Still in the sheepfold, starting tomorrow

Still in the sheepfold, updates will start tomorrow

The past five days have definitely been the most difficult days of my life so far.

Before, my family members won championships one after another, and they never had fever. I was still secretly glad that the ibuprofen, acetaminophen and other drugs I had prepared before were no longer needed. But I never thought that when it was my turn, I immediately developed a high fever.

Especially on the night of the 24th, the fever made me feel dizzy. I only remember that I measured it once when I was awake, and it was 39.8°, but I felt that it would be higher later...

On the 25th, my body temperature remained above 38°, rising and falling, and I was shivering all over. It was more than ten degrees Celsius outside. I was still shivering on the bed, wrapped in a cotton cup and holding a hot water bottle. This situation lasted for a whole day.

sky……

On the 26th, my body temperature was still around 38°, but I started to feel sore all over my body. I had never experienced soreness like that before. Every muscle, every bone, and every joint in my body was sore and painful.

It hurts so much that I don’t even want to move, but it’s also very uncomfortable to lie down...

On the 27th, the situation improved, the body temperature basically returned to normal, and the pain was relieved. However, the pain in the lumbar spine and shoulder blades was still excruciating, but new symptoms came again, including nasal congestion and throat inflammation. The nose was tightly blocked and I could only

I breathe through my mouth, but every breath makes my throat hurt even more. That feeling...

On the 28th, the situation continued to improve. The body temperature was still normal and the nasal congestion improved. However, I started to cough, dry cough, and chest pain when I coughed. Fortunately, it was not very frequent. I was still tired, but I was finally able to have a good sleep at night.

I am only occasionally woken up by myself or my family members coughing.

On the 29th, that is, this morning, after I woke up, I felt much better. I went to take an antigen test. I was so angry that there were still two red lines. However, I feel that I should be able to code in the afternoon. I will start updating tomorrow.

To summarize, it can be regarded as a reference for everyone.

All four members of my family have been vaccinated, three for the adults and two for the two children. They are all vaccinated. The symptoms are different: I have a fever and cough and have gone through the whole process; my wife has a cough, stuffy nose, and body aches.

Fatigue, I still have coughing and soreness after passing the test, and I am still feeling weak, and I don’t know how long it will last. I had a slight fever, but it got better soon, and I have been in good spirits. I just coughed all day long, and now that I have passed the test, I can’t

I still keep coughing. I have tried cough medicines such as Yitanjing and loquat ointment. I also did nebulization twice yesterday, but it didn’t work. I still keep coughing...

The eldest brother is in the best condition. He has been in self-isolation for the past few days, taking online classes at home, and he is in good spirits. Later, we were puzzled and tested him, and found that he was asymptomatic, with two lines, but no symptoms from beginning to end.

What an impact, it’s so enviable...

The above is our family’s experience in the past few days, and I would like to share it with you as a reference.

I feel like there is no good solution, just drink more water. Later, my wife used peeled pears and oranges to stew soup and drink it, which can moisturize the throat and feels good. Also, open more windows for ventilation, and get out of bed and move around more if possible.

Even if it’s just a lap around the house…

Well, that’s about it. I have more of a painful experience. I sincerely hope that no one will have the same experience as me. It’s really too painful!

good luck.

See you tomorrow!
