What is an observer?

Just watch, don’t judge, don’t influence, at most record the life trajectory of the person being observed.

Different from the observer effect in physics, in physics experiments, in order to see "electrons", we must find ways to make "photons" interact with them, and this action will inevitably change the activity path of the electrons.
