Beast Tamer: My pet has a game panel

#305 - Gathering the troops

The sky was dim, and the Netherflame Knight returned with his three hundred skeletal knights.

Ye Mo had also explained his upcoming plans to the Netherflame Knight. As a local, it was more useful to discuss strategies with him when dealing with the surrounding undead forces.

Unsurprisingly, upon receiving this news, the Netherflame Knight was initially surprised, but then eagerly shared his insights, providing detailed information about numerous powerful undead in the area. He also made sure to highlight a few specific undead powerhouses.

Listening, Ye Mo could sense the excitement in his voice. If he wasn't mistaken, the Netherflame Knight must have suffered quite a bit in front of those particular undead powerhouses.

And so, following the drawn map, and considering the paths and strengths, Ye Mo, Bai You, and the Netherflame Knight worked together to establish their upcoming 'alliance' route. They prepared to visit each of the undead powerhouses in the area in that order, and to meet some of the Netherflame Knight's old acquaintances.

"Let's go, time is of the essence, we'll set off now." Seeing that everyone's condition was almost fully restored, Ye Mo called out to the group.

"Meow!" Bai Ling instantly stood up, the first and most excited to cry out. For him, who sought strength, going to fight so early was just too good.

Han Han had no expression. Now that the decision was made, he only needed to complete his task.

As for Bai You, who was perched on Ye Mo's shoulder, and Little Willow, who was being held by Ye Mo and sleeping soundly, they had even less to say.

With everything prepared, and led by the Netherflame Knight, Ye Mo led his spirit pets, his gaze firm, and strode forward.

Following the plan, Ye Mo and his group led the main force to find those undead forces.

Because the targets were at least Domain-level, and their combat power was close to the Netherflame Knight's, the territories of those undead powerhouses were not small and were easy to find.

Therefore, with the blessing of the aura-concealing formation, it didn't take long for Ye Mo and his group to find their first target, the Fourth-Order Nether Shadow Demon, and the Shadow Demon army it led.

After undead creatures reached the Fourth Order, their intelligence would improve to some extent, but even after awakening their domain and further increasing their intelligence, some undead creatures still had too low intelligence and could only control themselves through instinct.

Even if such undead creatures were powerful, Ye Mo would not consider them. Therefore, the selected Nether Shadow Demon was naturally intelligent and capable of dialogue and communication.

The Nether Shadow Demon's race level was much higher than the Netherflame Knight's. Even among the entire King race, it was considered very good. Therefore, even if the opponent's growth level was only Level 45, its strength, relying on its domain and legion resonance, was not weaker than the Netherflame Knight's, and was even stronger in some aspects.

However, that was all. Unable to fully resonate with the legion, the Nether Shadow Demon could not reach the Fifth Order level no matter what.

So, under Han Han's thunder and Little Willow's 'persuasion,' the Nether Shadow Demon finally signed a transaction contract almost identical to the Netherflame Knight's.

This was also what Ye Mo had planned from the beginning. If the strength of the existence was similar to the Netherflame Knight's, then the content of the transaction contract would be the same as the Netherflame Knight's, with at most a few additional clauses, such as Ye Mo giving the other party precise evolution methods.

The evolution routes of those undead creatures seemed simple, but in reality, they were quite difficult for them, who only had some intelligence after the Fourth Order, and the evolution methods were only based on instinct.

It wasn't that relying on instinct was bad, but it would lead to detours, which would take a lot more time. With Ye Mo's guaranteed complete evolution method in the transaction contract, these powerful undead creatures would be able to better understand their future growth routes.

In addition to those whose strength was similar to the Netherflame Knight's, there were also the two strongest undead powerhouses, the Fourth-Order Giant Gargoyle and the Fourth-Order Corpse Lord.

These two had reached Level 49, awakened their domains, and possessed gargoyle legions and corpse legions that could perfectly resonate with them. After condensing the legion's momentum, they both possessed true King-like strength.

Even Ye Mo needed to carefully consider targets of this level. Therefore, the transaction contracts for these two were truly transaction contracts as the name suggested. The content was very simple. These two only needed to fight alongside him with all their strength to resist the Golden Skeleton King, and he would give them certain benefits.

And so, according to the plan, Ye Mo led his army on a rampage, first subduing people with force, and then persuading them with threats and benefits. In less than a day or two, he had visited all thirteen Domain-possessing undead powerhouses nearby.

The result was also very smooth. Nine out of the thirteen signed transaction contracts, while the remaining four were not very bright. In the end, Ye Mo led the subdued army and gave them a dignified end, helplessly accepting a pile of spirit crystals.

Afterward, Ye Mo rushed to the location of the last two major forces, the territories of the Giant Gargoyle and the Corpse Lord.

Adding his spirit pets and leading a full twelve Fourth-Order powerhouses with domains, Ye Mo communicated very smoothly with the final two undead forces. This was partly because he showed his strength, and partly because the transaction contracts were not as harsh as before, but simply a transaction.

In the end, after spending three days and not sleeping at all, Ye Mo finally gathered a powerful enough force in the inner area of the Undead Abyss. It was time to go to the Burial Grounds and meet that 'old friend' again.

Somewhere on the desolate ground in the inner area of the Undead Abyss.

Now it was the fourth day since he was chased away by the Golden Skeleton King. In the first three days, he led his spirit pets and successfully subdued and gathered enough powerful forces. And this last day was used to set up this large teleportation array.

The reason for setting up this array was very simple. Because whether it was Little Willow or the other dozen undead powerhouses, a considerable part of their power had to rely on the legion, especially the two strongest ones. Without the legion, they would be much weaker than Han Han.

But if so many legions were to be brought into the central area, it would be quite troublesome, and the commotion would be very large. Therefore, Ye Mo decided to choose this method, which was to build a large teleportation array.

Although it was a large teleportation array, its rank wasn't actually that high, only Tier 4, so the cost wasn't a big problem. After all, the teleportation distance wasn't far, and even with the height difference, it was only about ten kilometers.

As for the consumption required for teleportation, Bai Ling had already prepared it. The sixth characteristic of her natal flying sword, Space, was enough for her flying sword to absorb the power of space, and the fifth characteristic, Spirit Gathering, greatly increased the amount of space power the flying sword could contain.

With the two combined, Bai Ling, relying on the three thousand flying swords differentiated by the LV6 clone characteristic during this period, had already absorbed enough spatial power. Teleporting less than ten thousand Tier 3 undead creatures was not a problem at all.

"Thank you for your hard work, Youyou." After saying this to Bai You, Ye Mo walked towards the place where the undead creature powerhouses were gathered.

After a while, he arrived in front of an open space. Ye Mo clapped his hands, attracting the attention of all the undead powerhouses who possessed domains.

"The teleportation problem has been prepared. Time is tight, let's set off now. Who wants to start first?"

Looking at the undead creatures in front of him, all with different forms and not resembling orthodox beings, Ye Mo asked loudly.

The next moment, the Netherflame Knight walked out, leading his skeleton knight legion, and looked at Ye Mo, saying seriously: "Let me go first."

Seeing this, Ye Mo nodded lightly. Then, within the perception of all the undead powerhouses, the Netherflame Knight, leading his legion, walked into the teleportation array.

This array was, after all, a large teleportation array. Even if it was only Tier 4, teleporting a hundred skeleton knights at a time wasn't a problem.

Then, Bai You activated the array. As silver light flashed one after another, more than three hundred skeleton knights and the Netherflame Knight were teleported over in a short while.

Seeing this scene, the other undead powerhouses didn't hesitate and successively stepped onto the teleportation array. After consuming spatial power, the figures of one undead creature after another disappeared, all being teleported over.

Finally, Ye Mo, with his spirit pets, watched Bai You set up the aura concealing array outside the teleportation array, and together, relying on the teleportation array, directly teleported over.

The Abyss of the Undead, the outermost edge of the central area.

With a flash of silver light, Ye Mo, with his spirit pets, arrived here. Looking at the area shrouded by the large aura concealing array and the undead creatures that had already been teleported over, he walked straight over.

Ye Mo had deliberately chosen the location of the teleportation array in the central area. It wasn't too far from the Burial Grounds, and it was quite open and quiet.

As for the original owners of this land, they were just some wandering Tier 4 undead creatures. After a batch was killed by Hanhan, this area was able to present such a quiet appearance.

"Ye Mo, are we leaving now?" A somewhat deep voice came over.

Hearing this, Ye Mo looked over. It was a giant gargoyle that was more than thirty meters tall. Its burly physique gave people a strong sense of oppression, and its red pupils emitted an evil light. And its black skin, which was different from other giant gargoyles, made it seem very special.

This was the commander of the gargoyle legion, the giant gargoyle who could fight against monarchs with his legion.

According to common sense, giant gargoyles were only commander-level races. The difficulty of awakening a domain was far greater than that of commander-level monarch races. And even if they awakened a domain, they would often be at a disadvantage when fighting against those commander-level monarch races.

But this special giant gargoyle commander was different. It was a mutated existence, which was the reason why Ye Mo's master and others thought Hanhan, Bai Ling, and the others were so strong. However, unlike the fake mutations of Hanhan and Bai Ling, this giant gargoyle was a true mutation.

Its race level was still a commander race, but its talent was comparable to that of an ordinary monarch race, possessing king-level talent. And in terms of skills, it even possessed two special king-level skills. In terms of strength, it was much stronger than ordinary giant gargoyles.

Perhaps it was because of this that this commander-level giant gargoyle was able to awaken a domain, and in terms of individual strength alone, it could reach the upper ranks among the many domain-level Tier 4s.

"Well, after we organize the team later, we will set off. When the fight starts later, we will have to rely on you to deal with the Golden Skeleton King." Looking at the giant gargoyle commander, Ye Mo replied with a smile.

After hearing this, the giant gargoyle commander stiffly lowered its head and slowly said: "Don't worry, I will definitely stop the Golden Skeleton King."

On the other side, a corpse lord who was ten meters tall but appeared relatively thin turned its head. Its face, which was ulcerated to the point where muscles were visible, faced Ye Mo and the others. While spitting out a mouthful of green gas, it said: "I will also do my best."

Looking over, Ye Mo nodded lightly and said: "I have already told you about the Golden Skeleton King's abilities. When the time comes, just do as I say. We don't seek to kill him, just stop him."

The corpse lord, exuding a putrid aura, nodded slightly, indicating understanding, and then turned its gaze back.

The giant gargoyle commander on the other side also indicated that it understood. Then, leading the entire legion, it stood motionless like a statue.

After looking at these two, Ye Mo didn't stay any longer and went straight to the direction of the other undead creature commanders.

Perhaps because of their strength, these Tier 4 undead creature commanders were gathered on the other side. The best position in the very center was reserved for Ye Mo, as well as the giant gargoyle and the corpse lord.

For these undead powerhouses who signed a transaction contract with the same template as the Netherflame Knight, it was much simpler for Ye Mo to speak. After directly stating the arrangements that needed to be made, those undead creature commanders led their legions one after another, neatly lined up.

In this way, after the team was organized, Ye Mo, relying on the corpse lord, led the spirit pets, as well as the large aura concealing array, and proceeded step by step towards the Burial Grounds.

Along the way, all Tier 4 existences were ordered by Ye Mo to be ready to enter the legion momentum state at any time, while maintaining maximum vigilance.

Although this was the edge, it was still the central area after all. If a Tier 5 undead creature that wandered around popped out and the team wasn't prepared in advance, then the trouble would be great.

Therefore, Ye Mo maintained a high degree of vigilance all the way. This battle was too important, and there must be no problems.

In this way, as the army continued to advance, making roads where there were none, after one or two hours, Ye Mo, who was flying at the very front of the undead army, was finally able to see the scenery of the Burial Grounds.

"Golden Skeleton King, I'm back again." After murmuring, Ye Mo turned his head to look at the undead army behind him. Although the number wasn't that terrifying, not even reaching ten thousand, it must be known that the weakest of these were Tier 3 undead creatures. In terms of elite status, they were far superior to the undead army summoned by the Golden Skeleton King back then.

With increasing confidence in his heart, Ye Mo's firm gaze looked forward.
