Chapter 17 Hogsmeade Village

"What an amazing talent. It's like he was born for magic."

In the principal's office on the eighth floor of the castle, Dumbledore stood by the window, looking at the little figure on the black lake in the distance, and couldn't help but sigh.

Snape lowered his eyes, "It's hard to believe that he is a young wizard who has just entered the magical world. He still has a long time to grow up."

Dumbledore turned around, looked at Snape and said seriously: "Severus, I want to ask you to be his teacher."

"What do you want me to teach him?"

"Anything is fine, the key is not to let him go astray," Dumbledore spread his hands, "You don't want to see another Grindelwald causing trouble in the wizarding world ten or twenty years later, right?"

Snape shook his head slightly, "I think Professor Sprout or Professor Flitwick might be better at taking care of your children than me."

Dumbledore said with a smile on his face: "But I think he and you can talk better. Didn't you have a good chat when we had dinner in the auditorium that day?"

Hearing Dumbledore's words, Snape's face turned dark.

He recalled the day he met Kyle for the first time in the Great Hall. Snape swore that Kyle was the most arrogant kid he had ever seen.

During the meal that day, Kyle kept talking all the time, and Snape listened to his verbosity with a blank expression.

Snape would rather stay in the cold underground office, with the wonderful cauldron slowly simmering and sending out bursts of fragrance, than face Kyle, a naughty boy.

"I reject."

"Okay, Severus, I respect your choice." Dumbledore sighed, "Then I can only ask our Defense Against the Dark Arts professor. If he teaches well, maybe I should consider it.

I will continue to hire him for this position in the next school year..."

"Wait!" Snape's face turned even darker.

The smile on Dumbledore's face became even wider, "Have you changed your mind?"

Snape clenched his fists, "I don't have a choice, do I?"

Dumbledore winked mischievously: "I didn't force you."

Snape wanted to take out his wand and hit the shameless old man in front of him with a magic strike. If he hadn't been unable to defeat him, he might have done so.

The more he thought about it, the angrier he became. He shook off his black robe and left the principal's office without looking back.

Kyle stayed at the edge of the black lake for the whole morning, and did not return to the castle until the sun was high above his head.

When he appeared at the door of the auditorium, George and Fred immediately greeted him warmly.

"How are you thinking about our proposal?" I couldn't tell whether it was George or Fred who spoke.

Kyle sat down at the Gryffindor table, "What's the proposal?"

"Just go to potions class with us."

Kyle is still thinking about how to make the authentic Rasengan, so he has no intention of going to class with them, and he didn't even buy a crucible...

Oh no, he bought one, but that one is not for brewing potions, but for cooking hot pot.

So he waved his hand and said, "No, I still have things to do."

George and Fred were slightly disappointed.

"Okay then, how about we go play video games tonight?"

"I think shooting is more interesting."

Kyle interrupted the two people who were arguing about which was more interesting, electric or shooting, "I said, as an old-timer who has stayed at Hogwarts for more than a year, shouldn't you take me, a newcomer here, to visit the castle?"

The twin brothers looked at each other and nodded.

"I'll wait until tonight to explore the castle. I'll take you to a more fun place later. We just don't have classes in the afternoon."

"Last time you invited us to drink beer, this time it's our turn to treat you."

When he heard that the brothers were asking for a drink, Kyle's eyes suddenly lit up.

"I still remember what happened last time when you drank me under the table. This time I will definitely win the game."

No need to think, it must be George who said this.

Kyle raised his eyebrows provocatively: "I dare not say anything else, but you two can't drink me together."

Just kidding, in his previous life, he didn't even have all his teeth, so he had to be fed wine with chopsticks by the elders in his family many times.

After traveling through this life, although I lost the ability to drink tons of vodka from a bottle of vodka without changing my expression in my previous life, I quickly developed my ability to drink.

He had no guardian to take care of him when he was homeless, and America's rules prohibiting underage drinking were simply ineffective for him.

As for George and Fred, the two scumbags, they probably had strict family control and didn't have the opportunity to exercise their drinking ability.

So how could two people who could drink several bottles of beer until their faces turned red and even fall down on the sofa and drink like crazy, be his opponents?

The corridor on the fifth floor of Hogwarts Castle was empty, except for the troublemaking trio who had finished their lunch.

George and Fred moved a mirror, revealing a secret passage hidden behind the mirror.

"This secret passage leads directly to Hogsmeade Village next to Hogwarts." George introduced.

Seeing the blank look on Kyle's face, Fred explained: "Hogsmeade is a wizarding village. There are many shops there, and most importantly, there are bars there."

So the brothers are going to take him to the bar?

Will the drinks sold in wizarding bars be different from those sold by Muggles? Kyle is really looking forward to it.

The three of them climbed into the secret passage through the hole. After moving the mirror back to its original position, the secret passage became dark.

"Lumos." George raised his wand.

After walking along the secret passage for dozens of minutes, George, who was walking at the front, suddenly stopped and said, "We're here."

In front of him was a trap door. After coming out of the trap door, Kyle found himself standing on a deserted path.

There was a rusty bracket on the door of a shop at the intersection, and a tattered wooden sign with a severed pig's head hanging on it.

"Is this the bar?" Kyle was still about ten steps away from the door of the bar when he smelled a strong smell of mutton.

Thick dirt accumulated on several bay windows, and the outside light could hardly penetrate into the bar. Kyle could barely see a few sets of rough wooden tables and chairs in the dim bar.

Kyle pinched his nose in disgust.

Of all the bars Kyle has ever seen, no one can beat it in terms of filthiness. Kyle would call the Pig's Head Bar the best.

I don’t know if there is a Food and Drug Administration in the wizarding world. If there is, the sanitary conditions of this bar will definitely fail the health inspection.

"I think we should change places."

"I'm afraid that's not possible. The Hog's Head Bar is the only bar in Hogsmeade that sells alcohol to underage wizards." Fred replied.

George turned to look at him, as if looking at a fool, "Can't you finish buying the wine and drink somewhere else?"

Several people held their breath and walked into the bar.
