Hogwarts Wizarding Journey

Chapter 5 My Sister Can't Be This Cute

A burst of anxious footsteps came from outside the door.

‘Clang~~Crack~~’

A strange sound sounded, and Bell quickly hid behind the bed, fearing that the bedroom door would fly in at the next moment.

With a final 'boom', the wooden door that had held its position for five years finally fell down. Bell's mother, Elena Menethil, rushed in anxiously.

"Mom, what happened?" Bell asked confused.

I've been in and out so many times, but I've never seen such a big commotion?

"It's nothing, honey, I just accidentally put the wrong spell."

Elena looked at Bell with excitement.

"Lim said that you can already control the magic power in your body. Is it true?"

Obviously, she doesn't have time to care about those little things now.

"Yes."

Bell pointed at a piece of parchment on the ground. The parchment flew up automatically, folded into a paper crane, and flapped its wings and flew around Bell.

"That's great, baby!"

Elena rushed over and hugged Bell tightly in her arms, her whole body trembling slightly with excitement. Her son actually controlled his magic power. She originally thought that Bell would live in the room for the rest of his life.

Well, I haven’t seen many adult wizards unable to control their magic power.

"Mom, I want to go out and take a look." Bell, who was almost suffocating, said with difficulty.

"Oh, of course, of course, honey. You can go wherever you want from now on!"

Following Elena, Bell walked through the corridor and down the stairs. It took about 10 minutes to finally walk outside.

What appeared in front of Bell was a wide garden. The place where the grass should have been was covered with white snow, and only some withered yellow grass leaves could be seen here and there.

Several cobblestone paths lead outside, there are several pavilions in the distance, and there is a large fountain in the center of the garden, which may not be spraying water because of winter.

There are several trees planted on the edge of the garden. Bell doesn't know what kind of trees they are. They are tall and strong. There are swings, slides and other toys under the trees.

Turning around and looking behind him, there was a castle in front of him.

Bell has never seen a real castle in reality, so he doesn't know whether the castle in front of him is large or small. But Bell dares to pat his chest and guarantee that this is definitely the most exquisite building he has ever seen.

The castle has four floors and is gray-white in color. Various reliefs are carved on the outer walls. The glass windows reflect colorful light under the sunlight. There are many stone statues on the top of the castle, including a roaring giant.

Dragons, eagles with outstretched wings, and crouching gargoyles.

"Hmm...Mom, don't we have too many stone statues at home?" Bell asked doubtfully as he looked at the scattered stone statues in the garden.

When he came out before, he also saw many stone statues in the corridors of the castle.

"There was an evil wizard causing trouble before, so we increased the defense of the castle just in case. But don't worry, honey, the wizard has been defeated. Considering that it cost a lot of gold Galleons to get these stone statues, I just threw them away.

They haven't been removed there, and if you don't like it, mother will have the house elves move these stone statues away."

"No, I'm just a little curious. It's fine." Bell quickly stopped, fearing that Elena would call the house elf in the next second.

Ever since she met her mother, she has been in an extremely excited state and has not calmed down until now.

"Baby, to celebrate your first outing today, is there anything you want? Just tell mom and she will take you shopping."

Bell lowered his head and thought about it, but he really didn't want anything.

Over the years, his parents have been trying their best to meet Bell's various requirements. They literally asked for the stars but not the moon, so they got what they wanted long ago.

"Nothing... By the way, Mom, I want a magic wand." Bell said suddenly.

"Wand? It's too early for a wand for you, honey, can mom buy it for you when you are older?" Elena said in a dilemma, apparently not expecting that what Bell wanted would be a wand.

"No, it's late, Mom. I think after these years of training, I am qualified enough to have a wand of my own. Don't worry, Mom, I will use it carefully."

Just kidding, how can Bell learn magic without a wand? He doesn't want to waste his precious time waiting until he enters Hogwarts at the age of 11 before starting to learn magic. What if he accidentally gets cold? He doesn't have Dumbledore's meticulous care.

If you die, you will die in vain.

Thinking of the paper crane Bell had casually folded with magic power in the bedroom, Elena felt that it would be difficult for her to do it without using a wand. So in the end she agreed to take Bell to Diagon Alley to buy one.

A magic wand.

The two walked around the garden again and breathed some fresh air before returning to the castle.

"That's right!" Elena said suddenly, "You haven't seen your sister yet. She should wake up soon. Go see her."

Bell knew that he had a sister named Zannah Menethil, who was born more than two years after he was born.

However, because Bell, who was unable to control his magic power, was too dangerous to the infant Zannah, Bell had never seen his sister.

And after so many years, because his parents and the house elves rarely mentioned his sister in front of him (probably because they were afraid that Bell would feel psychologically unbalanced about the fact that his sister could live freely outside), Bell was very happy.

I forgot that I have a sister.

Follow Elena to the third floor of the castle, not far from Bell's bedroom, is Shanna's bedroom.

Opening the door, this is a room much smaller than Bell's bedroom, about half the size of Bell's bedroom. However, like Bell's room a few years ago, it is also filled with various toys and dolls.

Zannah had already gotten up, and under the care of the house elf, she had dressed and washed herself, and was about to go out.

"Sanna, come and see who this is." Elena pushed Bell in front of her and said to her little daughter with a smile on her face, "It's brother, it's your brother Bell."

Little Shanna put her finger in her mouth and bit it, tilted her head and looked at her mother...then at her brother...and finally laughed happily.

Although she has learned to walk at the age of more than 2 years old, she is still a little wobbly, and people can't help but worry that she will fall down in the next second.

Bell stood there and watched his sister walking towards him with a smile. The little girl opened her hands and kept saying "brother, brother" with drool at the corner of her mouth.

At this moment, Bell couldn't find any words to describe his mood. It was as if a huge wave was coming, shattering the barriers between himself and the world and his family; it was also like a warm wind blowing through, melting him.

A heart frozen by loneliness.

Looking at the little angel in front of him, Bell finally knew why he traveled through time and why he got a second life. It must be to protect the little angel in front of him! To protect his sister Shanna!

Seeing Shanna staggering, as if she was about to fall down at any moment, Bell quickly took a few steps forward and hugged her.

Shanna giggled in his arms. She couldn't tell that it was her first meeting with Bell. Perhaps it was the blood connection or the resonance of magic power that made Shanna feel that the brother in front of her was extremely kind.

She took out a few candies from her pocket, held them in her two little hands, and handed them to her brother.

"Brother, eat some candy, eat some candy."

‘Ah——! My sister can’t be so cute——!’ Bell roared in his heart.
