As we all know, the author has high blood pressure and heart disease, so there have been times when the updates for a month or two have been very unstable, and have even been interrupted for more than a week.

That's because the author was hospitalized.

Last month, things were a little better. I took my medicine on time every day, so my blood pressure was under relatively good control.

The blood pressure measured in the morning is probably in the range of 127/80 to 135/90. The ideal is to be barely stable at a level that does not burst blood vessels.

Once you are overly anxious or overworked, your blood pressure will easily rise and you will have a headache.

So until about the middle of last month, this book maintained a daily update volume of about 5k words per day.

Later, when the situation got better, I started getting more.

I am quite proud to say that throughout October, I updated 320,000 words.

An average of 10,000 words are updated every day.

If it is updated more, it should be able to reach a higher position on the combat power list.

It can be regarded as the limit of my physical condition. If I don't have high blood pressure and heart disease, I can really reach the top of the rankings.

Thank you readers for always supporting me, so last month’s results were pretty good.

My overall best-seller ranking is basically stable at No. 400.

However, due to the continuous explosion of updates, the average subscription has dropped from nearly 4,000 to only 3,600 now.

That's pretty amazing, to me.

I will work harder this next month.

Come on and update, and I hope everyone can support me.

The monthly pass in your hand will be cleared at the beginning of each month, so it will be wasted if you don't use it.

Thank you all.

Keep up the good work in November!
