[Chinatown Detective] series is ultimately a detective film, revolving around the two protagonists Qin Feng and Tang Ren, telling the story of how they solved murders in Chinatowns in different countries.

The first part got off to a good start, and it can be said to be a perfect combination of brain-burning and funny.

The main plot is the theft of gold, and the subplot is the murder of Songpa. After layers of cracking, Qin Feng and Tang Ren finally caught the murderer "Li", restored the whole case, and cleared their own grievances.

In this part, "Sinuo" is a very important character. After she discovered her adoptive father's twisted love for her, she used various means to complete the perfect crime.

It can be said that she is the mastermind of the Songpa murder case. The last dialogue between Qin Feng and Sinuo made the whole movie more brain-burning and in-depth.

Although Qin Feng knew the truth, there was no evidence, and "Sinuo" achieved a perfect crime.

And her crime is not annoying from the audience's point of view. First, she is a child, and second, her adoptive father is a perverted womanizer. Her behavior can be said to be for self-protection.

The whole movie is very well done, so it has become the highest-rated and most acclaimed one in the [Tang Detective] series.

The second part is similar to the first part in the big story framework.

It also has the main line and branch line structure.

The main line is the Zaowang Temple murder case and the five elements serial murder case later. The doctor tried to cultivate immortality and kill people because he had cancer.

The branch line is the hitchhiking murder that "Song Yi" carried out while following the two protagonists to solve the case - the murder of Lu Guofu.

Like the first part "Sinuo", "Song Yi" is also a perfect crime, and there is almost no evidence of his crime.

The reason for his murder is that Lu Guofu is a gangster boss who traffics people, and his sister was sold to South America by Lu Guofu, so it is also a just revenge.

The second part is not as rigorous and convincing as the first part in the story of the detective, so the reputation is slightly worse.

But overall, it is also a very good detective movie, and because it is the second part of a popular movie, the box office is much higher.

In general, there are two reasons for the success of the [Tang Detective] series of movies.

The first is the logically rigorous detective storyline. For example, in the first film, Li hid under the bed for a few days to avoid the camera, and then left the crime scene through Tang Ren's delivery. The original director Chen Sicheng should also be aware of this, so he worked hard on these two aspects every time he filmed.

However, with the success of the first and second parts, Director Chen's ideas may have some deviations.

Looking at the "Tang Detective" trilogy, careful viewers may find that from the first to the third part, the weight of the crime-solving part in the movie is decreasing, while the weight of the comedy part is getting heavier.

The logic and plot of the first film are the most meticulous and reasonable. The second film is a little far-fetched but can make sense. By the third film, there are many loopholes.

However, on the contrary, there are more and more funny parts in the movie, but many scenes are funny for the sake of being funny. This situation is very common in some cheesy comedies.

Director Chen may think that "Tang Detective" is always released during the Spring Festival, and everyone likes to watch some family-friendly comedies. As for the detective plot, it is okay. Making it too rigorous and brain-burning will affect the viewing experience of ordinary audiences.

His thoughts are not unreasonable, but according to the results, they are not correct.

The original time and space "Tang Detective 3" was released with great expectations. Although the box office is still a bumper harvest, it ushered in a Waterloo in word of mouth.

Facts have proved that the audience does like to watch comedies, but the comedy effect is produced by character settings and conflicts under the normal logic of the story, not a blunt play of memes.

For example, the appearance of the so-called "Peace Elite Five Spirit Children" in the second half of "Tang Detective 3" is simply embarrassing.

Director Chen originally intended to link the movie version of Tang Detective with the online drama version of Tang Detective, and to make a product placement advertisement for the game Peace Elite.

However, he did not expect that the audience of the online drama version of Tang Detective was not high, which was far from the movie. More than 90% of the moviegoers did not know where the so-called five spiritual children came from.

In terms of the plot, in the final trial, it was revealed that Kobayashi Anna was the biological daughter of Watanabe Katsu.

The plot of Tang Detective 3 can only barely make sense, and there are many loopholes in many aspects. It is not as good as the second part, and it is far from the first part.

Moreover, there is no perfect crime in the first two parts in the plot, and there are no characters of high-IQ criminals such as "Sinuo" in the first part and "Song Yi" in the second part.

If it is an ordinary commercial movie, Tang Detective 3 is undoubtedly qualified.

But with the first two films as excellent as before, audiences across the country who like "Detective Chinatown" have been looking forward to it for so many years. The final quality of "Detective Chinatown 3" is obviously not satisfactory.

This is also the reason why the reputation of the third film dropped sharply after its release.

Just like this year's "Crazy Alien", the audience had too high expectations and wanted to eat a full banquet, but in the end, they were served fried rice with eggs, and it was normal to scold the chef.

Gu Wei's version of "Detective Chinatown 3" is not much different from the original version in the first half.

Who knew that not long after the negotiation began, screams were heard in the room.

After everyone rushed in, they found that Su Chawei was killed by the broken screen glass, and Watanabe Katsu lying beside him had blood on his hands.

After Su Chawei's death, Watanabe Katsu was undoubtedly the murderer, and all the evidence pointed to him.

In order to prove his innocence, Watanabe found Qin Feng and Tang Ren through detective Noda Hao, trying to uncover the truth of the secret room murder case.

The final murderer in the original version was Su Chawei's secretary Kobayashi Anna.

Originally, the secret room murder case was a trap set by Su Chawei.

He first knocked out Watanabe Katsu with tea with sleeping pills, then broke the screen, stabbed himself with one of the pieces, put the glass fragments in Watanabe Katsu's hands, and took out the blood bag prepared in advance, pretending that he was stabbed by Watanabe Katsu.

When everyone entered the secret room, Su Chawei was not dead but injured. He was killed by Kobayashi Anna, the secretary who was guarding him, on the way to the hospital.

Su Chawei wanted to frame Watanabe Katsu and use his injury to achieve his business goals, while Kobayashi Anna took the opportunity to kill and gave his dead guy to Watanabe Katsu.

On the one hand, she got rid of Su Chawei who was not good to her, and on the other hand, she took revenge on her father who abandoned her.

In the end, after Watanabe Katsu knew that Kobayashi Anna was his daughter, he voluntarily pleaded guilty in court, staging a bloody drama.

Gu Wei's version completely rewrote the murder part.

Kobayashi Anna has nothing to do with Watanabe Katsu, she is simply Su Chawei's secretary.

At the beginning of the movie, a new character was added, the vice president of the Southeast Asian Chamber of Commerce, a gloomy middle-aged man-Ruan Wengang.

In the setting, when Qin Feng and Tang Ren came to investigate the secret room murder case, Ruan Wengang obstructed them in many ways. He determined that Watanabe Katsu was the murderer of President Su Chawei and did not need to be investigated further.

In fact, this Ruan Wengang was the real murderer of Su Chawei.

He replaced Kobayashi Anna's role, rushed to the crime scene as soon as Su Chawei was injured, and then helped Su Chawei get into the car. On the road, he stabbed Su Chawei again in the same way, ending his life.

Ruan Wengang did this first to kill Su Chawei himself and second to frame Watanabe Katsu to obtain the land development rights of Chinatown, killing two birds with one stone.

In the end, his actions were still discovered by Qin Feng and Tang Ren, who found various evidences to bring him to justice.

Of course, the story is not over yet.

In fact, there is another real behind-the-scenes mastermind of the entire Tokyo secret room murder case, which is Kobayashi Anna.

As Su Chawei's absolute confidant, she knew his plan to frame Watanabe Katsu, and even this plan was originally proposed by her and adopted by Su Chawei.

Ruan Wengang, the second-in-command of the Southeast Asian Chamber of Commerce and the Vietnam Gang, has been suppressed by Su Chawei and has long been dissatisfied with him.

Kobayashi Anna inadvertently leaked Su Chawei's plan to Ruan Wengang through various means, and made him have some bad ideas through some revelatory language.

This section is similar to the first part of "Sinuo" inducing his adoptive father Li to kill someone.

Because of this good opportunity, Ruan Wengang was quickly tempted.

After Su Chawei was injured in the case, Kobayashi Anna arranged in advance to let Ruan Wengang sit in the back of the car with Su Chawei, and even prepared the murder weapon for him.

In the face of huge temptation, Ruan Wengang really couldn't control himself and killed Su Chawei with another knife.

After Qin Feng and Tang Ren came to Tokyo, Kobayashi Anna gave them some hints from the side, and let the two of them quickly determine that the murderer was Ruan Wengang.

In the end, the murderer was brought to justice, but Qin Feng saw a lot of problems in the case, and finally restored the ins and outs of the incident by sorting out the case.

He found Kobayashi Anna to confront her.

Kobayashi Anna just smiled and told him that no matter Watanabe Sheng, Su Chawei or Ruan Wengang, they were not good people.
