The side closest to the stone wall is my side. I didn't stand firm until I got behind the vine bone. Now I can see clearly that the space is like a funnel. The space becomes narrower as I go up. And the top is getting more and more messy. I took out my dagger and dug a few times at the stone wall in front of me.

In addition to some stones falling down, there is also a layer of mud on the outside of the stone wall.

When I dug inside again, I found that the outside was bricks.

And there are some inscriptions on the bricks. I carefully distinguish the words on them. Most of them are some monks' scriptures, which are very vague.

"What did you find?"

The mountain mouse stared at me.

"Scriptures!"

I analyzed, "It is very likely that we have reached the ground. The outer layer is bricks."

"It is indeed a tower!"

Da Li said, "This stone tower in the northwest has several layers in total. The outermost layer is designed like a pile of earth wrapped in mud, while the middle is made of bricks or stones to be firm, and the innermost layer is also sealed with mud."

"But why is there no exit in this tower?"

I looked for a long time and really didn't find any place to get out.

"This tower is also divided into several types. It is generally used to store scriptures or practice for the salvation of all living beings. There is also another type, which is to bury the deceased monks." Da Li analyzed, "The tower in front of us should be a grave!"

"I don't believe I can't get out."

On the side, Yan Jing'er was a little panicked. He pulled the vine bone and came directly towards me, and then dragged the brick outside into it.

But this brick is much larger than that used in ordinary buildings. It takes almost two or three people to hold it up.

Just as Yan Jing'er was moving the brick, a crack suddenly appeared, and the brick was turned away...

"What's going on?"

Shan Haozi stared at the surroundings vigilantly.

"Boom!"

Suddenly, a little dust fell from the top, and the vines seemed to be torn off and fell directly down. The four of us were almost taken directly to the abyss below.

"Hold on!"

We could only stick to the edge of the stone tower and dared not move rashly.

"Boom!"

Suddenly, a thumping sound came from the top, like the beating of a heart. Everyone's heart was in their throat when they heard it.

"Boom!"

It turned out that the sound we heard in the town's cultural relics institute came from here. It seems that this place should be near the town.

"The sound is on the top."

Shan Haozi stared at it.

"Look!"

Suddenly, as it bounced, the dust on the top gradually fell down, revealing its original appearance. There was an irregular shape on it, like a painted spell, but in the middle of the spell, it seemed as if something was about to break, and gradually scattered a dazzling light, and the whole stone tower became a little dazzling.

"The Eye of Hell!"

Shan Haozi blurted out.

Soon, I saw a fist-sized stone appear in the gap on the top.

That stone...

I've seen it!

It was crystal clear, without any flaws, and the most bizarre thing was that there seemed to be a ball of gunpowder bursting out of the stone, which looked more like an eye.

"What is the Eye of Hell?"

I asked.

"It's also called the Buddha's Eye!"

Shan Haozi grabbed the protruding stone next to him and said, "Legend has it that it was a pair of eyes given by the Buddha to Tang Xuanzhuang to identify demons and monsters!"

Suddenly, the so-called Buddha's Eye scattered a lot of light, and then some faint murals appeared on the stone walls inside the entire tower.

The murals should be arranged in a certain order. On the mural opposite to me, there is a monk carrying a scripture on his back, walking into a stone pagoda, and then he sees the open door inside the stone pagoda. Because it was raining heavily, he walked in without hesitation.

After walking in, the monk met a man.

The man had his back to the monk.

He looked like a devout believer, bowing to a huge Buddha statue in front of him. There seemed to be only this Buddha statue in the stone pagoda. The monk saw this devout believer and seemed very satisfied. He decided to chat with him, maybe he could discuss Buddhist classics with him to comfort the boredom on the way to the west.

The man seemed to be a Hu person, but he looked very friendly. The two of them lit a pile of firewood and seemed to be talking about something.

The two seemed to be chatting very speculatively. Unconsciously, the monk felt a little dizzy, maybe it was late at night, so he unconsciously lay on the pile of firewood and fell asleep.

However, this journey did not seem as simple as the monk thought.

It was like he had sneaked out from Chang'an overnight. If he was discovered, he would be caught and taken back, and then he would not be able to go to the Western Buddha's land to worship Buddha and seek scriptures. He also believed that there were many good people in this world, just like the Buddha knew that the purpose of his visit was to save the world, so he felt that there would be Buddha's protection in the dark.

However, in the next mural, something completely unexpected appeared!
