From Kamal Taj to Hogwarts
Chapter Thirty-Three The Seeds of the Prophets
"I can't see you clearly-"
Erratic sounds echoed throughout the lounge, and the eager atmosphere stagnated.
"What did you say?" Xiwen took the opportunity to break away from the crowd, walked up to her, and asked with a frown.
Mannis quickly pulled his friends around and said to Xiwen: "I'm sorry, Manto has a weird personality and often says things that others can't understand. She actually doesn't mean any harm!"
Xiwen glanced at the silver-haired girl named Mantu again. Her eyes were still filled with white mist, and this mist seemed to be floating constantly, which was particularly scary!
"Ignore him, Rozier." The senior wizard next to him seemed to have gotten used to it and said nonchalantly. "It's just sensationalizing. Trelawney just talks weird and scares people all day long. It doesn't matter now."
People are willing to pay attention to her."
"Manto, she's not..." Mannis anxiously wanted to defend his friend, but didn't know how to speak.
Sivan glanced at the weird eyes of the little witch named Manto Trelawney again suspiciously, and felt that it was not as simple as trying to impress the public.
"No, no..." Trelawney was still muttering. "You should be in the dungeon of the castle."
"What did you say?!" Xiwen suddenly opened his eyes.
You know, Xiwen's soul body happens to be detained in the room of the castle dungeon at this time!
Xiwen doesn't know how she did it. Is it a coincidence? Or can she really see through her own inner self?
Then will her true origin be seen through by her?
"I can't see you clearly..." Trelawney was still murmuring, her cold face trembling a little at this time, looking crazy.
Seeing that his friend started talking nonsense again, Mannis quickly grabbed her arm and pulled her down the steps. He also turned back to Xiwen and showed an apologetic expression.
Xiwen looked at the two of them leaving and fell into silence.
"What happened here?" At this moment, Miranda walked out holding a book and a notebook and asked doubtfully.
"It's nothing, it's just that Trelawney was talking nonsense again." The senior wizard said to her.
"Oh?" Miranda glanced at Xiwen who was meditating curiously, then patted him on the shoulder and said, "You're pretty lucky, I found the notes from the herbal medicine class."
She walked a few steps, then turned back and called Xiwen who was still in the same place: "Let's go, how long do you want to stay in our common room?"
"Oh, okay!" Sivan woke up from his thoughts and quickly followed Miranda out of the Ravenclaw common room.
Walking down the stairs, Miranda suddenly asked: "What did Manto Trelawney say to you?"
Xiwen shook his head and said, "She didn't say anything, she just said she couldn't see me clearly."
Miranda looked a little surprised, raised her eyebrows and said, "I thought she would make a prophecy for you?"
"Prophecy?" Xiwen looked at Miranda in disbelief. "You said she can predict?"
Miranda said: "What, you don't think she is talking nonsense?"
Xiwen smiled bitterly and shook his head, sighing: "How do I know? But she is indeed a very strange person, especially her eyes, which are a bit scary."
Miranda was silent for a moment, then said, "Do you know Cassandra Trelawney?"
Xiwen thought for a while and shook his head: "It seems a bit familiar, but I have no impression."
Miranda explained: "Cassandra Trelawney, the most famous prophet of the last century, it is hard to imagine that you have no impression of her."
Sivan coughed slightly in embarrassment and said, "Is she related to Manto Trelawney by blood?"
Miranda nodded: "Mantle is the granddaughter of Cassandra Trelawney."
Xiwen said: "So can she really predict?"
Miranda said: "Who knows? At least as far as I know, Cassandra's daughter did not inherit her 'Third Eye'. So instead of worrying about prophecies, it is better to seize the moment."
She handed the herbal medicine class notes in her hand to Xiwen and looked at him deeply.
Xiwen took the notebook and nodded in approval: "What you said makes sense."
…
Xiwen took two notebooks and was kicked away by Miranda as soon as he walked out of Ravenclaw Tower. The reason was that Xiwen had delayed her morning reading time and she needed to make up for it as soon as possible.
Seeing Miranda walking towards the lawn, Xiwen shook his head helplessly. Then he thought of the two notebooks lying quietly in the pocket watch space, especially the thick "Book of Spells", and his mood immediately became happy.
Got up.
He looked at the time and saw that there were still two hours before lunch. He could still go to the dungeon to do some cleaning work. This time, with Miranda's notes filled with spells, the progress would be much smoother.
…
The dungeons of Hogwarts are as dark, damp and spooky as ever, but after the large-scale cleaning spell last night, at least there are a lot less cobwebs and dust around Helena and Ghost Sivan.
Coupled with the fact that a few spare candles from the Slytherin dormitory were burning conscientiously around, part of the darkness that had remained unchanged for many years was driven away.
The little wizard Xiwen took Miranda's magic note and handed it to the ghost Xiwen. His soul and body looked at each other with a tacit smile.
The ghost Xiwen learned the theory of magic spells, and then the little wizard Xiwen practiced it. Xiwen felt that he was really a master of time management!
Helena, who was floating next to her, watched with confusion as the two silent people completed the action of sending and receiving books, and asked in confusion: "What are you doing?"
"Oops! I almost forgot that we are two people now, oh no, we are a wizard and a ghost." Xiwen was suddenly startled.
However, his reaction was relatively quick. As soon as Ghost Xiwen turned around, he spread out the "Book of Spells", held it in front of Helena with both hands, and said: "Yesterday, we didn't ask Xiwen to seek help from Gao Gao.
You are a senior student! I will ask him to bring back a copy of the notes from the senior year. Maybe you can remember the spells you have learned through these notes?"
The little wizard Xiwen also nodded hurriedly beside him to indicate that this was correct.
Helena glanced at the two of them again, wondering if she was distracted last night and didn't hear what Stephen told the little wizard.
But she didn't think too much and looked down at the book.
"The person who wrote this book is quite talented." Helena nodded in admiration and said. "But these spells were not used in our time. If you want me to borrow this book to remind me, you may
I’m going to be disappointed.”
"What a pity." Ghost Xiwen sighed regretfully, then looked at the little wizard Xiwen pretendingly, and asked: "Can you lend me this book to read?"
The little wizard Xiwen also nodded pretendingly and replied: "Of course, no problem!"
"So did your senior sister teach you any methods?" Helena asked curiously.
The young wizard Xiwen replied: "Well, a Ravenclaw senior told me some very practical methods."
Hearing that the little wizard from Ravenclaw told him the method, Helena showed a satisfied look and said with a smile: "Then give it a try!"
