Hogwarts: I am Voldemort

Chapter 208 [Cassandra’s Prophet’s Notes]

After completely fusing the soul in the diary, Voldemort was able to use Occlumency to influence his own soul in Harry.

He just hasn't been doing that.

First of all, it was unnecessary, and secondly, I didn't want to arouse Dumbledore's vigilance.

Perhaps, this seed can play an unexpected role at some necessary time in the future.

But last night's accident ruined Voldemort's plan.

If Harry is smart and cautious enough, when he asks Snape or Dumbledore about last night's dream, the remnant soul can no longer be hidden.

"What a coincidence."

Voldemort shook his head helplessly and smiled.

It was indeed a coincidence. If he hadn't glanced at Harry last night, if Harry hadn't had a premonition of something, that dream wouldn't have appeared.

And if Voldemort himself did not rest because of fatigue, his consciousness would not be pulled away.

There were too many preconditions, but by chance, everything happened.

"Then speed it up."

Voldemort thought so and took control of Neville's body early in the morning.

But he did not rush to find Luna. Instead, after going to the auditorium, he went straight to the north tower of the castle, which was Trelawney's office.

"Knock, knock, knock~"

Voldemort knocked on the door of his office, but no one responded for a long time.

He was not surprised by this. Trelawney was an alcoholic and it was impossible for her to get up early on a morning like Sunday.

After several knocks, Trelawney's voice finally came from the room.

"Come on, come on, come on, don't knock anymore."

Trelawney's voice was full of excitement, "Merlin's beard, what's the name of a ghost so early in the morning? Do you want me to predict your death?"

"Creak~"

The door opened, and Trelawney appeared in front of her in her nightgown with an angry look on her face.

"I brought you breakfast, Professor Trelawney."

Voldemort raised the package of milk and a sweet cake in his hand - this was Trelawney's favorite.

"Well, this is the first time I know that Hogwarts provides meal delivery service."

Trelawney took the two things dissatisfied, and then prepared to shut Voldemort out.

"Wait a moment, Professor."

Voldemort had to hold the door that was about to close, "I have a question to ask you."

"Problem?" Trelawney raised her eyebrows and looked Neville up and down. "I don't remember that you are my student."

"I am Neville Longbottom, second year Gryffindor. I haven't taken Divination yet, but I am very interested in this course."

After Voldemort finished speaking, he made a look of reverence, "I know that you are the greatest diviner of our time, so I would like to ask you some questions in advance."

Even without telepathic perception, just looking at Trelawney's reaction as if ants were crawling around her back, Voldemort knew how comfortable she felt.

"You are one of the few children who understands the true meaning of divination. Come in, Nata." Trelawney opened the door and said.

"My name is Neville, Professor, Neville Longbottom." Voldemort said as he walked inside.

"I know, Neville Longbottom, find a place to sit."

Voldemort opened his mouth, but finally decided to give up and correct anything.

Trelawney made her classroom look like a cross between a loft and an old-fashioned teahouse.

Dozens of small round tables were surrounded by armchairs covered with Indian prints and bulging little cushions. Large copper kettles, old playing cards, silver crystal balls and a lot of tea sets were piled chaotically in the room.

If you don't consider that this is a classroom, then Voldemort thinks this place is pretty good.

"What's the problem, Neville?" Trelawney asked Voldemort as she opened her breakfast.

"I want to know fate..." Voldemort said thoughtfully, "whether fate has any light."

"Light?" Trelawney swallowed a mouthful of cream and said, "Of course, Neville, have you ever heard of the Fountain of Good Luck?"

Voldemort was stunned for a moment. He thought he had heard this name before, but couldn't remember it for a moment.

"Have you read The Tales of Beedle the Bard?" Trelawney reminded.

Voldemort suddenly realized that there was indeed a story called the "Fountain of Good Luck" in it.

"I've heard of it, but I haven't seen it. Professor, can you tell me about it?"

"Sure, but it's an extremely boring story."

Trelawney nodded, picked up the milk and took a sip before speaking again: "This is the story of three women and one man, giggle~~"

Voldemort touched his forehead to hide the helplessness on his face.

I have to say that sometimes Trelawney does look like she has a mental problem.

"I'll keep it simple."

Trelawney, who had had enough laughter, said, "Three women went to the Fountain of Good Luck to change their destiny, and so did the man, and then they went through hardships and hardships along the way. You know, it's what's written in those storybooks."

Voldemort nodded, indicating that he would not care about these details.

"Finally they found the Fountain of Good Luck, drank the spring water, and gained happiness, gurgling~~~"

Trelawney, who laughed for a while again, looked at Voldemort, widened her eyes and said, "Guess what?"

The clueless questioning made Voldemort feel that Trelawney's storytelling ability was far inferior to Dumbledore's.

"How was it?" Voldemort asked in coordination with Trelawney's performance.

"That spring water is actually an ordinary spring water, gurgling~~~"

Trelawney laughed so hard that Voldemort felt a little dizzy.

"What does this mean, Professor?"

"It means you have to change your destiny. Children, those who change their destiny will have light."

After Trelawney finished speaking, she picked up the cake and took a big bite.

Voldemort was silent for a moment, and then asked: "White light, or red?"

"Crack."

The cake in Trelawney's hand fell on the table, but she didn't care about the cake, but stared at Voldemort with her eyes wide open.

"Have you ever seen the light?" Her excited voice changed its tone.

"Well... I see it occasionally, but not most of the time." Voldemort lied.

"Can you really see it?"

Trelawney came to Voldemort in surprise and held Voldemort's shoulders with her cake-stained hands.

Those big eyes were full of surprise.

"I... seem to be able to, professor, is this amazing?"

"Of course it's magical."

Trelawney seemed to have completely woken up from her hangover. She ran into her office with a bang, and walked out not long after holding a heavy magic book.

"Bang."

The tome fell on the desk, picking up a handful of dust and floating in the bright morning light.

Voldemort looked at the name of the book:

[Cassandra's Prophet's Notes]

"Cassandra?" Voldemort asked in confusion, "Is it the prophet Cassandra Trelawney?"

"Yes, my Xuanzu."

Trelawney said, opening the book with a bang, looking for something quickly.

Voldemort looked at Trelawney who was almost crazy, thinking that this trip was the right one.
