Let’s take this opportunity to chat:

The results of this book so far are so-so. The previous book was collected for 50,000 yuan and put on the shelves, but this one is only over 20,000 yuan.

Fairy Tail is obviously not as popular as Pirates, and more importantly, not as popular as Tom.

Of course, the focus is probably still my own problem.

It's mainly a matter of personal writing style. All three books try to write about daily life in hot-blooded comics... To be honest, they are pretty awesome.

The author is a long-time Fairy Tail fan, but there are not many Fairy Tail fans available at the starting point, so I wanted to give it a try, keeping in mind that there will be fewer competitors on this track.

Moreover, most of the existing Fairy Tail fanfics are similar to the ones written about Naruto and Pirates, focusing on passion, leveling up, defeating bosses, and possibly acquiring girls.

Then my brain suddenly twitched, and I wanted to try to see if the daily-focused approach would work here in Fairy Tail.

Upgrading and becoming stronger is definitely possible, but it is probably not as rigorous as other authors.

In the previous book, I didn’t have the confidence to write a good emotional drama, and I was afraid that it would affect everyone’s perception, so I didn’t dare to write it.

This book is a bit serious, and it starts with an emotional scene - I have to give it a try.

By the way, let me briefly explain two minor settings issues in my remarks:

The first is [language issue]

In the setting, the language spoken in Fairy Tail is the language of another world, not Japanese, English or the like.

As for why the anime is in English and Japanese, and the text magic also has English and traditional Chinese characters, that is because the anime is for the audience to understand.

This seems to be a very classic and ancient time-travel setting, so don’t worry about it.

When choosing the name Poro, we considered that the meaning of Poro is "warmth, happiness and love".

So Poro is called Warm (Warm), Harpy's name happens to be (Happy; happiness), and his mantra is (love). The two little guys together fit the atmosphere of Fairy Tail.

(As for why I specifically wrote that the protagonist has learned the language for several days at the beginning... I understand everything.)

In short, the homophones of Chinese, English and Japanese that appear in the article can all be regarded as the translation of the languages from other worlds into "faithful, expressive and elegant" and turned into memes that we can understand.

The second is [the connection with the previous book]

In fact, there is no connection, except for the roommate relationship, which is a little easter egg.

At most, after I finish writing the story of the fourth roommate, I can write a small side story for the four brothers to meet and brag about.

I haven’t decided yet what to write in my next book, though.

The Wendy in the previous book that many book friends are concerned about is not the same person as in this book.

Book friends who have read the Dragon King Festival chapter may have the impression that Fairy Tail has different timelines.

For example, in the anime, "Future Lucy" and "Future Roger" come from different timelines. Counting the main line, there are already three timelines.

Then Wendy in the previous book and this book are not on the same timeline and do not interfere with each other.

Oh, and about [receiving magic].

This has been decided a long time ago, see the end of Chapter 12 to the beginning of Chapter 13 for details.

Because I wanted to make the process of deciding to learn this kind of magic smoother, I waited until after the mission with Natsu.

Hope it's not too abrupt.

In fact, the original title of this book was "Everyday Fairy Tail";

Later, I felt that "Fairy Tail: Receive the Soul of the Wild Monster" was better;

But when I was publishing the book, my brain suddenly changed and I decided to use "Fairy Tail: I Want to Summon Baron Nash".

I just didn't expect that the name Baron Nash was quite niche. I was negligent.

I'm still struggling now, maybe I'll change the title of the book in the future.

Feel free to give me any plot suggestions, but I basically won’t listen to them anyway (hahaha).

It's not arrogance, it's self-awareness.

At my level, I can only control my own thoughts. I am a useless person and cannot control everyone's brainstorming.

Thanks again to editor Penglai.

The last time I wrote about Tom in One Piece, there was no explosive start, but he tolerated my willfulness;

This time I chose the relatively unpopular Fairy Tail as a theme, and Goldfinger wasn’t very good either. The pace was so slow at the beginning, and he tolerated my willfulness.

Really, he makes me cry.

(Does he know that I praise him every time in my acceptance speech?)——

Finally, I would like to recommend a book written by an old friend:

"I attack as a villain!" 》

I attack as a villain!

There are only three things the villain has to do.

Seize the protagonist's opportunity, take the protagonist's position, and - give the protagonist a cuckold.

The author "Put Street Antenna", the one who writes about outrageous partners, originally wanted to complain about why the protagonist is also called Lin Li.

But thinking about how I sometimes write Rod as Zhang Tatsuya, I suddenly understand him.

How clever!
