On November 16, 1894, the helpless Serbian government finally compromised, and the foreign minister in Vienna reluctantly signed the treaty!

So far, the second Bulgarian war has come to an end with Bulgaria's total victory!

The treaty states:

1. Serbia recognizes the defeat of the war and takes full responsibility for the war;

2. Hand over the main war criminals in the First Bulgarian War;

3. Cessation of Serbia to the south of the Morava River, including Niš, about 18,000 square kilometers of territory to Bulgaria;

4. Pay the Bulgarian war reparations of 230 million levs. Considering the financial difficulties of the Serbian government, the assets of the Serbs in the territory south of the Morava River are used to offset the war reparations;

5. After the peace treaty is signed, the Bulgarian army will lift the siege of Belgrade within 24 hours, and all withdraw from Serbia within one month;

6. After the signing of the peace treaty, the Bulgarian army shall hand over all prisoners of war to the Serbian government within three months;

7. The Serbian government promises not to take any measures against Bulgaria and to ban all radical organizations;

The Armistice Treaty has a total of seventy-eight clauses, covering various matters, large and small.

But what really involves the core interests are Articles 3 and 4. The treaty legally clarifies Bulgaria's ownership of the Moraval River territory, as well as the ownership of property on this territory!

Other treaty contents, in Ferdinand's view, are more like making up the numbers!
