Hogwarts Homecoming

Chapter 1217 A vampire with personality

The sunshine is as warm as early spring and envelopes this pure land.

Each member of the exchange group found the dormitory with their own name on the door and went to visit the place where they live today.

Hagrid returned soon.

"He fell asleep--"

Hagrid happily said to Hermione,

"Professor Brain is such a good man. The tree hole he prepared for Grawp is very spacious and comfortable. Moreover, he had a good meal tonight, so he went to bed immediately."

Hermione pursed her lips as she saw Grawp scooping up everything edible on their long table into his mouth.

"What's going on, Hagrid-"

Hermione asked angrily,

"How come you suddenly had a younger brother and we never knew about it?!"

"Ah, this matter——"

Hagrid shrank his head feeling guilty.

"It's a long story."

Hermione crossed her arms and glanced sideways at Hagrid.

"It's okay, I just have time."

Hagrid was about to say something when the members of the exchange group came back one after another after visiting the dormitory. Seeing this, Hagrid shut his mouth.

Hermione hurriedly greeted them, her eyes wandering. Hermione took a deep breath and smiled at them slightly nervously.

"Hmm, you already know my name is Hermione Granger but I still don't know what to call you?"

"I'm Luo Ya--"

The little girl with sharp eyes brought by Professor Rahanson looked at Hermione curiously.

"Loya Nellie."

Next, the other little druids also announced their names to Hermione.

Next came the goblins, whose stern faces made Hermione a little nervous.

"Nothing wrong with the accommodation--"

A goblin named Taiwen with yellow-green skin leaned toward Hermione and asked respectfully,

"Miss Granger, please tell me when we can get our wands--"

"Oh, wand--"

Hermione said quickly,

"Yes, that's right. Professor Blaine has prepared a wand for you, but that, well, is only allowed during the communication meeting every Sunday afternoon. You know, this matter is very sensitive after all--"

Hermione looked at Taiwen carefully.

But the goblins showed no displeasure, much to Hermione's relief.

"If you have any requirements, you can tell me and I will try my best to help you. Within a reasonable range--"

Hermione smiled friendly.

"We're going to the Forbidden Forest every night—"

Luo Ya raised her hand,

"Fromide asked us to come to him in the evenings and learn our own things."

"Every night?"

Hermione frowned in embarrassment. She couldn't possibly have time to go to the Forbidden Forest every night to take them back to the castle.

"I'll keep an eye on these little guys for you,"

Hagrid stepped forward to solve the problem,

"I live right next to the Forbidden Forest. When you finish studying with Professor Rahanson, Yaya and I will take you back to the castle -"

"if you can--"

My Little Pony also raised her hand shyly,

"I also need to stay outside the castle for a while at night--"

Facing Hermione's questioning look, the foal started digging holes with its hooves again.

"We centaurs are used to observing the movements of stars when the night sky is brightest."

"Oh, no problem."

Hermione happily agreed,

"But I'm afraid I can't let you stay outside the castle, Paulie. I'll help you find Professor Sinistra and ask her to open the astronomy tower to you."

"my words"

The handsome little boy with wild chestnut hair had a pale face and a coy attitude. Hagrid understood it when he saw him. He smiled and said,

"You are Bernier. I heard Professor Blaine say that he found you for Remus?"

Bernier lowered his head and said softly,

"Mr. Lupine was a friend of my father's."

Hermione blinked and immediately understood the identity of the little boy and what he was worried about.

"Oh, don't worry, I know a good place, absolutely safe, that can help you cope with those days-"

"That is indeed a great place!"

Hagrid smiled knowingly, knowing that Hermione was referring to the safe house that Remus used when he was a student at Hogwarts.

"What about Graup?"

Hermione asked enthusiastically,

"Does he need my help with anything? Food, I think he has a big appetite?"

"Oh, that doesn't require any special care,"

Hagrid said,

"Grawp is different from you, Hermione. He can survive for several days on one meal."

Hagrid looked at the little guys in front of him expectantly.

"He is afraid of being alone. When he was in the tribe, no one paid attention to him because he was too short. Therefore, what he needs most is friends. If you can talk to him more."

Hermione opened her mouth but didn't dare to speak. The goblins fell silent, and Paulie turned her head away in shame.

Even wizards, let alone wizards, would be afraid of cruel creatures like giants.

"We can be his friends-"

Luo Ya raised her hand and said crisply,

"We were able to calm him down."

"Oh, that would be great!"

Hagrid beamed,

"As long as he has a friend, I believe he will definitely like it. Professor Brain told me that if Graup learns to get along with others, he will agree to let Graup be my assistant!"

"The rest--"

Hermione turned around and saw the girl who was sent to the bunker by Professor Braine.

She changed her clothes into an elegant black ice silk pajamas and changed her black leather shoes into cotton slippers.

She walked towards Hermione while yawning.

"I can't sleep."

The girl's straightforward attitude made Hermione unable to respond.

Without Professor Braine, the girl with delicate skin that made Hermione jealous looked even more arrogant.

She raised her pointed chin and said aggressively,

"I'm hungry!"

To be honest, the hateful look of a half-grown girl not only did not make Hermione angry, but she thought she was cute.

"Hungry?"

Hermione pursed her lips and smiled kindly,

"This is also easy to solve. I'll go to the kitchen to help you now."

"Don't bother, Hermione. She can't eat the food in the kitchen--"

Hagrid said with a smile,

"She needs to eat something nutritious. Am I right?"

Hermione blinked mistily,

"More nutritious. Oh, I think the kitchen at Hogwarts--"

"I only drink dragon blood!"

The little girl said angrily,

"Newt told me that as long as I come to Hogwarts, Brian will not let me go hungry, so I came from New York!"

Hermione was stunned, and then subconsciously took a step back,

"You are a vampire!"

The little girl glanced at Hermione with a disdainful look.

"I do have a flock of chickens there, if you are willing to make do with it"

Hagrid said with a smile, and the angry little girl bared her fangs.

"Dragon blood"

This really stumped Hermione. She believed that even if Hogwarts was in a very good financial situation, the kitchen would not use dragon blood as food!

"But Professor Braine is not in Hogwarts now"

Hermione bit her lower lip.

"If you don't like chicken blood, maybe you can try bloody lollipops--"

Hagrid came up with another bad idea,

"Hogsmeade Honeydukes candy store sells them, but you have to wait until at least tomorrow morning. The school is closed now--"

"Bloody lollipops?"

Hermione was rolling her eyes at Hagrid, but unexpectedly, the little vampire girl showed an interested expression,

"I don't care if Hogwarts is closed. I'm going now. I know where Hogsmeade is. I saw the village on the way here!"

After that, the little vampire girl turned her head and walked out the door in her cotton slippers.
