Hogwarts behind-the-scenes big boss
Chapter 7 Salazar's True Face
Moriarty raised his head and his eyes fell on the face of the dark green robed wizard.
An extremely young face, compared to the statue in the Hogwarts Chamber of Secrets, they are two completely different people.
The most special thing was his eyes. Moriarty's eyes slowly slid down and met his eyes.
Two pairs of identical gray eyes with dark gray pupils.
The depth and scrutiny in his eyes are exactly the same.
"Salazar Slytherin?"
Moriarty spoke first.
The wizard in dark green robes flew down from the top of the cross. There was no magic wave, but Moriarty guessed that he used the Demoaka flying spell.
——If he were Salazar.
"If you are referring to your ancestor, it is undoubtedly me, the one and only Salazar."
Salazar Slytherin flew in front of Moriarty. He was so tall that Moriarty only reached his shoulders.
Moriarty looked Salazar up and down.
Although he always talked about "Ancestor Salazar" on weekdays, Moriarty never really took Salazar to heart.
Now that he saw Salazar's true appearance, he couldn't help but have the idea of communicating more. Sure enough, his three senses followed his facial features.
Salazar is tall and thin, with long gray hair that falls to his shoulders.
His skin color is bloodless pale, his skull is high, his forehead is narrow, his eye sockets are deep, and his facial features are as three-dimensional as a knife or an axe.
Except for Moriarty's identical gray hair and gray eyes, the overall feeling is that of a plateau snowy mountain.
As Moriarty looked at Salazar, Salazar was also looking at Moriarty, and he came to a similar conclusion.
"Slytherin Staff?"
Salazar's eyes fell on the staff in Moriarty's hand, and his voice was indifferent, as if coming from a distant place.
"That is the symbol of the head of the Slytherin family. It seems that the current head of the Slytherin family is you."
Salazar walked around Moriarty several times, and while looking at him, Moriarty noticed that the silvery gray in his eyes shone brightly, and his pupils seemed to be narrowed the moment he raised his eyes.
In the light reflected from the cross, it looks like the vertical pupils of some kind of cold-blooded animal.
Snake eyes.
Moriarty remembered another characteristic of Salazar, that his pupils would turn into snake pupils, and Voldemort seemed to do the same.
"You don't seem to be curious about my origins?" Moriarty asked in a deep voice.
Salazar stopped and said, "Since the Slytherin Staff appears here, I think I know what happened.
It was stolen by my squib son, and you are his descendant, Yes or No?”
Moriarty nodded and briefly introduced himself.
"That's right. My Squib ancestors fled to China. Three years ago, I returned to England from China and am now in the third grade of Slytherin."
Salazar nodded slightly, "Have you gone to the secret room?"
"Shiva has been brought back to Slytherin Castle by me."
"Shiva's husband," Salazar raised his chin towards the basilisk on the cross: "You have already seen it."
"What made you forcefully break up a loving couple?" Moriarty raised a brow, "One of them was crucified on the cross, and the other was locked in a secret room for a thousand years."
"I never said I did it." Salazar shook his head and grinned under Moriarty's doubtful eyes: "It was Godric's handiwork."
Moriarty's eyes flashed with silence, which was very Gryffindor.
"So—why?"
Moriarty asked: "Why is there a cross in the Slytherin family cemetery? What does the basilisk nailed to the top of the cross mean?"
"That's right, this is the cemetery of the Slytherin family."
Sara looked at Moriarty and walked towards the outermost tomb.
"The ones buried in these tombs are all your ancestors - of course mine, and most of them are my descendants."
"This is my father's," Salazar said, standing among several tombs. "That's my grandfather's, and my great-grandfather's."
Then he stepped out, pointed to an inconspicuous tomb next to it, and said, "This is mine."
"You?" Moriarty was surprised, "You're dead?"
"Why, you think I won't die, do you?" Salazar smiled as if he was laughing at himself.
"It's just speculation." Moriarty said without moving his lips.
"Tell me about it." A gleam flashed in Salazar's eyes.
"To put it simply, I speculate that you have become the God of Dharma."
"Dharma God?"
Salazar smiled and shook his head, "If I tell you what that guy Godric thinks of the God of Law, you won't think so."
Moriarty looked at Salazar, pretending to be all ears.
"The guy said, God of Law? Don't tease me. If I became a god, I would feel guilty for violating the knight's code!"
After Salazar finished speaking, he couldn't help but laugh.
Gryffindor, with no regrets.
Everyone thinks that Slytherin values glory while Gryffindor regards fame as dirt.
As everyone knows, Gryffindor also values glory, and at the same time, he values dignity even more!
Even wearing a robe and holding a wand, Gryffindor never gave up on the honor and dignity of being a knight.
So what if he becomes a god!
What about Salazar?
If Gryffindor is a blazing flame, unrestrained, burning, and blazing, the glory of the God of Magic will be eclipsed in front of him.
But Salazar may seem as calm as water most of the time, but there are also times when the waves are rough and huge.
These two people are different from Dumbledore and Grindelwald. Will Salazar give up becoming the God of War because of Gryffindor?
Moriarty doesn't think so.
Salazar becomes the god of magic and then defeats Gryffindor. This is Salazar's style!
Slytherin and Gryffindor are the kind of people who completely defeat each other and then draw the other person to their side.
So, why did you give up on becoming a god?
Moriarty stared at Salazar like this.
"To tell you the reason..." Salazar understood Moriarty's eyes, and he slowly said: "It has something to do with the Slytherin family cemetery."
"Oh?" Moriarty's tone changed, full of solemnity: "The cemetery represents death, the cross represents sublimation, and the snake symbolizes the Slytherin family.
Combined together, it means ‘death is eternal life’! Right? This is also what you left in your diary.”
"Death is eternal life! It's absolutely true. It seems that you have learned a lot from my diary." Salazar said with a little joy: "But, the fact that you can find this place proves that you have learned the Devouring Curse."
"When it comes to the Devouring Curse, please help me solve the problem of the Devouring Curse devouring the magic power of the fire element." Moriarty did not forget the purpose of this trip.
"Swallowing fire elemental magic? The current head of the Slytherin family is learning fire elemental magic! Ha!"
Salazar glanced at Moriarty suspiciously, his eyes looking evil.
"Slytherin corresponds to the element of water. You'd better learn to master the magic of water element, otherwise you are not worthy of being the current head of the family."
"I have learned." Moriarty shrugged, snapping his fingers, and a stream of water appeared on the top of the cross, turning into the shape of Shiva.
The water snake nuzzled the male basilisk's head affectionately.
Let it replace Shiva and comfort Shiva's husband.
Shiva, Master can only do so much.
Moriarty shook his head.
Sara checked and saw Moriarty's agreement, but she was not embarrassed at all and casually praised: "It seems that you have a good grasp, but how does it compare to me?"
"The gap is not small." Moriarty smiled. Judging from the level of elemental magic, there was a gap of more than forty levels between Salazar and him.
"A sober junior." Salazar was very satisfied with Moriarty's attitude, and a touch of pride appeared on his sharp face.
"So, don't try to learn to master the magic of fire element, and continue to study the magic of water element.
A qualified, great wizard - just like me, can only master one kind of elemental magic in my entire life.
Slytherin, I hope you stay awake."
"Ahem, sorry," Moriarty blinked, "I have learned and mastered two elemental magics. You have seen the water element, and the second one is wind."
As soon as he finished speaking, a gust of wind appeared out of thin air, blowing the basilisk into the sky and flying high.
"Water element and wind element..."
Salazar stared at Moriarty with a scheming look, not knowing what he was thinking.
Half a minute later, he said: "Okay, I can help you perfect the devouring spell, but you have to listen to the story of this cemetery."
"This cemetery is death, but also eternal life!"
Moriarty's eyes suddenly turned cold, "Are you dead or alive?"
"This is a complicated issue." Salazar walked to his own tomb and said, "Listen to me slowly."
