In the headquarters building of the International Federation of Wizards in Bhutan, Tver looked at the dossier placed on the table by Babajid with great satisfaction.

These are all incidents involving wizards around the world this year, or the contact between magic and Muggles.

The relationship between wizards and Muggles is far from being described in terms of love and hate.

There are good people and bad people among wizards and Muggles, and there are also mostly ordinary people who just follow the crowd.
