Also pay attention to the heat of the fried sauce, especially do not add water during the process of frying the sauce, and pay attention to one-time molding. After adding water, the sauce will release and the frying will not dry out.
Be ready to roll out the dough with your hands. Boil the water in a pot until it boils slightly, then simmer for about three minutes, adding cold water two or three times in the middle. Cooking the noodles this way makes the noodles more chewy.
Prepare a basin of cold water. After the noodles are cooked, pour them into the cold water immediately, then put them into a large bowl, add your favorite dishes, scoop in two spoons of fried sauce, mix well and eat.
