From Azkaban To Hogwarts
Chapter 79 Ah, it smells so good
"That's great, Professor William, your barrier spell was great."
On the way out of the kitchen, the administrator, whom William was not familiar with, did not hesitate to praise him, as if William was not dealing with Peeves, but his biggest enemy.
Professor Taylor, who had not been able to take revenge personally, seemed a little uninterested. Although he solemnly expressed his gratitude, he did not say much on the way back, as if he was planning some revenge - this was completely understandable to William.
If it were him, he would probably want to fix Peeves with a petrification spell and put it in his office as a decoration for a week.
But no matter how Professor Taylor planned the next revenge, this operation against Peeves was successfully completed.
As an elf who has been around longer than most of the castle's personnel, there is no special reason why he should not be kicked out of the castle - especially if he can't be kicked out yet.
Administrator Filch said goodbye to William and the others halfway and returned to his office.
"William, are you back? Have you found Peeves?"
"That's right, Professor Taylor successfully hit Peeves' head with an obstacle spell. After he recovered, he could only curse and get out of the kitchen - of course, my contribution is not small. I finally managed to kill that guy. Take control."
William boasted shamelessly, with an exaggerated expression on his face, like a drunken guest at the Leaky Cauldron.
Adams had no desire to poke holes in the matter, but there was uncontrollable laughter from under the table next to him.
William subconsciously looked towards the source of the laughter and found that little Aphra, whose wizard robe had been dried by magic, was squatting in the corner hiding from everyone's eyes. She just made a sound because she couldn't hold it in anymore.
As William and the others looked at her, Aphra moved her body, and then closed her eyes tightly.
Professor Taylor glanced at her angrily, and then walked back to his desk angrily, leaving behind a confused William and Adams who was suppressing laughter.
"Is this? Angry with Professor Taylor?"
William lowered his voice.
"No, she is chanting a spell, which can make her invisible."
"Invisible?"
William took another serious look, and then realized that he didn't seem to have the fluoroscopy device turned on, so he couldn't help but ask in confusion.
"Of course not now. Aphra is very talented in magic. Just like the Metamorphomagus, she is born with the Disguise Charm. Last time we played hide and seek with her, but we found her when she was hungry."
This is what she came out by herself!
"In order to prevent her from being lost, her robes were specially enchanted - but she doesn't know it yet."
"so?"
"Professor Taylor didn't hit her hard enough today. She still thought she was a mushroom, but she was afraid of being hit, so she hid it."
…
It's too much for you to bully a little girl like this.
In order to show his noble taste, William took out a reference book from the table where he usually stayed and read it carefully.
At this sight, William fell in. Adams found a companion to play wizard chess and did not come to disturb him.
Just as William was solving a problem, he suddenly felt as if his leg was poked by something.
"Your feet are numb after reading for too long?"
William changed his position, and then he began to feel something lightly poking his calf on the other side.
This made him lower his head and saw a timid little face.
"Uncle Chocolate, you can't see mine."
Aphra looked serious.
William suppressed his smile, pretended to look around, and then pretended to find nothing.
"Stop looking, Uncle Chocolate, it's me, Aphra."
She gently poked William's leg again.
"Uncle Chocolate?"
The little head nodded heavily, and then as if she suddenly realized something, Aphra looked like she was an idiot.
"That's me, Aphra. I'm invisible!"
The last sentence was filled with a little pride, as if a child had just gotten a perfect score.
"Invisible, what? Are you angry with your father?"
She quickly shook her head and said in a very thin voice:
"I want to grow up quickly!"
"Would you like some chocolate?" William habitually took out his inventory - after coming out of Azkaban, he never lacked chocolate in his pocket.
Only then did he remember what the little girl called him.
Sure enough, as Adams said, the child was hungry.
She carefully peeled off the wrapping paper, then whispered thank you to William as if remembering something, then bit off half a piece of chocolate, and then like a squirrel, held up the remaining chocolate with both hands.
"Hey, by the way, aren't you a mushroom?"
"Yeah, Aphra is a mushroom, but dad won't let me water it."
"But mushrooms will be poisoned if they eat chocolate."
William had a serious expression on his face.
Aphra was stunned for a moment, looked at the chocolate, and then at herself, her expression becoming panicked.
"I'm poisoned, but it can be saved. Just give me an injection at the school hospital. Just a long, thin needle, plus some bitter magic medicine."
The school hospital in the wizarding world should have injections, right?
William gradually entered the role, he reached out his hand, rubbed Aphra's head, and then took out another piece of chocolate.
"I have to take the injection and drink the potion anyway, so it doesn't matter if I take another piece."
The six-year-old girl looked at the chocolate with an expression on her face as she thought about life.
With determination, she quickly ate two pieces of chocolate, then squatted down at the table and became silent.
"Go ahead, or you'll have to get a few more shots."
William put away the books, rubbed her little head, and walked quickly towards the door of the lounge.
"Dad, save me! I don't want injections or potions!"
Through the door of the lounge, William could hear the crying coming from inside.
Probably, he won't be beaten, right?
William was a little unsure.

journal
"On my fifth day at Hogwarts, I resumed the habit of keeping a diary.
Let’s just say today is the first day.
If you have to find a high-level reason, maybe it's because you want to admonish yourself or human beings, and you want to record the joy of life here?
Professor Taylor was surprisingly gentle. He just hoped that I would not provide Aphra with too much chocolate. It is not good for such a young child to eat too much chocolate.
(Should I ask the owl to send me an order, or take the time to go to the next village and buy some?)
Many professors unexpectedly appeared in the lounge. Even Professor McGonagall was unusually gentle today, but the principal was not seen.
Well, today is a day full of hope.
Also - I hope I don’t get drunk and cut off my diary tomorrow. "
ps: There will be one during the day tomorrow, but not tonight.
