I think most of my friends, at least those who are pursuing my studies, know that my recent physical condition is not optimistic, and they also know that this is the reason why my updates have been intermittent for the past month and a half, but I think I still need to formally explain to you that I am pregnant. As early as March this year, I started to have frequent headaches, tinnitus and some strep throat. Because of my irregular work schedule and my fondness for chili peppers, I didn’t think this was a big deal. As long as I ate a light diet and let it fall into place for a few days, I would be fine.

But this is not the case. This symptom lasted for less than half a year, and occasionally got better, but would soon relapse. In July this year, my blood oxygen dropped sharply to 82%. I was so frightened that I immediately went to the hospital to receive oxygen and undergo a gastrointestinal examination.

Fortunately, it was not a sequelae of white lung, but gastric compression and chest pain. However, this also showed that there was a big problem with my gastrointestinal tract, and the doctor said that my lungs were not completely fine and that I needed a complete physical examination for observation.

During my physical examination in August this year, I was found to have fourteen problems, large and small, including diffuse thyroid disease, slow lung inflammation, small lung nodules, fatty liver and other more serious problems - pneumonia. This was also the reason why my blood oxygen dropped drastically at that time.

I can only say that fortunately, I don’t have acute pneumonia or large lung nodules, nor does I have liver cirrhosis, so I am still far away from cancer. I had a timely physical examination and all of my physical symptoms were not serious and could be treated with exercise, diet and daily medication.

I don’t feel distressed by this, and I’m even very happy. I follow the doctor’s advice and eat a light, low-salt, low-oil, low-carbohydrate diet. I exercise for two hours a day and take my medicine on time. In one and a half months, I have lost seven kilograms, which is more than I have in the past. Ten times or even nine times healthier at any time of the decade.

But writing a book is a stretch.

There are actually many reasons. My body still hasn't recovered. It's really difficult to write the plot when it's time to finish. I haven't fully adapted to my normal daily schedule. I'm not energetic during the day and can't sleep at night. I eat too little carbohydrates and my brain can't function properly. Get up or something...

But pulling the crotch is pulling the crotch.

The plot of "Above the Sky" is actually in my mind, and I have already written it to the end. I wouldn’t say that every detail is just waiting to be penned down, but it’s not that far off. The problem is, I can't find an accurate way to write it out.

Maybe it's the drugs, maybe it's the body, maybe it's just a lack of inspiration. In short, these plots are difficult to write.

I am quite satisfied with the plot of King of Jhin, because at that time, it was updated every two days, so I had plenty of time to think about it.

But for the subsequent plots of the Light World and Fairy Country, I forced myself to update them every day, so I always felt that I was writing them in a hurry. Looking back, I still have a lot of foreshadowing that I haven’t drawn out, such as the one between Hua An and Shuang Die celebrating Ian’s birthday. The plot, the pirate captain's novel is very popular in the fairy town, the construction of the fairy camp in the new continent, and the communication with Cangxing in the new continent, the smooth transition from the identity of the king of the flying flames to the exploration of the light world, etc... I forgot all about it, and it’s very uncomfortable when I write it back and can’t insert it.

Of course, the overall plot is smooth, but it lacks some foreshadowing details. When I was writing it, I thought, "These are too superficial, so there is no need to write them and skip them." But when I look back, I can find that these details determine the enjoyment of reading. Comfort.

I learned from the experience and felt that I should think more.

Gao Tianzhang was able to update W words every day for half a year. It was not because I was really fast at coding, but because I had 250,000 words saved when I started the book. Sorry, I deceived everyone. I actually can’t update 10,000 words a day, and I’m not an expert at coding. However, when monsters were killed and they would die, I was indeed able to make more than 10,000 per day, but now my battered body really couldn't bear it anymore.

Overall, this is a crotch strip.

Above the Sky is indeed approaching its finale (not the finale, but the final plot line), and I can’t guarantee updates every day... It’s easy for me to write four thousand words every day, but I prefer to spend two days writing eight thousand or three days writing twelve thousand. Friends who have been reading my books since Soul of Burning Steel know that I never update a lot of words, but I prefer to keep them in big chapters.

This may be where I'm lagging behind the times. I really can't write small chapters. I can't write the plot I want smoothly. And when my body can't support writing more than 10,000 words a day, I'll extend the update. Distance is the only way.
