let’s talk about future writing plans.

First of all, the theme of Warcraft will definitely not give up. There are three routes that can be tried in the current conception. If you count the Holy Light route that I plan to write again, there are four.

If all goes well, I can write four more books on this topic. According to the speed of one book a year, I will have an outline to support my writing career in the next four years.

And other themes will also be tried.

On the one hand, after finishing a book, you need to change your mind, otherwise, if you open the next book directly, you will definitely bring a lot of traces of this book. The same works basically consume the double patience of the writer and the reader. Things can't be done.

On the other hand, my interest in other fields also made me want to write about topics other than Warcraft. Of course, everyone knows that I am seriously lacking in creativity, and I will not easily try things that I don’t understand thoroughly, so At present, this "other field" is still the story of American Comics.

That is the plan for the next book.

There are also many brothers who have been encouraging me to try to learn more new things and extend my hobbies to a wider range. I have tried it too, but my experience alone is indeed limited, and the eye is really a thing. It's amazing, I also let myself watch works like Naruto Pirates, but I really can't stand it.

The only god of death I like is how to say it. Its golden age ended too early, and now I think I don’t have the soil to write about it.

As for Warhammer, it’s either 40K or the Middle Ages. In fact, I am very interested in it, and I have learned about it, but the way the parent company of the other party sends a lawyer’s letter directly to the author, and Hammerslin’s attempt to monopolize the right to interpret the original work Behaviors have determined that for a long time to come, creation in this field will be a matter of extremely high threshold and an unusually small circle.

As an old man who already has children, it takes a lot of courage to make such a bold attempt.

But the above also mentioned my writing plan for the next few years. If everything goes according to the plan, then I will be almost forty when the last book of Warcraft is finished. For the writing industry, it will be the sunset stage. Who knows the fields and tastes of readers at that time?

It is a natural law that the old guys are eliminated. What we can do is not to fight against it, but to serve as many readers as possible in the limited time and create more happiness and relaxation.

This may be my writing philosophy, if it can be called a philosophy (laughs).
