Harry potter catastrophe

Chapter 499: School is about to start

The development of a vampire is like a pyramid. The transformed vampire will never be stronger than the vampire that transformed him, unless he transforms too much and weakens himself beyond recognition.

"Haha, what you said is very vivid, yes, that's it." Carlos laughed, "As for the use, it can enhance strength or transform new ones of the same kind."

"Oh, that's right. I thought it had something to do with inheritance, sacrifice, sealing, etc. Anyway, I just picked it up, so it doesn't matter." Carney said nonchalantly. "Do you have to wear a hood even in the dark?

Aren’t you going to show your face?”

"Of course not, I have seen your wizard's transformation skills before." Carlos refused. It would be troublesome if the wizard remembered it.

"You know so much."

"See you again when we are destined." After Carlos said that, they turned into bats and black mist and disappeared into the night.

As the breath of the vampire fangs left, Carney finally felt relieved. There should be no vampires coming to cause trouble now.

Early the next morning, Carney was drinking soup while watching the news. When he saw that a certain bank had been robbed of nearly one million pounds, Carney almost spat out a mouthful of hot soup.

The bank's underground security wall, a protective wall made of more than 20 centimeters of steel, was damaged and a large hole was created. The thieves fled with the money in less than five minutes.

"Well, if it's Muggle currency, the exchange rate should be about right." Carney rubbed his chin. Well, if the police want to find the murderer, he should provide some clues if they come to the door.

Watching TV programs out of boredom, quickly forgetting about things other than happiness.

The happy vacation does not end until the school owl arrives with the textbooks for the new semester, which means there are only a few days left before the start of school.

A few months have finally passed. It is unbelievable that he has stayed at home quietly for so long. His friends obviously did not live like this.

The Weasley family went to Egypt to visit the pyramids, Hermione went on vacation to France, and Harry - he seemed to be spending his first summer father-son time with his godfather.

The school owl arrived on time during breakfast. A tawny owl flew into the room and stood on the sofa, with two letters in its beak.

Above is the crest of Hogwarts, which is the owl of Hogwarts. You can tell from the look on his face that the owl of the school always looks like a polite gentleman.

The owl fluttered its feathers solemnly, spread its wings and flew out.

Then he turned to look at Carl's owl, nestled lazily in his birdcage. It was obviously meal time, and it was waiting for its owner to bring food to it.

Carney threw Karl's letter to him and read it with his own letter.

"Letter from the school, dear Mr. Strang: Please note that the new school year will begin on September 1st. The Hogwarts Express will depart from Platform 9 and 3 Quarters at King's Cross Station at eleven o'clock."

Carney tore open the letter and read it.

"What? Isn't it just a few days off?" At the dinner table, Karl said with a surprised look on his face after hearing the news.

Carney ignored him and continued to read the letter. Thank God that Carl could remember to go to school after playing so much that he forgot about food and sleep.

"On certain weekends, third-year students are allowed to visit Hogsmeade. Please give the enclosed consent form to your parent or guardian for signature. Enclosed is your book list for the new school year. Your loyal deputy

Headmaster Professor McGonagall."

"Consent form, I think I can go buy some snacks and visit the bar on the weekend." Carney handed the consent form to his father, and he could finally go to Hogsmeade openly.

"Oh, this is the wizard village you mentioned before. Are they any different from us?" said the father, while signing his name neatly.

"They're all dressed weirdly."

"Hahaha, indeed." The father was amused.

"Why don't I have a consent form?" Cornell opened the letter and there were only two pieces of paper, one notifying the start date and departure time, and the other was the textbook list.

"Because you can only go out after the third grade. I really don't know how much you can remember about school. I hope you won't forget where the classroom and bathroom are when school starts."

"There are also new course textbooks."

"Are you going to buy new textbooks? Do you need us to accompany you?" Mother asked.

"We are old enough, and I am very familiar with it." Carney said, "I have made an appointment with my classmates. We can handle it ourselves without the involvement of adults."

"Since you said so, I'll leave it to you. Keep an eye on Carl and don't let him get away."

"Wait a minute, since brother you are going to buy a book, why don't you buy it for me. I want to stay at home with my mother." Karl said, if someone is willing to buy it, he doesn't have to go.

"Okay, it's up to you." Carney bought the second grade textbook. He just needs to ignore Lockhart's books and add a copy of "Defense Against the Dark Arts"

Karl spent the whole holiday playing video games at a neighbor's house and could only see people during meals. In order to keep his heart in check, his mother also bought a video game.

The reason why he didn't want to go out was too simple. He wanted to cherish the last few days and finish the games he had not finished.

"If I remember correctly, it seems that you haven't started doing your summer homework yet, especially the potions class. If you don't want to make a fool of yourself in public, you'd better finish it seriously." Carney suddenly remembered that the summer homework assigned by the professors had not yet been completed.

Do.

"Did you do it on purpose?" Karl looked uncomfortable.

"No, I just remembered it." Carney ran upstairs because he didn't do anything either.

Summer homework is nothing more than a paper. You can find it by flipping through the book. It would be best if you have notes.

Carney got in the car early in the morning. At normal speed, it would take nearly half an hour to get to the Broken Ax Bar in London. Apparition obviously couldn't be used in broad daylight.

In fact, he wanted to experience a fireplace again and Ron would be the first to arrive, because his house has a magical fireplace that leads directly to Diagon Alley.

The Broken Ax Bar is busier than ever today, as if there is no spell protection. From time to time, people push in or push out the door, most of them are young wizards, and there are parents wearing more medieval-style clothes, wearing suits and jeans.

A jacket would look out of place in Diagon Alley.

Send the car to wander around, the traffic during the day does not allow him to park for a long time.

The brick wall door behind the Broken Ax Bar was always open, and you could hear the noise outside even before you stepped out.

Diagon Alley will be busier than before these days. The reason is because the wizard college is about to start, and all the students have to go shopping on the street.

These days when students are buying textbooks will be the most profitable days for store owners. Even when Carney walked through a few stores, he just went over to take a look, and then he came out with some items in his hand, including money in the pendant.

Some disappeared inexplicably, which is really strange.
