Chapter 6 I Ollivander Will Call It Unique

Half an hour later, standing in front of Ollivander's Wand Shop, Kyle's questioning eyes moved back and forth between Dumbledore and the wand shop sign.

"This is the legendary Gold Finger Wholesale Market, ah no, a magic wand shop?"

The shop looked small and shabby, and the gold-lettered sign on the door had peeled off, which read - Ollivander: Making fine wands since 382 BC.

In the shop window, a solitary wand sat on a faded purple cushion.

"Some things cannot be judged by their appearance," Dumbledore smiled gently. "Ollivander is the best wand maker in the British wizarding world, and is also among the best in Europe."

Opening the door, Kyle walked into the wand shop.

The shop is very small, with nothing else except a bench in the corner.

Thousands of long, narrow cardboard boxes containing wands were stacked from floor to ceiling, and a thin layer of dust settled everywhere.

A gust of wind chimes rang when they entered the store, and a white-haired head popped out from the pile of cartons. When he saw the old man behind Kyle, he immediately greeted him enthusiastically.

"Dumbledore? Welcome, welcome, I'm so happy to see you!" As for Kyle next to him, he ignored him for a while.

The old man came to them, and his pair of big light-colored eyes that looked like two bright moons in the dark shop captured Kyle's presence.

"Oh my God, this is it!" Ollivander looked at Kyle's strange eyes and exclaimed, then turned his eyes to Dumbledore, as if to confirm something.

Dumbledore nodded, "Yes, Ollivander, it's exactly what you think."

Kyle's eyes were extremely rare. It was impossible to hide Kyle's identity from the wand maker who had been dealing with all kinds of wizards all his life.

After his suspicions were confirmed, Ollivander rubbed his hands excitedly and took out a tape measure with silver scales from his pocket, "Which arm do you usually use?"

"Right hand."

Measure from the shoulder to the fingertips, then from the wrist to the elbow, from the shoulder to the floor, from the knee to the armpit, and finally measure the head circumference.

Ollivander babbled while measuring it: "Every Ollivander wand contains super powerful magical substances, and this is its essence."

"We used unicorn hair, phoenix tail feathers and dragon nerves."

"Every Ollivander's wand is unique because no two unicorns, dragons or phoenixes are exactly the same."

"Of course, if you use a wand that belongs to another wizard, you will never have such a good effect."

Kyle wondered if Ollivander had said this to every wizard.

Watching Mr. Ollivander's mysterious operation, Kyle couldn't help but ask: "Why do you need to measure these when buying a wand?"

"Because every wand in the Ollivander family is unique. In order to help you choose a suitable wand, I will first measure your arm length, forearm length, height, head circumference and other dimensions, and then based on these parameters

Choose a wand."

After hearing Ollivander's explanation, Kyle thought for a while and then stretched out his hands.

I saw him put his left hand on his right arm, exerted force suddenly, and there was a click, and his right arm was dislocated.

Seeing Kyle stretch his arm a few centimeters, Ollivander's face darkened instantly as he was dismayed.

Dumbledore looked at Ollivander's frozen smile on his face and the corners of his mouth that were constantly twitching. He turned away and tried hard to control himself from laughing, and then looked back, feeling a little distressed.

"Healed as before." As Dumbledore chanted the spell, Kyle's arm clicked back on.

"Excuse me, sir, can we continue?"

Hearing Kyle's words, Ollivander opened his mouth with difficulty and said in a dry voice, "Oh, okay."

Professional staff making and selling staff for so many years, what situation has Ollivander not seen?

Sorry, he has never seen this situation before.

After coming back to his senses, Ollivander took down a cardboard box from the shelf, took out a wand and stuffed it into Kyle's hand.

He introduced dryly: "Cherry wood, unicorn hair, thirteen inches, try waving it."

It seemed that Mr. Ollivander didn't intend to talk to him anymore about unnecessary things.

Kyle waved his wand casually, and he suddenly felt the urge to pour out the magic power in his body.

He obeyed this impulse and let go of the control over his magic power. A bolt of lightning shot out from the tip of the wand, blowing the shelves behind Ollivander to pieces along with many wand boxes.

Kyle: Worri!

Ollivander: Damn Fuck!

Looking at the situation in the store, Kyle and Ollivander couldn't help but cursed inwardly.

Kyle was worried that the old man in front of him would blackmail him later, while Ollivander felt sorry for his loss.

Ollivander looked at Dumbledore eagerly: "Dumbledore, this..."

Dumbledore understood what Ollivander meant, and only he could restore them to their original state.

As Dumbledore waved his wand, everything in the wand shop seemed to have been pressed on the rewind button. The shelves, wands and the cardboard boxes in which they were stored were blown to pieces and flew back one after another, restoring their original appearance.

.

The old and the young all breathed a sigh of relief.

The wand in Kyle's hand was taken away, and another wand was thrust into Kyle's hand.

"Try this one again. Willow wood, phoenix tail feathers, twelve inches."

"Don't wave! Just shake it gently!" Seeing that Kyle was about to shake his wrist again, Ollivander was so frightened that he hurriedly stopped him.

Seeing Ollivander's reaction, Kyle felt a little funny, but he still waved his wand regardless.

It's just that he reduced his magic output this time.

Seeing Kyle's movements, Ollivander shivered violently.

Still a bolt of lightning shot out from the wand in Kyle's hand, grazing Ollivander's scalp and landing on the cabinet behind him.

Fortunately, this time, the cabinet was not blown to pieces.

Ollivander was frightened half to death by Kyle. After calming down, he hurriedly took out a mirror from somewhere and looked at his Mediterranean hairstyle with tears in his eyes.

"Ah, sorry, Mr. Ollivander."

"It's okay, it's okay. This little problem can be solved with a little hair growth." Ollivander forced a smile.

If he hadn't offended the person standing behind this naughty boy, he, Ollivander, would have let the naughty boy know why the flowers outside the window were so red today.

"It seems that this wand still doesn't fit you well," Ollivander took out the third wand, "Walnut wood, dragon's heart tendon, eleven inches."

Different from the previous two wands, when Kyle held this wand, a strange feeling arose spontaneously.

It was as if the wand was supposed to be one with him.

He no longer controlled the magic power in his body. He waved his wand lightly, and a stream of water was generated out of thin air. As Kyle waved the wand like a baton, the water stream continued to change shapes in the air.

"It's really amazing. This is the first time I've encountered this kind of situation." Ollivander looked at Kyle's strange eyes, "This is it."
