HP Approaches the Magic World
Chapter 754 Death is just a drama
Suddenly, a person appeared out of nowhere and rushed towards them:
The two of them fell on their backs, Neville dancing his legs wildly like a beetle on all fours, and Harry raising his left hand high in the air to prevent the small glass ball from being shattered.
"Prophecy ball, give me the prophecy ball, Potter!"
Lucius Malfoy shouted in Harry's ear, and Harry felt his wand pressed hard between his ribs.
"No, let go - let me, Neville - catch it!"
Harry rolled the prophecy ball along the floor, and Neville turned his back against the ground and held the ball in his arms.
Malfoy turned his wand and pointed it at Neville. At this moment, Harry pointed his wand back over his shoulder and shouted: "There are many obstacles!"
Malfoy was knocked away.
When Harry got up again, he glanced around and saw that Malfoy had crashed onto the table. On the table, Sirius and Bellatrix were fighting fiercely.
Malfoy pointed his wand at Harry and Neville again, and before he could take a breath and say the spell, Lupine jumped between them.
"Harry, gather the others and leave quickly!"
Harry grabbed Neville's robe by his shoulders and dragged him up the first stone step; Neville's legs were still twitching and dancing, and he couldn't stand up at all.
Harry once again dragged Neville with all his strength, and they climbed another flight of steps - and a spell struck the stone bench, right next to Harry's heel.
The stone shattered and Harry fell on his back on the next step.
Neville fell to the ground, his legs still dancing and swinging, and he stuffed the prophecy ball into his pocket.
"Come on!" Harry said desperately, tugging at Neville's robes. "Kick up with your legs and see -"
He pulled up hard again, and all the seams on the left side of Neville's robe were torn open.
——The small glass ball fell out of the pocket, and before they could catch it, Neville kicked it with a shaking foot,
It flew out to their right, about ten feet, and shattered on the steps below.
They all stared at the place where it was smashed, stunned by what had just happened. Only the two of them noticed that a pearl-colored figure with huge eyes rose into the air.
Harry could see its mouth opening and closing, but there were crashes, screams and shouts all around them, and he couldn't hear a word of prophecy.
After the figure finished speaking, he disappeared without a trace.
"Harry, I'm sorry!"
Neville shouted, with a pained expression on his face and his legs still swinging, "I'm so sorry, Harry, I didn't mean to-"
"It doesn't matter!"
Harry shouted, "Try to get up, let's get out of here-"
"Dumbledore!"
Neville yelled and looked over Harry's shoulder, an excited expression on his sweaty face.
"What?"
"Dumbledore!"
Harry turned around and followed Neville's gaze.
Directly above them was the door leading to the Hall of Brains, and Albus Dumbledore was standing in the doorway, his wand raised high above his head, his pale face full of anger.
Harry felt an electric current rush through him - they were saved.
Dumbledore quickly walked down the steps and passed Neville and Harry. They had no more thoughts of leaving.
Dumbledore reached the bottom of the steps. The Death Eater nearest to him spotted him and shouted to inform the other Death Eaters.
A Death Eater ran away and climbed up the stone steps on the opposite side like a monkey. Dumbledore's spell easily dragged him back, as if he was hooked by an invisible thread - now there were only two
Individuals were still fighting fiercely, and it was obvious that none of them noticed Dumbledore's arrival.
Harry saw Sirius dwarf Bellatrix in a flash of red light: he was laughing at her.
"Come on, you can do better!"
He shouted loudly, his voice echoing throughout the cave-like room.
The second beam hit him right in the chest.
The smile on his face had not completely disappeared, but his eyes widened in horror, and Harry subconsciously let go of Neville.
He jumped down the steps again and drew his wand, and Dumbledore turned towards the table.
Sirius seemed to take an eternity before he fell: his body bent backwards, forming a graceful arch, and he fell through the tattered hangings hanging from the arch.
Harry saw a mixture of fear and surprise on his godfather's thin, once handsome face as he fell into the ancient archway and disappeared behind the curtains.
The curtain fluttered for a while, as if a strong wind had just blown, and then returned to its previous state.
Harry heard Bellatrix Lestrange scream in triumph, but he knew that meant nothing - Sirius had just fallen into the arch, and he might come out on the other side at any moment...
...but Sirius didn't show up.
"Sirius!"
Harry shouted, "Sirius!"
He reached the floor, his breathing coming in hot gasps.
Sirius must be behind the curtain, and he will drag him out... But when he came to the stone pit and rushed to the stage, Lupine caught him and dragged him back.
"There's nothing we can do about it, Harry—"
"Catch him, save him, he just walked in!"
"It's too late, Harry -"
"We can still catch him—"
Harry struggled desperately, but Lupine wouldn't let go, "There's nothing we can do, Harry, there's nothing we can do, he's gone."
"No, he did not!"
Harry yelled.
He didn't believe it, and couldn't believe it; he was still trying desperately to break away from Lupine's obstruction: Luping didn't know clearly, there was someone hiding behind the curtain;
When he first entered the room, he heard them talking in low voices - Sirius was hiding, but he was hiding where no one could see him.
He shouted at the top of his lungs: "Sirius!"
"He can't come back, Harry."
Lupine tried his best to hold Harry in his arms, his voice became staccato, "He can't come back, he's dead -"
"He-is-not-dead!"
Harry roared wildly.
Around them, the Death Eaters were still fighting, bustling, and casting spells.
To Harry, it was just meaningless noise, and the spells passing by them had no effect on him. He was indifferent to it all, unless Lupine stopped lying to him that Sirius would never come back.
appeared; Sirius was now standing behind the tattered curtains, throwing his black hair back, eager to join the battle again.
It's a pity that his wish will definitely not come true in a short time.
Dumbledore glanced here, confirmed that Sirius was okay, and then turned back to the battle.
As for Harry... people always need to grow up, I hope he can learn a lot.
