Chapter 64: Going Home (Part 1)

The restaurant is decorated like an auditorium, and all the decorations are filled with the blue and copper colors of Ravenclaw. Whichever house wins the House Cup will be decorated with the representative colors of that house at the end of the semester.

Slytherin has won the House Cup for seven consecutive years. Now their winning streak has been ended. This is all thanks to their first-year students. There is still a strange atmosphere on the Slytherin long table.

There is an empty seat between the students of the same grade.

Not long after Carney and the others took their seats, Dumbledore appeared at the teacher's bench. Behind the teacher's bench there was also a Ravenclaw emblem of a blue bronze eagle. After Dumbledore appeared, four tables in the restaurant

The sounds are gone.

"Another year has passed!" Dumbledore repeated the same words for many years, and he could still say so cheerfully.

"Before you enjoy these delicacies, I must trouble you all to listen to an old man's cliché. What a wonderful year it has been! You..." There are countless words omitted here.

"Now, let's go to the Academy Cup award ceremony. As far as I know, the scores of each academy are as follows: fourth place, Gryffindor, 250 points; third place, Slytherin, 357 points; third place, Slytherin, 357 points;

The second place, Hufflepuff, has 421 points; the first place, Ravenclaw, has 468 points."

The long Ravenclaw table cheered together, and the wizard's hat was thrown high.

On the teacher's bench, Professor Flitwick smiled happily. On the other side, Snape's face had been dark from the beginning of the award ceremony to now, and no one talked to him. The only one who dared to talk to him, Quirrell, was also

Finished.

"Yes, they performed very well, let us congratulate them!"

Applause broke out from the other two tables. For Gryffindor and Hufflepuff, they would be happy as long as it was not Slytherin who won the House Cup. No one at the Slytherin table applauded, and they looked at it coldly.

Other colleges are bustling with activity.

"Okay, now," Dumbledore said with a smile, "enjoy your dinner!"

"Huh? Is this the end of it?" Seeing rows of sumptuous dinners appearing on the table, Dumbledore also returned to his seat.

"What's next?" Neville asked confusedly.

"It's nothing." Carney didn't know if Dumbledore had a seizure. Shouldn't he give us extra points? But Carney has no interest in the ownership of the Academy Cup. It's just an honor, and he doesn't take it seriously.

.

The results of the exam were also announced. As expected, Hermione ranked first in the whole grade. Carney's score was not bad either. He was in the top ten. I really don't know how this ranking was ranked. The only grades were excellent, good and passing.

Pass, how are the nouns arranged?

Tonight is the last night at Hogwarts, and everyone in the dormitory is packing their luggage. The whole dormitory seems to be quite empty all of a sudden, and Neville has been missing for a long time, and Toad is finally found in the corner of the bathroom.

"There are so many things. It's really inconvenient to carry them around. I really want to leave these books and other things here to gather dust!" Ron tidied them up a few times and then rested aside. Ron's mother asked him to take all the textbooks away

Take it back. Looking at Kani who was still reading with Xiao Hei on the bed, he said, "Kani, it's holiday, and you still borrowed so many books?"

"Why don't you pack your luggage? The Hogwarts Express tomorrow is at seven o'clock." Harry's things were relatively small, and he didn't have many personal belongings when he came.

"Are you sure you are a wizard?" Carney was not going to put the things in the suitcase so quickly. "Tomorrow morning, just use the transfiguration spell to turn them all into pieces of paper. And I will bring a book and some portable

The things in the box, and Xiao Hei."

"If you say that, I want to learn the art of transfiguration!" Ron was dreaming again after hearing this.

"If you have this idea, Professor McGonagall will be happy to ask you to write more papers." Harry's things are almost packed. He has a lot of things to bring. His clothes (his Uncle Dursley

(I won’t buy him new clothes), as well as the gifts he received at Christmas, he has collected them well. Harry also plans to take all the books back and read them carefully during the holidays.

"I have to go back to see my uncle and his friends again, especially Dudley." Harry didn't want to go home. If Hogwarts could accommodate people during the holidays, he would like to stay.

"Hey! Notices have been sent out, one for each person." Simo brought back five pieces of parchment from outside. His luggage had been packed long ago before the exam.

"Underage wizards are not allowed to use magic during the holidays!" Ron knew what it meant without even looking.

"I learned it but can't use it! It's true." Harry went to Hagrid to learn some little curses, such as growing pig tails and so on. Everyone in the dormitory knew what he learned it for. "I secretly learned it."

Use it, can they find it?"

"It seems possible. As long as you are underage, your use of magic during the holidays will be detected," Neville said.

"Well, it seems that it depends on some kind of trace. The trace will disappear only when you are an adult." Ron obviously knew better, "When George Fred and I went home, my wand would be put away by my mother, but she didn't care.

Percy, Percy isn't even an adult yet."

"Your mother thinks Percy has that much self-control!" said Harry.

"Speaking of which, I think I used magic at home on Christmas Day. I wouldn't even remember it unless you told me." Carney now remembered that he used magic to wash dishes and do housework on Christmas Day.

"Really! What did you do!" Ron said.

"Use magic to wash dishes and clean the house or something." Carney said. "I thought I would receive a notification from the school or the Ministry of Magic, but there was nothing."

"Maybe it's a small magic that wasn't detected!" Harry said, "I don't know if what I learned will be detected."

"Impossible, even the smallest magic can be detected. My father works at the Ministry of Magic. There was a little wizard who was notified and warned because he cast a lighting flash spell because there was a power outage at home." Ron broke it.

An unrealistic dream.

"That's not clear!" Carney said.

"The glitter spell can be detected. It seems I will have to sleep in the cupboard again this holiday." Harry sighed.

"But your aunt and uncle don't know that you can't use magic!" Ron's brain is still very flexible in this regard, if he is willing to use it in study. George and Fred's brains are all used for pranks.

They often invent some pranks with gadgets, which is where their brains shine. Carney can't make these gadgets, and neither can Hermione.

"Yes, you're right, I'm already looking forward to seeing Dudley's scared little eyes!" Harry tore the notice into pieces happily. It seemed that he would no longer have to live in the cupboard.

Carney also threw the notice into the trash can. He planned to go home and try the flash spell again. This was probably just a warning notice, nothing serious.
