After learning the truth about Shinta, Emery set off in pursuit of the spaceship that had taken the girl. He let VIA pilot and track the ships while he engaged in his own internal struggle.

The revelation made him unusually emotional, with feelings of anger and despair powerful enough to awaken the star-devouring beast within his Magus Domain. Emery had been battling his inner beast since discovering the truth, trying to make sense of the situation.

"A daughter.... She is my daughter."

"How...?"

He walked the memory lane, recalling the time they were stranded on the island and their moments together on the Ouroboros planet.

"Did she know about this already, then?"

"Is this why she wanted me to join the faction?"

The weight of these questions bore down on him. His mind raced, trying to piece together every interaction, every hint he might have missed. The realization that Shinta could have known all along gnawed at him, deepening his turmoil.

Considering the only time he was intimate with her and Shinta's age, Emery realized that Silva had already given birth before they met again for the dangerous elven planet rescue mission.

This revelation brought back vivid memories of her returning to see him at Terra Palace. His heart ached once more as he remembered her secretly trying to hide her pain before the mission.

She had already undergone the dangerous gene sequencing procedure by then, and knowing that Emery's blood was part of the procedure, he couldn't help but think that the pregnancy had something to do with it.

"Why didn't she tell me? Why?!"

The unanswered questions only added to his emotional turmoil. Once again, the star-devouring beast within him turned chaotic. He struggled to suppress the beast, trying his best to regain control.

His concern for Shinta's safety and the secret of her existence, kept from him for all these 15 years, conjured another memory, this time much more vivid..

"Silva... you really didn't need to lie... you can tell me anything,"

"No... I need you to know who we are. You blatantly refused my mother's offer, so I was forced to do it. I need time so you can understand our real intention,"

"What I can see now is that you are willing to lie to get what you want... you and your clan. If there is to be a future between me and your clan, I need you to be completely honest with me. Always! Can you do that?"

It was an old memory of the time when Silva's attempts to keep him on Ouroboros, her calculated lies to lure him into joining her faction.

"You promised you would not lie to me.... then Why?"

During such turmoil, VIA informed him that the serpent ship had entered the highly guarded serpent territory. With questions burning in his mind, Emery decided to alter the course to Ouroboros planet instead.

Ouroboros Planet.

An unknown ship was seen entering the planet's orbit, and multiple fighter ships quickly intercepted it.

[Unknown vehicle, you are entering Ouroboros space without permission, identify yourself immediately],

The stern voice of the lead interceptor pilot echoed through the communication channels.

[Unknown vehicle, this is your last warning, turn back or we will engage.]

Receiving no response, the interceptor squadron opened fire. But the mysterious ship demonstrated remarkable agility, performing precise maneuvers to evade their attacks. The interceptors pursued relentlessly, their weapons lighting up the dark expanse of space.

The chase grew more intense as the unknown ship closed in toward Ouroboros City. It was on a collision course with the city's formidable defensive system and dozens of magus defenders, who were already preparing for confrontation. Just as it seemed inevitable that the ship would be forced into a fierce battle, it executed a sudden, sharp turn, ascending to the sky and headed back into space.

The unexpected maneuver left the interceptors and magus defenders momentarily stunned and confused. They watched as the mysterious ship swiftly retreated, disappearing into the vastness of space.

Reports quickly came in, revealing that not only had the Ouroboros tech system failed to identify the ship, but even all the magi were unable to sense anyone inside.

"It was either the ship was empty or whatever was inside is a powerful spirit master."

"There is another possibility, a space user! The intruder might have already entered the city!"

While the Ouroboros defense force was busy speculating, Emery had already arrived on the outskirts of the Ouroboros palace. Despite obviously being suspicious, he walked casually to the front gate. The dozens of saint-level guards and magus let him in as if he were one of their own. Their minds were compromised by Emery's spirit reading ability, and the high-

tech security system was hacked by VIA.

It was not until Emery passed the garden and stood in front of the majestic building that a dozen elite guards confronted him. Their captain, who had a strong enough mental defense to resist Emery's mind attacks, brought his squad and blocked his path.

Despite sensing that Emery was only in the full moon realm, the captain's hand trembled. There was something about the man that instilled fear.

"Stop right there! Who are you? What is your purpose here?!"

Emery ignored him and kept moving forward, ready to force his way through. However, he stopped when he saw two figures emerging from the building: a grand magus accompanied by a recognizable man, Vizla Ouroboros.

The prince shouted in anger, "Emery! How dare you show your face here! You are not welcome!"

Giving Vizla some respect, Emery calmed himself a bit and said, "I came to speak with the queen. Let me pass!"

But Vizla's response was one of disdain. "Huh! It seems all your recent reputation has made you arrogant! Go away right now! Or else!!"

The rejection stoked Emery's emotions further, pushing him to unleash his Khaos power. Dark energy shrouded his body, and the ominous Chututlu aura emerged behind him, its presence palpable. Emery's emotions reached its peak as he shouted,

"QUEEN OUROBOROS!! I COME SEEK YOUR AUDIENCE!!"

Not waiting for any response, Emery took a determined step forward.

"How dare you!" Vizla erupted in anger. Despite knowing he wasn't a match for Emery, he had a dozen magus and his grand magus bodyguard with him. "Stop him!" he ordered.

A fierce battle erupted outside the palace. Spells clashed, and powerful attacks rent the air, lighting up the palace grounds with their intensity. However, within minutes, the outcome was clear, with Emery confidently stepping inside the palace main chamber, where the Ouroboros queen awaited him.
