Vol 2 Chapter 870: New regulations

The new notice is written in huge black letters, with an official seal at the bottom, and a neat squiggly signature next to it: Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry orders all student organizations, clubs, groups, and raise their hands. Disbanded. Student organizations, societies, groups, and clubs refer to regular student meetings of 3 or more people. The re-establishment must be approved by the senior prosecutor (Professor Umbridge). Any association, group, or club that has not been recognized and approved by the senior prosecutor is not allowed to exist. Any student who established or participated in organizations, societies, groups, or clubs not approved by the senior prosecutor will be expelled.

The above-mentioned documents are signed in accordance with Education Act No. 24: Dorellos Jan Umbridge, Senior Prosecutor at Hogwarts.

Harry and Ron were standing behind a group of worried second-graders, over their heads, reading this notice.

"Does this mean that they will close the gobstoes club?" one of them asked his friend. "I guess your gobstoes will be fine," Ron said gloomily, making the second grader jump up.

"And we're not so lucky, what do you think?" Ron asked Harry when the second grader hurried away.

Harry was reading the notice again, and the joy that had filled him since Saturday had disappeared without a trace. He was full of anger.

"It's no coincidence," he said, his hands clenched into a fist, "she knows."

"She couldn't know," Ron replied immediately. "Someone will eavesdrop in that hotel and let us face this. We don't know how many people who appear in front of us are trustworthy. Any of them may run to Umbridge to inform them." And Harry Think they trust themselves, even think they worship themselves?

"Henrietta!" Ron said immediately, and punched his palm with a fist, "Or, I think Michael Kona has also defected!"

"I wonder if Hao Min and Fanlin have seen this notice?" Harry said, scanning the door to the girls' dormitory.

"Van Lin is out, and Hermione... let's go and tell her." Ron said.

He leaped forward, opened the door, and walked up the spiral staircase. When he reached the sixth step, a loud, wailing, tweeter-like sound merged with the ladder to form a smooth stone ladder.

Ron tried to escape, his hands dancing wildly, like a windmill. Then he was hit by the newly formed stone ladder and fell to Harry's feet on the back.

"Well, I don't think we are allowed to enter the girls' dormitory," Harry said, lifting Ron from his feet, trying to stop laughing.

Two fourth-grade girls came up from the stone ladder with a smile.

"Oh, who wants to go upstairs?" They laughed happily, and looked at Harry and Ron with bounce smiles.

"It's me," said the humiliated Ron. "I didn't know that would happen. It's not fair!"

When the girls left the portrait hole with a crazy smile, he added to Harry: "Hao Min is allowed to enter our dormitory, why can't we...?"

"This is an old rule." Hermione slid down the stone ladder gracefully and jumped onto the carpet in front of them, effortlessly. "For Hogwarts, this is a historical issue, and the founder thinks that boys are less trustworthy than girls. Anyway, why are you going there?"

"Come to you, look at this!" Harry dragged her to the notice board without a word. Hao Min's eyes scanned the notice quickly, and her expression became serious. "Someone must tell her!" Ron said angrily.

"They can't do this," Hao Min whispered.

"You are too naive," Ron said. "Because you are honest and trustworthy, do you think so?"

"No, they won't do this, because Fanlin cursed the parchment with our signatures, a magic contract, and there is no doubt that if someone informs, then that person should already be lying in the school infirmary by now. "Hao Min said calmly, "Trust me, if any of them runs to Umbridge, we will know who they are, and they will definitely regret it sincerely."

"What will happen to them?" Ron said in a longing tone.

"It's like Fanlin," Hao Min said. "It will make people enjoy the treatment of Professor Lockhart for a few weeks. Come on, let's enjoy our breakfast and see what other people think. I want to know this Is the notice posted in all rooms."

As soon as they walked into the hall, they knew that it wasn't just Gryffindor Tower that had Umbridge's notice. Strong emotions and abnormal agitation spread in the hall, and people around the table talked about what they had read. As soon as Harry, Ron and Hao Min were seated, Neville, Jordan, Fred, George and Ginny walked straight towards them.

"Did you see the notice?"

"Guess she knows?"

"What should we do?" They all stared at Harry, and he scanned around for a week to make sure there was no teacher nearby.

"Anyway, of course we still have to do that." Harry whispered.

"I knew you would say that!" George thumped Harry's arm excitedly. "

Where is the prefect? Fred asked, looking at Ron and Hao Min inquiringly.

"Of course, there is no problem, and so is Fanlin."

"What did he do?"

"Experiment, you know, we need a logo and contact information, especially after Umbridge did this, it seems that Fanlin guessed it early."

Hermione stood up. She lip-synched to several new members, gesticulating frantically to them to sit behind Hefpaff again! "Let's-talk about it later!"

"Wait until I tell Michael," Ginny said impatiently as she swayed on the bench. "Those idiots, utter idiots." She walked quickly to Ravenclaw's table; Harry watched her go away.

Qiu wasn't far away, she was talking to a curly-haired friend who had been to Pig's Head with her. Did Umbridge notice that she was too frightened to meet with them again?

Until they left the hall ~www.wuxiaspot.com~ and were going to find him in Fanlin's laboratory, the huge reaction provoked by the notification had not subsided.

"Harry! Ron." It was Angelina, she rushed towards them desperately with a desperate expression. "Okay," Harry whispered when she got close enough to hear his voice, "we still try to..."

"Don't you know that her notice is included in Quidditch?" Angelina interrupted him. "We must apply for permission to reorganize the Gryffindor team."

"What?" Harry said.

"No way!" Ron looked horrified. He finally entered the Gryffindor team. If Umbridge is selected, he will undoubtedly be miserable.

"You read the notice, and it also mentions the team! So, listen to me, Harry, I said the last time, please don't get angry with Umbridge again, otherwise, she might never let us play again Quidditch!"

"Okay, okay," saw Angelina's tears rolling in his eyes, and Harry had to agree first, "Don't worry, I'll control it."
