HP Approaches the Magic World

Chapter 22 Another Day at Hogwarts

For almost the whole night, Jon had a simple but extremely complicated discussion with Helga.

What Jon said was something Helga had never heard before. She had superb magical skills and profound magical attainments, but she had no understanding of contemporary magical society.

So when Jon began to describe some of his opinions, Helga showed great interest. The two of them lost track of time as soon as they chatted, causing Jon to have no energy at all when he went to class the next day.

"What’s wrong with you?"

After class, Jon's three roommates gathered around and asked with concern.

When they first took the History of Magic class, Stephen, Scully and Flan formed a circle, surrounding Jon, so that he could take a few naps secretly without being discovered by the teacher - this ghost professor

The class itself is soporific.

After all, they had to take flying lessons next, and it was impossible for Jon to lose his energy.

"It's nothing. I slept too late yesterday. I'm fine now."

Jon had a pair of huge dark circles under his eyes, and his words were not convincing at all.

"How about we ask for leave from next class for you, and you can go back and sleep for a while?"

Fulen was a little worried that Jon wouldn't be able to control a broomstick in this state. After all, flying at high altitudes was quite dangerous.

"That's not necessary. There are no classes in the afternoon. I can just go back and rest. By the way, don't go to the lobby at noon. I ordered food."

"Fine."

The three of them followed Jon suspiciously, fearing that he would fall down.

Fortunately, this situation did not happen. Jon was in good spirits in the wind, and Mrs. Hooch, the flying teacher, did not let them stay in the sky for too long.

In fact, except for some students who have played with flying broomsticks at home (Jon only played with toy flying broomsticks when he was a child), they have just learned to fly and are not suitable for staying in the sky for too long.

After class, the four of us went to the lobby together, not to have lunch, but to pick up packages.

In the letter he sent home yesterday, Jon asked his parents to help him buy a McDonald's meal for six people - considering that his roommates and he are both young men, they can eat better (he estimated it based on his own appetite), and it turned out that Smith

The lady asked the owl to send them two parcels, one large and one small. They were all wrapped in thick parchment and had a warming charm and a preservation charm cast on them.

The smaller one was for Bella. Although Jon didn't go to Bella in the three days since school started, he still considered his cousin, so he also bought two portions for Bella when buying McDonald's.

Anyway, it’s not like the family doesn’t have this condition.

Bella was not found in the cafeteria, so Jon had to ask a senior sister - who was also Bella's classmate. He had seen this girl sitting with Bella the day before yesterday - to help bring Bella back. According to this girl,

Bella was called to help by the headmaster of Ravenclaw.

"How come I didn't find out that my cousin has this kind of magical talent and can actually be called to help by Professor Flitwick?"

Jon carried the big package and walked to the dormitory. Stephen, Flan and Scully were following behind him and listened to what he was whispering, but they couldn't hear clearly.

"Did you ever think Jon was weird?"

Fulen, who was walking a little behind, quietly said to Stephen: "He is always talking to himself in a low voice today, and he doesn't know what he is talking about?"

"It must be because he didn't sleep well. When I went to call him this morning, I found his potions book spread out on the table. He must have been reading it all night."

Stephen told Fulen his guess, and the image of Jon, a diligent, studious, and hard-working person, suddenly emerged in their minds.

"Yes, he was born a pure-blood wizard but was assigned to Hufflepuff. Even if he seems relaxed, he must be under a lot of pressure!"

Scully took two steps back and added.

The three people nodded to each other in deep agreement, and then realized that their words put Hufflepuff House in a lower position, and quickly stopped there.

Otherwise, if Jon heard it, it would definitely be another lecture.

Even though it has only been three days since school started, they already have a deep understanding of Jon's power.

To say that the speech is too omitted is to say that it is simply a one-sided crushing of knowledge points!

The three people who experienced Jon's angry outburst on the first day of class still haven't figured out why a person who seems so calm and academic has so much to say.

However, whether Jon talks a lot or not will not affect the deliciousness of McDonald's.

The four people reached an unprecedented agreement on food. They quickly finished a large set of meals and swept the empty cartons and Coke cans into the wastebasket. Jon was pushed into his own small space because he had no energy.

To catch up on some sleep, the remaining three people went out to continue the castle adventure that they had not finished yesterday.

They have a rest in the afternoon, and there is only one astronomy class in the evening.

Stephen and the three of them ran around all afternoon, and seemed to be lack of energy when they went to class in the evening. On the contrary, Jon, who had no energy in the morning, followed Professor Sinistra to observe the starry sky for a long time with great interest.

The starry sky at Hogwarts is so beautiful. Jon, who has never seen a few stars at night in his entire life, paid considerable attention to the starry sky in astronomy class, which attracted Professor Sinistra to pay attention to him, a diligent and studious student.

Much appreciated.

No one paid too much attention to Jon's performance in astronomy class. After all, astronomy class and this kind of course are not worthy of everyone's attention. Just pass it smoothly.

The astronomy class was after dinner. Stephen knew that Jon had not eaten dinner, so he asked him if he was hungry when the get out of class was over.

——If you are hungry, maybe you can go to the kitchen to get some food and bring some for them.

"Then why don't you go yourselves?"

Jon had a good rest in the afternoon and was very energetic: "Isn't it not the curfew time yet? Just go and get it yourself. The kitchen is not a forbidden place."

He didn't want to go to the kitchen anymore. The group of enthusiastic house elves wanted to feed him. The scene where all the elves saluted him on Sunday made him feel uncomfortable now.

After all, they are all Hufflepuff students, so everyone gets the same food.

"No, it's different." Fulen shook his head and said, "We don't know where the kitchen is."

"...The kitchen is behind a fruit painting not far from the lounge. When you go there, just say that you are a Hufflepuff student. The elves will welcome you warmly."

Jon glanced around, and when he saw no one there, he whispered to his three roommates: "Don't tell me you know me, I said last time that one of you was sick, so don't show off - bring me two things."

Just the cake."
