Hogwarts Passer-By Professor

Chapter 19 The Troll

At this point, the Halloween dinner is about to begin.

In addition to the professors sitting on it, the little wizards below were also whispering. After completing the practice of making storage rings and new tactics, Eisen came to the auditorium to help with the arrangement.

"Professor Eisen, have you had any difficulties in class recently?" Dumbledore looked at Eisen who was beside him.

Unexpectedly, not long after sitting down, Dumbledore's voice came over.

"Oh, of course not. The astronomy class is relatively simple, and the students performed very well. Especially, Ms. Hermione Granger, you know, she is a very good little wizard." Eisen froze for a moment, Then he answered in a satisfactory manner, and praised the little wizard by the way.

That's right, for Eisen, the astronomy class was really easy and there were no difficulties. Even he didn't pay much attention to the after-school homework he left for the little wizard.

After all, how the wizard landed on the moon is really not a simple question. Many little wizards didn't complete this assignment, but Hermione also submitted a related paper. But at the end of the argument, the conclusion is that wizards cannot go to the moon.

"Hermione Granger?" Dumbledore also showed a look of admiration.

"That's right, astronomy class doesn't need to use magic, but Hermione's performance is amazing enough!" Yes, since astronomy class doesn't involve magic, Eisen can only praise Hermione's learning ability.

But isn't Hermione here now? While speaking, Eisen glanced around. They saw that Harry and Ron were eating and drinking, and even Neville, Moxie and other little wizards were there, but they didn't find out where Hermione went.

Could it be, secretly crying in the toilet? The thought popped into Eisen's mind. Yes, he was busy with his own affairs, but he forgot that Audio-Technica was having trouble.

Before Professor Dumbledore could continue his questioning, the door of the auditorium was suddenly opened, and then Professor Quirrell rushed in. He ran quickly to Dumbledore, leaned crookedly on the table, and then gasped and shouted: "The troll—in the basement, I think I should inform you—"

Afterwards, Professor Quirrell tilted his head and fell to the ground, unconscious.

The little wizards sitting below were silent for a while, and then they all screamed as if they had turned on a switch. As the little wizards stood up and ran in a panic, the scene became chaotic.

"Quiet—" Seeing this, Dumbledore didn't even bother to talk to Eisen, and stood up directly to set himself a loud voice, and then yelled loudly.

When Dumbledore's voice fell, the little wizards were instantly stunned. The scene became quiet again, and the little wizards also stood where they were, not daring to move.

"Please don't panic! Now—the prefects of all grades take the students of their own colleges back to the dormitory! The teachers follow me to the basement." Since something happened, the Halloween dinner can only end here.

Under Dumbledore's arrangement, the students of each college walked towards the dormitory in an orderly manner under the leadership of the prefects.

"How did trolls get into Hogwarts?"

"I don't know, the trolls must be incredibly stupid, maybe they were let in by Peeves."

"Probably to spice up the Halloween dinner!"

Along the way, the little wizards were whispering. However, Eisen noticed that Snape quietly left beside him. He knew that Snape was planning to go to the closed room in the corridor on the right hand side on the fourth floor to find out if it was Professor Quirrell's plan to lure the tiger away from the mountain, but he didn't expect to be bitten by the three-headed dog.

Of course, since Eisen knew the development trajectory of the plot, he also did not follow Dumbledore and the others to the basement. Instead, on the way to the basement, he took the opportunity to mix with the crowd and walked towards the women's bathroom on the second floor.

That's right, Professor Quirrell told everyone that he saw the troll in the basement, but he didn't expect that the troll had already gone to the women's bathroom on the second floor after such a short time.

Before approaching the women's bathroom, Eisen heard exclamations and screams coming from inside. That was Hermione's scream and Harry's exclamation.

"Run, Hermione!" Harry's voice was full of anxiety.

Not daring to neglect, Eisen's wand suddenly flashed out of the ring and he grabbed it in his palm, and then quickly walked towards the women's bathroom with the door wide open.

Once inside, Eisen saw Hermione squatting under the sink in the corner, seeming to avoid the troll's pursuit, while Harry put his arms around the troll's neck and inserted his wand into the troll's nostril.

At the critical moment, Eisen also ignored other things, for fear that the plot would not develop as in the original work and cause accidental casualties. So he immediately pointed with his wand to the wooden planks on the ground that were smashed by the troll.

Next, under the astonished gazes of Hermione and Ron, the shattered planks quickly deformed and turned into chains of steel chains wrapped around the troll's body, and its waving arms were also tightly bound.

"Come down quickly, Harry!" Seeing the shocked faces of the three with their mouths wide open, Eisen was still a little smug. However, seeing Harry still hugging the troll's neck, his face darkened for a moment, and he hurriedly reminded him.

After Harry ran in front of Ron, Eisen waved his wand again, and the giant club in the troll's hand rose into the air and turned into an iron rod, hitting the opponent heavily on the forehead. In an instant, the troll was stunned.

Then, before Eisen could speak, footsteps came from outside. Eisen turned his head to look over, and as expected, Professor McGonagall rushed over. Followed by Professor Snape who didn't know when to come back, and Professor Quirrell who didn't know when to wake up.

"You—oh, Professor Eisen, what's going on?" Professor McGonagall was about to reprimand Harry and the others, but saw Eisen standing beside him, so he suppressed his inner anger and asked Eisen instead.

"Well, I heard a dull sound of footsteps in the corridor just now, so I followed. When I was approaching the women's bathroom, I heard a cry for help inside.

Then, when I rushed in, I saw Harry, Ron, and Hermione trying to deal with the troll, and I knocked the troll out in a desperate situation. " Eisen briefly talked about the reason why he came here, and the cause and effect of the incident.

Afterwards, Professor McGonagall and Snape squatted down to look at the troll, and both of them lingered for a moment on the steel chains that wrapped around the troll.

"Well, Professor Eisen, very good Transfiguration." Professor McGonagall stood up and nodded, as if accepting the statement. Then, by the way, I also praised Eisen's transfiguration.

Snape on the side also stood up, and though he didn't say anything, he gave Harry a hard look.

"However, why don't you stay in the dormitory?" Professor McGonagall turned to look at the three little wizards, there was still a hint of anger in his tone.

"Because of this incident, Gryffindor will be deducted 15 points. Now, why don't you go back to Gryffindor Castle?" Professor McGonagall continued without giving a few young wizards a chance to speak.

Harry and Ron walked out with innocent faces, while Hermione pursed her lips, trying to explain, but finally closed her mouth.

Eisen shrugged and had no opinion on Professor McGonagall's handling. Because of his intervention, the three little wizards had no chance to defend themselves. Not only that, Gryffindor was deducted points, and even Harry and Ron's heroic defeat of the troll was given extra points.

"Then, I'll leave first!" After the young wizards left, Eisen felt that he had nothing to do. As for what to do with the unconscious troll, that's up to Professor McGonagall.

On the other side, in the packed Gryffindor common room, Harry and Ron and Hermione were eating and drinking. Although Ron lost the hero's chance to save the beauty, in the end, it was Harry and Ron's actions that delayed the troll's action, which allowed Eisen to save them.

Therefore, with this shared experience, the relationship between Harry and Ron and Hermione eased a lot.

"Thank you!" After a thank you, Hermione ran away with her plate.

The two with their mouths full of food looked at each other and shrugged their shoulders without saying anything. The cheers and laughter of the little wizards came from around, letting them know that the troll incident was over.
