Originally, Bai Zhen decided to just let the sermon go, but Bai Zhen somehow remembered the Buddhist and Taoist classics he had read in his previous life, so Bai Zhen had an idea and began to talk about the "Tao Te Ching", "Huangting Sutra", "Fahua Sutra", and "Lingyan Sutra":

The Tao that can be spoken is not the Tao; the name that can be named is not the name.

The place is nameless, the beginning of heaven and earth, and the name is the mother of all things.

Therefore, one should always be free of desire to observe its wonders, and always have desire to observe its boundaries.

These two things, the same origin but different names, are both called mysterious, and the more mysterious, the more mysterious, the door to all wonders.

In Bai Zhen's view, although these scriptures are not the same as his own, after all, one is the Tao and the other is the Way of Heaven, but these four scriptures are all works that integrate the great achievements of Buddhism and Taoism, and as the saying goes, different paths lead to the same destination, and everything in the end is to seek the Tao, so these scriptures have a certain reference value. Not to mention anything else, as long as his people can understand and learn from them, Bai Zhen will be satisfied.

After Bai Zhen finished talking about these scriptures, he checked his people again and found that they all had very weak consciousness, which made Bai Zhen very excited. At the same time, Bai Zhen had to sigh that the pressure of Pangu's will and the Tao was too strong. To be honest, if it weren't for the existence of these pressures, Bai Zhen's people would have been able to condense their bodies long ago.

After checking his clansmen, Bai Zhen began to wander around Qingqiu, ready to see what good things there were in the territory where he lived. After searching again and again, Bai Zhen really found a medium-grade innate spiritual root, purple jade grape. As for the others, Bai Zhen did not find any. It was precisely because of the terrible appearance of his territory that Bai Zhen decided to find some good things to decorate his territory in the future.

In addition to the spiritual roots, Bai Zhen also found the core of the formation in Qingqiu. Bai Zhen also took the opportunity to refine the core of the formation there. While refining the formation, Bai Zhen also began to comprehend the great way of the formation.

Year after year passed, not long after the middle of the sixth calamity, Bai Zhen refined the fox clan's protective formation, the nightmare soul-devouring formation. This formation is a combined formation, and the two sets of formations correspond to the nightmare law and soul law of the fox clan respectively.

This array is divided into two states. The first state is an illusion array. At this time, the attack power of the array is not enough, and it can only evoke the most feared things of the intruders, so as to control the enemy and make them retreat. In the second state, the illusion array evokes the things that the enemy fears the most, and at the same time, it will silently attack the Yuanshen of the intruders. If the intruders are not cultivated enough, they will die in fear.

Bai Zhen tried it out. This array can defend Taiyi Jinxian at most. However, in order to successfully survive the beast disaster, the array needs to be further strengthened. After all, during the beast disaster, there are Taiyi Jinxian and even Daluo Jinxian among those beasts. According to legend, the leader of the beasts, Shen Ni, is at least a Daluo Jinxian perfect realm. If Bai Zhen does not cultivate to the peak of Daluo Jinxian by then, it will be difficult to protect his own people.

Thinking of this, Bai Zhen felt a stronger sense of urgency, so after refining the core of the nightmare soul-devouring array, Bai Zhen once again devoted himself to cultivation.

Bai Zhen also understood that the first batch of innate gods and demons should be bred successfully.

No living creatures had been bred successfully in the prehistoric world at this time, and seven calamities ago, if he had not intervened, there would be no living creatures with spiritual intelligence. Therefore, Bai Zhen's preaching was against the will of the Great Dao, and the Great Dao was lenient in not sending down thunder punishment.
