Looking from east to west along the Beisuo River, Gaoqiao Town is more than ten kilometers away from the mouth of the Beisuo River, Xintian Town is also more than ten kilometers away from Gaoqiao Town, and Tianhe Town is also more than ten kilometers away from Xintian Town.

There are roads connecting these three towns, and roads have also been built between Gaoqiao Town and Kelin District. It is very convenient to travel by bicycle, and motorized tricycles can also be used to transport things. Dongguan-made motor tricycles are of high quality and low price, and there are many brands and models to choose from.

Judging from the location and names, you can know the functions shared by these three towns.

Tianhe Town was obviously established for the construction and management of hydropower stations. It is a living area for construction workers. In the future, it will also be able to accommodate maintenance personnel of the hydropower stations. It will also become a foothold for the development of the upper reaches of the Beisuo River.

Xintian Town is the management center of the middle and lower reaches of the agricultural reclamation zone. It manages not only the 80,000 acres of mechanized farms, but also all wild lands, wetlands and rivers within the barbed wire fence.

Gaoqiao Town is located on the south bank of the planned Beisuo River Bridge. Its status is equivalent to a bridgehead and a transportation hub for Feso Port to enter the northern wilderness.

After the Beisuo River Bridge is completed, Huazhenxing will build a road leading to the northern wilderness, and build an airport more than ten kilometers north of the agricultural reclamation area. According to the planning of a modern large airport, an area is reserved and a small airstrip is built first.

Further north from the airport is the boundary of the new Feso Port city planned by Huazhenxing, which is also the city he once dreamed of. In his dream with increasingly clear memories, New Fesoport City had a population of one million, and almost all of its registered residents were ethnic Chinese of Eastern descent.

At present, this is very unrealistic and can only be a dream. But the dream is about the world five hundred years from now. Who can tell? You might as well take the first step.

At present, we should first make a long-term plan for the new Fiso Port City to avoid detours in future development. As for the initial stage, with the construction of the airport, it can start with a small town and gradually develop into a city in the future.

The land Huazhenxing wants to acquire this time is very irregular in shape and is planned to be divided into five areas, each covering an area of ​​several hundred square kilometers.

The first area is the planned New Feso Port City. The urban area does not need to be so large, but the supporting rural and suburban land must be enclosed, and there is a narrow strip extending north-west to connect with another area.

The second, third, and fourth pieces of land are located in the upper, middle, and lower reaches of the Zhenxing River respectively, and that river does not exist today.

The narrow strip extending from the urban area of ​​New Fiso Port is connected to the land in the middle reaches of the Zhenhang River. This is a place reserved for the construction of roads, railways, power transmission lines, and optical fiber cables. It is about five kilometers wide.

Building these facilities on your own property is not only convenient, but can also avoid a lot of trouble in the future.

The planned three pieces of land on the upper, middle and lower reaches of the Zhenhang River are also connected by narrow strips. Huazhenxing planned to buy these narrow strips of land about five kilometers wide.

The fifth piece of land is located in the northwest of Tianhe Town. It includes a large area of ​​mountainous land along the foot of the mountain, where the gold mine discovered by Teacher Ding is located.

Hua Zhenxing didn't know how deep the vein was buried or how far it extended, so he simply bought the surrounding area of ​​several hundred square kilometers centered on the mine tunnel opened by Teacher Ding, and tentatively called it a gold mining area.

Judging from the sand table, the newly purchased land planned by Huazhenxing is connected with the original Beisuo River Basin, forming a huge and irregular grid shape.

The nodes of the grid are large areas of land, where cities are planned to be built, and the connections are the long and narrow areas where transportation, energy and information channels are planned to be built.

After demarcating these areas on the sand table, statistical results will be automatically obtained. The total area of ​​newly purchased land is more than 3,000 square kilometers. Due to the existence of those narrow strips, the area it encompasses and controls is almost 30,000 square kilometers, all of which are uninhabited wilderness.

Huanxiang Industrial currently does not have the strength to comprehensively develop and construct these areas, but it can buy the land first. It is very difficult and expensive to purchase land according to this plan, so we have to wait until the new alliance takes over Port Fiso.

Not to mention the long-term plan, the three small towns in the Beisuo River Basin are currently under construction. The first phase of the Beisuo River basin reconstruction project has been completed. The second phase of the project is the downstream bridge and the permanent channel of the Beisuo River. The third phase of the project is the upstream hydropower station.

Most parts of the Beisuo River do not have artificial dams, and the river can become very wide during high water periods. Wetlands are also an important means of regulating floods.

The construction of farms and small towns deliberately avoided areas that may be affected by floods, and only built dams and revetments in specific sections to prevent water flow.

Locke promised to provide unconditional assistance in the name of the Forgan Foundation. After the light rainy season ends, the second and third phases of the project can start one after another. The construction team and supporting infrastructure have now become a bottleneck.

In order to facilitate the construction of the Beisuo River Bridge and the airport, the engineering department of the Dongguo Aid Construction Project was moved to Gaoqiao Town. The planned Gaoqiao Town is planned to be based on the workers' living area built with Dongguo's assistance.

Each dormitory building can accommodate 400 people. Currently, the total number of Dongguo construction workers is only 1,500. It was said that four buildings would be enough for the time being, but Huanxiang Industrial built ten buildings.

Huanxiang Industrial is only the investor, and these buildings were built by the engineering department of the construction aid project itself.

Why do we need to build so many? The main reason is to avoid having to do it twice. When many future projects are rolled out, the current team of workers will definitely not be large enough. Huazhen Hong hopes that more people will come and more people will stay.

In addition to ten dormitory buildings, Huanxiang Industrial also invested in the construction of six apartment buildings, whose specifications are no less than those built in Palm Manor.

The specifications of the apartment are determined by Huazhen Xing. The small apartment has a usable area of ​​49 square meters, and the large apartment has a usable area of ​​99 square meters. It is equipped with water supply, kitchen and bathroom. It is considered a luxury house in Fesoport.

There are a total of 600 apartments in these six buildings, with half small apartments and half large apartments. The purpose of building them is simple. At present, they are mainly provided to provide housing for the families of construction aid workers.

Due to various reasons, many workers here have not returned to their home countries for a long time, and they are inevitably homesick. The New Alliance has recently thought of a series of ways to organize various cultural and entertainment activities and provide various conveniences in life.

After changing to a new location, not only will there be a new dormitory building, Huanxiang Industrial also promised the construction workers that if they bring their family members from far away in the East, not only can they reimburse the extra travel expenses, but they can also provide family apartments here for them to enjoy. Family life.

If the family members are willing to live here for a long time, the Kelin District Government and the future Fiso Port Municipal Government can grant them long-term residence rights, which is also known as a green card. Huanxiang Industrial can also provide jobs.

If they give birth to a child here, or take the child over, the child can also be given a green card, and public education services will be provided, including a full set of Dongguan education and the use of Dongguan teaching materials.

As for schools...not yet, but there will be soon.

At present, more than 1,500 Dongguo aid construction workers have been given green cards by the Kelin District Government, and they have been awarded the status of honorary citizens and gold commemorative medals.

The technical personnel in the construction aid team are considered high-end talents in Dongguo. Even the ordinary workers are high-quality and highly educated talents for Fiso Port, and they are all the backbones that are urgently needed in future construction.

Huanxiang Industrial has spent a lot of money and has considered every detail carefully. A branch of the supply and marketing cooperative has also been built in the planned Gaoqiao Town, and even a noodle shop has opened there. In Huazhenxing's long-term plan, it is also prepared for a university. There is currently no university in Fiso Port. Even if education is to be provided, construction must start from primary and secondary schools, but there must be a university in the future.

Maybe that university was not built for the current Fesoport City, because its location is within the agricultural reclamation area and will also be included in the jurisdiction of the new Fesoport City in the future. In Hua Zhenxing’s dream, there was more than one university in New Fesoport.

Huazhenxing has even thought of a name. It will be called Gaoqiao University, or in the early days it was called Gaoqiao Technical College. Currently, it is building future student dormitories and faculty and staff family buildings. As for the teaching building, we will talk about it later. Keep it.

Of course, the old station left behind by the Dongguo Construction Aid Engineering Department cannot be wasted. After simple renovation, it is now the military camp of the Kelin District Patrol Team. Even the vegetable garden and chicken coop are ready-made.

Currently, four of the ten dormitory buildings for the construction of a new residence for workers have been put into use. One of the six apartment buildings has been opened, mainly for technical staff and engineering department leaders. Just recently, another apartment building opened here, but only five units were opened.
