Hogwarts Homecoming

Chapter 1334 The Darkness Disintegrated

Voldemort disappeared suddenly, in a puff of black wind, just as he had come.

More than one person believed that Voldemort had escaped for his life. He abandoned his Death Eaters and decisively escaped from Dumbledore.

No one is surprised.

Even Malfoy, Bellatrix, and Rabastan, the few Death Eaters who were still conscious, were not that surprised.

There is only one exception, Dumbledore.

"Stay there, Harry!"

People saw that Dumbledore, whose mood had not changed much even when he lost one hand, showed a panicked expression for the first time, and he yelled at Harry, who was walking out from behind half of Sirius.

Something happened.

Sirius realized this immediately and tried to turn around and push Harry away, but instead he was thrown aside like a lead ball.

Many people are calling his name.

Harry realized this as many people in the hall were staring at him in horror, but he couldn't hear any of them.

There was a force that deprived him of his perception of sound, and the real world flew away like a dream.

Everything in his vision tilted, and then Harry realized he had fallen.

Then Harry's scar exploded.

That kind of pain should be something he has never experienced before. It seems to be very painful, because it has exceeded a limit, so the feeling is not so clear.

In a daze, he felt like he was leaving the reception hall of the Ministry of Magic.

He didn't know exactly where he was. It was surrounded by darkness, and he was locked in a circle formed by a red-eyed monster.

He was so tightly wrapped around the monster that he almost didn't know where his body ended and the monster's body began.

They merged into one, bound together by pain, with nowhere to escape--

Then the monster spoke, using his mouth, and Harry heard his own voice echoing in the empty dark cage.

"Kill me, Dumbledore--"

Harry couldn't see, but he could realize that Voldemort was using him again.

"If death means nothing, Dumbledore, then kill the boy."

The moment he almost fell to the ground, Sirius jumped up from the ground and jumped on Harry's body in a few steps.

Hermione, Ron, Ginny and others also left the Longbottoms and rushed to Harry's side desperately.

Harry's eyes were still open, but he was no longer the same person they knew.

His green eyes disappeared, replaced by snake-like red vertical pupils. Thin black smoke rose from his cheeks, and even the bulging veins on his forehead were black.

Harry's body was bowed like a fried lobster, his head raised, and he stared at Dumbledore with a ghostly smile.

"Do something, Dumbledore!"

This is how Harry is controlled by Voldemort!

Everyone around Harry had this understanding in their hearts, but the only way to do it was to ask Dumbledore for help.

"Harry?"

There was still panic on Dumbledore's old face, but he did nothing when Sirius and Harry's friends asked for help.

He stood a few feet away from Harry, staring at Harry's red eyes with his blue eyes. His expression couldn't be said to be helpless, but more like--

He was searching for something in Harry's eyes.

"Come on, Dumbledore—"

The sound coming out of Harry's throat was mixed with an odd hiss.

Voldemort was using him to threaten Dumbledore, to threaten everyone.

Harry, who was trapped by the monster, heard the sound he made.

He was using himself again, just like tonight when he tricked himself into coming to the Ministry of Magic to get the prophecy orb.

It disgusted him and made him angry.

Do it, Professor Dumbledore!

Unable to control his body, Harry shouted these words in his heart!

Let everything end. If, if, he and Voldemort die together here, then everything will end.

The war ended immediately, the haze hanging over people's heads dissipated, and people no longer had to worry!

And he can be regarded as avenging his father and mother!

The thought was so strong it was literally burning!

Harry was immersed in the desire to end it all tonight. The monster's grip relaxed and the pain disappeared. He crossed a dark sea and returned to the world again.

He found himself being held in Sirius's arms, and the tears rolling out of Sirius's gray eyes fell onto his cheeks, so hot.

Hermione and Ginny also burst into tears. Ron stood behind Ginny with a pale face, looking at him blankly.

Harry knew that everyone was looking at him, but Dumbledore was the only one who noticed that he was back.

"Harry?"

Dumbledore called softly, and Harry could hear a little joy in his voice.

"Professor Dumbledore--"

When Harry made his voice heard, Ron went paralyzed, while Hermione and Ginny cried even louder.

"Sirius, relax a little-"

Harry said that he felt that Sirius was holding him harder than the ugly monster in the dream.

"Amazing, kid--"

Dumbledore's whole body relaxed. He looked at Harry with relief, and Harry could see that his blue eyes were moist.

"You beat him, Harry--"

His body was still a little weak, but Harry managed to hold his head up and look at Dumbledore.

He saw that Dumbledore's drooping left hand showed no signs of recovery. It seemed that just as Dumbledore himself said - his left hand was dead.

This is undoubtedly a painful price, but if--

"Are you saying that Voldemort is dead, Professor?"

Harry asked expectantly.

"I believe this day is not far away, Harry. It's almost-"

Inevitably, Harry still felt disappointed.

Bellatrix was calling sharply for her master, and Harry looked over at her.

"Next, Professor——"

Harry, who gradually regained his strength, sat up with Sirius's help.

"There are some Death Eaters in the Department of Mysteries."

"Don't worry, Harry—"

Dumbledore glanced at Scrimgeour and Kingsley. The two men immediately understood, called some people, and hurried into the elevator hall.

"We won't be expelled, Professor--"

Harry asked anxiously again.

I am afraid that since the establishment of Hogwarts, no young wizard has violated the school rules as thoroughly as they did tonight.

"Oh, I don't think so--"

Dumbledore looked at Harry gently,

"You fought the Death Eaters with your own strength. Voldemort's power collapsed tonight because of your unyielding resistance. I believe Amosta will be proud of each of you--"

Yes, Voldemort's power was broken.

Almost all of his most loyal Death Eaters were caught.

Dumbledore strode over, waving his wand and healing the wounds on Luna and Ginny's arms.

"this--"

Elune took out a prophecy ball and raised it in front of Dumbledore.

Harry and their friends' eyes were immediately drawn to it.

"I'll explain to you--"

Dumbledore said,

"But I think you should go back to Hogwarts first."

"I want to be with Harry, Dumbledore."

Sirius said suddenly.

"No problem, Sirius-"

Dumbledore nodded happily. He looked at the wailing Bellatrix and the silent Lucius Malfoy. He pondered for a moment and said to Arthur and the Longbottoms,

"You guys come together and escort all the Death Eaters captured tonight to Hogwarts. Amosta will send them to Avalon Prison-"

This tumultuous night seemed to be over.

They waited for more than half an hour until Scrimgeour and Kingsley escorted the remaining Death Eaters up from the Department of Mysteries.

"Mentos—"

Dumbledore's wand pointed at a broken candlestick on the ground. Under a cluster of blue light, the candlestick trembled rapidly.

Harry and his group, including Neville's father and mother, Mr. Weasley, and Sirius circled around and touched the portkey.

After a while, they returned to Hogwarts.

It was Dumbledore's principal's office. Harry looked around with slightly hazy eyes for a few times before identifying it.

There's someone in the principal's office.

McGonagall's classroom, Professor Sprout, Professor Flitwick, and Snape were all here, as well as their newest Potions professor, Professor Slughorn.

When Harry and the others landed, the five professors all held their wands and pointed at——

Vitia Cliona.
