Wang Xu here provides a not-so-expensive solution, that is, it is possible to directly grow a chip and then directly package and test it.

This may greatly reduce the initial R\u0026D investment cost. If it can be successfully developed, it will be a cornerstone technology for the country based on the characteristics of this product that is specifically designed for small batches.

Even for some products with small batches, it may be cheaper to produce them directly using this method than to go through such a set of processes.

For example, the special chips used on a certain fighter aircraft may only require a few hundred pieces in total, or dozens of pieces every year. If you follow the traditional method, it is impossible to engage in integrated design, let alone design special chips. You can only Use circuits with general-purpose chips to solve the problem.

But with this kind of equipment, we can quickly produce some in small batches. Of course, it is definitely not as cheap as mass production. At this specific scale, he can achieve the highest cost-effectiveness.

The current path is still the same, but the current photolithography machine process is not as abnormal as that of later generations, so the price is still acceptable.
