Finally, I decided to finish the main text of this book on the last day of November.

When I first decided to choose the cyberpunk theme, it was because I liked the game 2077. If you think about it carefully, Edgewalker was not popular at the time. Choosing this theme was a risky decision. Old readers who have read the first two books should know the previous one, "Yōkai Illustrated Book" "I failed miserably. When I started this book, I made the decision that if I couldn't produce results again, I would have to do something else.

But luck later turned out to be surprisingly good, and "Edgewalker" happened to be on the shelves just in time, attracting many readers who liked this subject, and for the first time, a work with an average order of over 10,000 yuan was produced.

However, in the process of creation, with the development of the world view, I also encountered many difficulties that I did not expect when I started the book. Many readers gradually lost interest in reading in the middle and later stages. I have actually been thinking about this issue myself. Generally speaking, There was a conflict between the dark, high-quality and low-life worldviews described by invincible literature and cyberpunk, and finally reached the point where a trade-off had to be made.

For example, many readers mentioned that as the description of the protagonist's background unfolds, a question will inevitably arise:

Since the protagonist has invincible power, even when it is equivalent to a dimensionality reduction blow to the entire world view and background, even a salty character will always have a day of "action". Therefore, in the middle and late stages, I must be in cyberpunk I chose between the system and the invincible text. In the end, I tried my best to maintain the style I have always had in the past, which is the core of relaxation.

Therefore, many readers mentioned that they no longer have that taste at the end. This is indeed the case. I can also feel it in the process of writing.

Although cyberpunk is a worldview that I personally like very much, my original intention in creating is to make readers feel relaxed and happy while reading after busy study or work. In my past works, I almost never Hair Knife, I believe I will try to create different themes in the future, but this original intention will always remain.

Writing a book is a long-term learning process. In the process of creating this book, I am constantly trying to learn some new elements.

In fact, I didn't know how to describe the element of love at all in the beginning. The first three books hardly focused on describing this element. I made some learning attempts in "Yōkai Illustrated Book", and finally got it right in the small theater of this book. I will pay more attention to the lessons learned in this book in the next book, do more research on the coordination of the power system and the world view, and try to avoid repeating the same mistakes as much as possible.

The next plan is to take a break for about half a month, because a minor operation is required in the middle, and I have been delaying it until now because I don’t want to affect the normal completion. I have also already had a preliminary idea for the theme, style and opening of the next book. Through this It took half a month to polish it carefully.

I plan to take a short break tomorrow and the day after tomorrow. During December, I may update some daily extras and small dramas from time to time to supplement the status and life of some supporting characters after the ending.

If there are supporting characters that you are interested in and gaps that I haven't had time to fill in, you can remind me in the chapter description, and I will supplement them through extra chapters.
