Harry Potter: Dark Alchemy

Chapter 122 Final Assessment (please vote for me)

The days after the summer vacation began to become dull, and Wright completely forgot about the Mithril Society. After all, no matter how terrifying the origin of their organization was or how famous it was, they had nothing to do with Wright. Besides, Wright was just an ordinary second-year student at Hogwarts. The Holy Church and the Mithril Society were too far away from him.

In the days after he met the people from the Mithril Society, Wright continued to study alchemy with Nicolas Flamel every day. However, compared with the first month after he came here, Wright's alchemy level was much better than before, so he could always quickly complete the learning goals assigned to him by Nicolas Flamel. In this way, Wright had more free time every day.

But during these free times, Wright did not have anyone he knew to accompany him. The only one who could spend time with him was Lu Wei.

The two girls who live upstairs and downstairs in Wright's house, Wicca has successfully made a boyfriend there since she attended a birthday party of one of her good friends, and now she is nowhere to be seen all day.

And Villita's whereabouts are even more erratic than Wicca's. Her mother, the middle-aged woman Wright met before, has recently shown great concern for Villita and takes her out every day. Even Villita's grandmother doesn't know what the mother and daughter do every day.

Half a month passed in a flash, and time is about to reach mid-August.

At midnight yesterday, when Wright and Lu Wei were both asleep, Harry's owl Hedwig suddenly hit the glass of his window, instantly waking up the man and dog in the house.

At that time, Hedwig looked completely exhausted, and she didn't even seem to have the strength to flap her wings. Wright quickly carried it into the room, fed it some food and water, and Hedwig only had time to pass Harry's letter to Wright, and then immediately fell asleep.

Wright sat down at the desk and opened the letter Hedwig brought to Harry across the English Channel. Speaking of which, Wright spent almost the entire summer vacation in Paris during his second year, and almost forgot to write to his good friends in London. But strangely, there was no phone call or letter from Changchu.

Harry described his miserable summer vacation life at the Dursleys in the letter, and told Wright that there was a strange and scary house elf that caused him to receive a warning letter from the Ministry of Magic. Fortunately, just two days after his birthday, Ron and the twin brothers took him to the Weasley family's burrow.

Harry also asked Wright about the status of the Philosopher's Stone in the letter, and whether it was safely and accurately delivered to Nicolas Flamel. Finally, Harry invited Wright to go shopping in Diagon Alley this weekend. After all, Hogwarts will start school in half a month, and it is time for students to go to Diagon Alley to buy daily necessities for the new school year.

By the way, the letter from Hogwarts also arrived yesterday, but it was yesterday morning. The long shopping list was filled with Gilderoy Lockhart's name. In addition, there were several new textbooks needed for the Ancient Magic and Care of Magical Creatures classes, such as "Ancient Magic Simple Introduction" and "Magic Dictionary".

The next morning, Wright wrote a reply letter and asked Hedwig, who had rested overnight, to take the letter back to Harry. Wright explained some basic information in the letter and accepted Harry's invitation. Because according to Nicolas Flamel, Wright will finish his alchemy study this summer this Friday, which will not affect his shopping trip to Diagon Alley on Sunday.

"Ah!" Looking at Hedwig's figure gradually going away, Wright couldn't help yawning.

He patted Fluffy's head, who was squatting on the side, and said to him, "Fluffy, you have to look after the house alone again today. But we will be back to England this weekend, and then you can go out and move around freely."

Fluffy barked excitedly. As a dog raised by the British, he was almost bored to death in Paris this summer! The language barrier was acceptable, but Light had to go to Nicolas Flamel's place to learn alchemy almost every day. He left his dog at home to guard the door and rarely took it out for a walk.

With Fluffy's size, if he went out alone, he would probably be caught soon. The two months in Paris were almost as long as the days in the dark little room at Hogwarts!

Fluffy couldn't wait to get back to the Forbidden Forest at Hogwarts and run wildly!

Time passed like a white horse. In the last week, the tasks Nicolas Flamel gave Light became more and more difficult, and it became more and more difficult to complete. Unknowingly, it was Friday.

On Friday morning, Light came to Nicolas Flamel's house as usual, ready to start his last day of alchemy study here this summer. After today, Light can rest for a day, and then go to Diagon Alley to go shopping with Harry and the others on Sunday.

When Nicolas Flamel saw Wright knocking on the door and walking in, he showed a calm expression on his face: "Wright, you are here."

"Yes, teacher." Wright nodded.

"You have made very good progress in alchemy recently, I have seen it all." Nicolas Flamel said, "You have a good talent."

Wright showed a disapproving expression: "This progress is nothing, it's still far behind you!"

Nicoléme smiled and shook his head, tapping his finger at Wright: "A learning speed like yours is already considered very good. You must know that I didn't have such a good talent back then."

"Teacher, what are we learning today?" Wright asked Nicoléme.

"No, we are not going to continue learning anything today." Nicoléme said, "Actually, you have completed the tasks I prepared for you very well during this summer vacation, or you have exceeded your expectations."

"There is only one task today." Nicoléme put away the smile on his face and regained his calm look.

He stood up from the sofa and took Wright directly into his alchemy workshop. The alchemy workshop is still the same as when Wright came for the first time. A pure gold pyramid stands in the center of the alchemy workshop. The huge metal doll looks coldly at the approaching Nicoléme and Wright. The magic cannon is flashing with a faint magical light.

"Teacher, what are we doing here?" Wright asked Nicoléme.

"Today's task is to complete your summer vacation assessment."
