From Beauxbatons to Hogwarts

Chapter 12, Lesson 1

Calvin's first class is a new class for third graders, on Tuesday morning.

Professor McGonagall prepared a large classroom for him, which was full of little wizards. Seeing that so many people had chosen the Care of Magical Creatures class, Calvin nodded with satisfaction: "It seems that the little wizards are very enthusiastic about the Care of Magical Creatures class.

High? I just don’t know what their purpose is in choosing this course.”

After a brief roll call, Calvin began his first lesson at Hogwarts.

"We have officially started class," Calvin blinked his red eyes and smiled, "My name is Calvin Cape, and I am currently the professor of the school's Care of Magical Creatures course."

"I am very happy that so many little wizards in the third grade have chosen my class, although it may be your seniors who told you that there are very few homeworks in the Magical Beasts class, or that it is easy to pass the owl.s exam in this class.

."

"I can't guarantee any of this."

There was a rustling sound of discussion in the classroom.

"But," Calvin cast a spell on his throat with his wand, and the little wizard heard a sound that made their souls tremble.

The magic sound curse is modeled after the evil bird.

Calvin continued: "But I can promise to bring new changes to this course. And you have already felt the first change, which is that we are not taking classes on the edge of the Forbidden Forest, but sitting together in this large classroom.

"

"Mr. Diggory." Calvin saw Cedric raise his hand and called his name.

"Professor, will we always have classes in the classroom from now on?" Cedric looked a little disappointed. It seemed that he liked those little animals very much.

"Please sit down, Diggory. I assure you, it won't happen. This semester, the Care of Magical Creatures class will be divided into two parts, a theoretical class and a practical class. In the theory class, you will learn the theory about magical beasts.

Sexual knowledge. Some of you may ask, Professor Capet, when can we have practical classes?" After saying this, Calvin paused, and then the classroom fell into silence.

"I need someone to cooperate with me." Calvin said helplessly, and the classroom that was silent just now burst into laughter.

"Professor Capet, when can we have practical classes?" George Weasley asked loudly.

Calvin also smiled: "Of course, when you have enough knowledge to protect magical animals, as well as protect yourself. In fact, for you little wizards, knowing how to protect yourself is far more important than protecting magical animals.

"

"In practical classes, when facing magical animals, you need to have tenacious patience, extraordinary wisdom, fearless courage and act calmly. Do you understand what I mean?"

Roger Davis of Ravenclaw raised his hand and replied: "It means that students from four houses need to cooperate."

"Very good, two points for Ravenclaw."

"Although the theoretical classes are taught in the classroom, it does not mean that you will not come into contact with magical animals. I will use special methods to bring magical animals to the classroom to facilitate your observation and learning."

Upon hearing this, the little wizards opened their eyes wide and looked at Professor Capet expectantly.

Calvin waved his magic wand, and a huge picture unfolded in front of the classroom. Many little wizards showed disappointed eyes. Collins Foley whispered: "It turns out it's just a picture of a unicorn. What's so special about it?"

Ways to get in touch with magical animals.”

However, the next second, Collins was shocked. He saw the unicorn walking down from the drawing paper, snorting in front of Calvin, rubbing the professor's robe affectionately, and then bowed his head obediently.

.

Calvin rubbed the unicorn's head and raised his head to look at the silent classroom: "Don't be too surprised. This is just another genre of magic painting. This is not the focus of our class. You should treat it as a class.

Just plant special teaching aids.”

Fred sighed in a low voice: "This is really amazing and cool."

Calvin let go of the unicorn and continued: "For many years, wizards' research on magical animals has remained at the record of fragmented, scattered, and unsystematic knowledge. They only focused on the appearance of magical animals, without any knowledge.

Delve into the nature of magical beasts."

"Reflected in the classroom, it is reflected in the fact that young wizards can only memorize various knowledge about magical animals. There is no main line to connect these scattered knowledge. Except for a few young wizards who really love magical animals, few people can

I got an O in the Owl.S exam for Care of Magical Creatures. This leads to a very high selection rate for Care of Magical Creatures, but a very low high score rate.”

"However, in my opinion, none of this is a problem." Calvin tapped the podium twice with his wand, and a handful of fodder and a bottle of blue potion appeared on each little wizard's table, "Now,

Everyone drops the magic potion on the grass, not too much, just one or two drops is enough. Then wait for the unicorn to eat your grass."

Calvin patted the unicorn on the head and said, "Go." The unicorn walked slowly towards the students with steps as graceful as a dance.

Everyone hopes that the unicorn will favor their fodder. Cedric looked at the unicorn with his eyes wide open, as if hoping to impress the unicorn with his sincere gaze.

The Weasley twins waved the grass in their hands to attract the unicorn's attention.

Davis posed in a strange pose that he said was imitating a female unicorn in courtship.

However, the unicorn ignored these strange boys. After walking around the classroom, he went straight to Collins Foley, lowered his head and ate the grass in her hand, which made Collins scream with happiness and also

He bravely stroked the unicorn's soft, snow-white hair and the horns on its head.

Soon, a group of girls gathered around Collins. After eating Collins's feed, the unicorn began to eat another girl's feed, and the little Ravenclaw wizard finished feeding the unicorn.

He also stroked the unicorn's hair.

George also blended into the group of girls and shamelessly pushed his way to the front, hoping to let the unicorn eat his fodder.

But the unicorn ignored him, turned around, found Angelina, and ate the grass in her hand, which made everyone laugh at George.

Only Fred comforted George and said: "Don't be discouraged. I know a sex-changing potion. After drinking it, you can be close to a unicorn."

When Calvin saw that the unicorn had almost finished eating, he asked the students to return to their seats and asked with a smile: "I believe that half of the students in the classroom have been exposed to docile magical animals like unicorns. How do you like them?"

What were your initial impressions?”

"It favors girls over boys," George Weasley replied angrily.

"Correct answer!" Calvin said with a smile, "Two points from Gryffindor, thank you Mr. Weasley for your demonstration."

"Unicorns are docile and pure magical animals that can distinguish between good and bad people. Generally speaking, they are more willing to be close to women with simple minds. I suggest you write this sentence down, Mr. Davis,

Stop making weird gestures to attract the unicorn, it's a female too."
