Since last month, I have had back pain, and I also feel pain when I sleep at night. It is very uncomfortable. It hurts more after sitting for a long time. It is sore and uncomfortable. This is one of the reasons why I have reduced the number of updates. At that time, I knew that there must be something wrong with my waist, but I didn't pay much attention to it. I thought it might be lumbar muscle strain or something like that. More activities would be better. As a result, after more than a month, the problem has not been relieved, but has begun to worsen. I had to go to the hospital for examination. Finally, the examination results are as above. I am young, just 18 years old, and I have a lumbar disc protrusion!

The human body is really a wonderful thing. It doesn't hurt to hurt anywhere, unless it hurts someone else. Dan Ke thought that back pain was the easiest pain to bear, but now I find that it is not the case at all. I can’t sit or work. I can only lie down and do nothing. It’s not comfortable and sad.

What’s even sadder is that my creative talent is not outstanding, my imagination is not outstanding, my writing is not outstanding, and now my diligence is not outstanding, but my lumbar disc is protruding. What’s the matter? At this moment, I have to doubt that my lumbar disc has taken away my outstanding ability of talent and made myself outstanding. I hate it.

The saddest thing is that 2018 is about to end and 2019 is coming. Alas, in a blink of an eye, the BJ Olympics is already ten years ago, and the century-long flood control is twenty years ago. Time flies. Dan Ke’s creative road this year is really not smooth. Looking back, I can only cover my face.

Fortunately, I married my wife this year, otherwise I would have accomplished nothing in a year!
