Harry Potter: The Age of Magic

Chapter 149: The Second Day

The afternoon passed quickly.

However, the lich seemed to have disappeared. No matter how hard the two of them searched, they could not find any trace of the other party.

This made Christina very depressed. It was not until the two of them found a few barrels of Zollin wine that did not smell peculiar in the basement of the castle that her mood improved slightly.

"Rosie, I have to go back to Wilson Manor and tell my father what happened here."

There was some worry in Christina's tone, "I couldn't kill the lich in its infancy, and I don't know how much harm it will cause later."

"Go and do your business. This is business, don't worry about me."

Rossi nodded and comforted: "But you don't have to worry too much about the lich. In this world, there will always be powerful wizards who can take care of it."

"Um!"

Christina smiled and said, "You're right, even if my father can't handle it, there are other pure-blood families, as well as Dumbledore!"

After making an appointment with Rosie to go find Oswell tomorrow, Christina sprinkled a handful of advanced Floo powder and teleported away from the underground level of the abandoned castle.

"That's not the case. That lich is really weird! Not only can he cast 'Ice Crystal Bloom', he even cast a life-killing curse on me."

She planned to stay up late at night and read all the information given by Theseus.

"Telepathy?" Rossi looked at Oswell with innocent eyes, "What is that?"

"What?!!!"

"Failed to interrupt? This is a bit strange, but the newly formed lich is nothing to you, right?"

Oswell held the barrel firmly, his tone filled with disbelief.

As if he was afraid that the aroma of the wine would disappear, he skillfully closed the seal again, then raised his chin and took a deep breath full of intoxication.

"It's okay, it's okay, I'm used to getting up early."

"Just the Elder Wand...the Philosopher's Stone and the like, oh, they're all just rumors, don't care about them!"

Is there any such thing?

Rossi turned this thought around in his mind and asked instead: "How is the Lich's matter?"

Hearing this, Oswell, who was originally casual, stood up straight and said, "You said that the lich can cast spells just after it takes shape?"

"Yeah, it's weird, isn't it?"

Although both of them seemed surprised by the Lich's performance, Rossi could clearly feel from Oswell's expression and tone that there was something else that shocked him.

"Good morning, Christina, I've been waiting for a long time."

Rossi thought so.

"Yeah, I don't think it's possible, but that's the fact." Christina spread her hands.

"It's not that simple. That lich is very special. I couldn't interrupt its transformation."

"It could be..."

"Mr. Oswell, you have to tell us some useful news!"

Rossi took out a barrel of Zollin wine from the system backpack and placed it on the ground.

"A lich who is still undergoing transformation rituals?"

Oswell's gray eyes glanced at Christina and smiled nonchalantly, "What's the matter? As the genius eldest daughter of the Wilson family, a lich who has not yet undergone transformation is not a threat to you."

After returning home and eating the delicious dinner cooked by Sammy, Rosie went to the Ministry of Magic through the fireplace and came to the Auror office.

Christina held her chin with her hand, "In order to find this wine, we all encountered a lich who was performing a transformation ritual."

"Rumor? What rumor?"

"Oh! It is indeed a rare wine!"

She used the tracking map to check the locations of Moriah and Stephen 9, and saw that both of them were in the Forbidden Forest of Hogwarts. Only then did she walk out of Macroom's north gate with peace of mind and walked towards the Muggle village in the north.

"Come on, who is it? It's so early in the morning!"

With that said, Christina took Rossi's arm and walked quickly towards Oswell's house, "Let's go and listen to what Mr. Oswell has to say!"

When she said this, Christina seemed a little distressed, but then she smiled again, "But it's okay. Father said he would send someone to check, and the results will be found."

"Even if you can't remember it, you still have to browse it and get a rough impression."

Early the next morning, after replenishing her hunger and energy levels, Rossi came to McCrum through the fireplace.

"Mr. Oswell, don't change the subject."

"This, this...how is this possible?"

Oswell woke up instantly and couldn't wait to open the seal on the barrel, and the strong aroma of wine instantly overflowed.

"Rosie, you're here!" she said enthusiastically.

Although I used the identity skill, it was clearly written on the system that it was called "interrogation", and it was not a telepathy trick.

When the words came to an end, Oswell suddenly closed his mouth and looked at Rosie with a burning gaze, "Miss, it is not a friendly thing to use telepathy on others at will."

However, what she didn't notice was that behind the barrels of the pungent-smelling Zollin wine, a metal pull rope quietly passed through the wall and hung there.

Before reaching the village entrance, Christina saw Rosie coming from a distance and waved happily.

Christina smiled and waved her hand, "The air is the freshest in the morning. Exercising at this time will help increase your magic power!"

"Do you know anything about this strange lich?" Subconsciously, Rossi used his interrogation skills.

"Ding, wait until the next day and listen to what Oswell will say..."

After turning off the pop-up message from the system, Rossi, unable to continue the mission, could only teleport home.

“Zollin wine!!”

"My father has already arranged for people to investigate, but there have been some rumors about our family circulating in the magical world recently. The family should give priority to investigating this."

Rossi recalled the information about the Wilson family that he had read last night, and did not think of any information related to rumors: "It seems that there is no latest information in those materials, well... it is really basic information!"

"This is the wine you asked for, we have brought it to you."

Duh duh duh!

Christina slammed the iron ring on the door: "Mr. Oswell, are you awake?"

Rossi walked up and glanced at the system time. There were still five minutes left before the time they agreed.

The Elder Wand? The Philosopher's Stone?

Rosie suddenly had a bad feeling in her heart, but at this time, Christina, who was in high spirits, had already pulled her to the door of Oswell's house. Rosie could only keep her doubts in her heart and wait for the things here to be over.

Ask in detail.

After waiting for about three minutes, Oswell, who had arrived late, opened the door sleepily, "Hey, why are you here so early?"

Christina glanced at Rosie with an apologetic look, then stood in front of her with her chest raised, "Rosie didn't touch her wand just now. I don't think she can cast spells silently and without a wand!"

"Um……"

Pronounced with his throat, Oswell let out a long sigh, "Well, since Miss Wilson said so, just think of it as my illusion."

"Miss Christina, you must be careful when choosing your friends." As he said this, his eyes glanced deeply across Rosie's face.

After a pause, his face suddenly showed a bit of pride: "Remember your questions yesterday, I will tell you the answer now."
